This study discusses human resource management regarding the effect of work shifts, work experience, and work environment, on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti. This study uses a quantitative approach, the sampling technique is saturated sampling with a sample of 35 employees. The analytical technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test, F test. The results of the study found that partially there is a positive and significant effect between work shifts on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.000 <0.05. Work experience partially has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.019 <0.05. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.031 < 0.05. Work shift work experience and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine and explain whether there is an influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative methods, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with total population and sample of 30 respondent or employees. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) test of the coefficient of determination (R2) which is processed using the SPSS 16.0 program. The result of the study concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between competence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.026 < 0.05. work discipline partially has a positive and sifnificant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.006 < 0.05. the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.043 < 0.05. competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 < 0.05.

The background of this research is that the career development of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency tends to decline, allegedly due to a lack of skills and work experience.  This study aims to determine the effect of skills and work experience partially and simultaneously on the career development of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative. The population was 84 employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency and the sample size was 84 employees, while the sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions, correlation test, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study obtained a hypothesis test of the skill variable on career development obtained tcount> ttable (3,913> 1,989) which means significant, work experience on career development obtained tcount> ttable (4,627> 1,989) means significant, while skills and work experience on career development obtained Fcount> Ftable (51,616> 3,11) means significant.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of self efficacy, work motivation and work environment on employee job satisfaction. The population of this research is all employees of PT. Sukanda Djaya Denpasar Branch numbering 97 people. The sampling technique used is saturated sampling, where all members of the population are sampled. Methods of data collection in this study using questionnaires. The analytical technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that self efficacy, work motivation, and work environment have a positive and significant impact on employee work satisfaction. This has the meaning that the higher level of employee confidence in the company, the higher the employee's motivation, and the better the working environment in PT. This study aims to determine the effect simultaneously and partially on consumer buying interest on store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The method used is a quantitative method. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires to respondents. The population in this study were consumers of Mie Gacoan Solo Raya. The sampling technique used non-probability techniques with accindental sampling.The data analysis used was validity test, reliability test, normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test, and R2 with the help of SPSS version-20. Based on the results of the data calculation and analysis used, the regression equation is obtained, namely Y = 2.697+ 0.609X1 0.160X2 + 0.126X3 + e. This equation shows that consumer buying interest is influenced by store atmosphere, taste, and word of mouth. The conclusion that can be drawn is: "There is a simultaneous influence of store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" can be accepted. "There is an effect of store atmosphere on consumer purchase interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an influence of taste of food on consumer buying interest in Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. "There is an effect of word of mouth on consumer buying interest at Mie Gacoan Solo Raya" is acceptable. The result of the coefficient of determination R2 is 0.736, which means that 73.6% of the variation in the purchase interest variable can be explained by the store atmosphere, taste of food, and word of mouth variables, while the rest is explained by other variables not included in this study.  Abstrak                Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tourism ambassador dan reliability terhadap minat berkunjung di objek wisata Museum Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 370 orang yang pernah berkunjung di Museum Deli Serdang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner yang pengukurannya dengan skala interval dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi yang sebelumnya data telah diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 for windows.                Secara parsial tourism ambassador dan reliability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung pada Museum Deli Serdang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel tourism ambassador dan reliability secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (394,043 > 3,02) dan nilai signifikannya 0,000 < 0,05. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,682 yang berarti bahwa tourism ambassador dan reliability berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung sebesar 68,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci: tourism ambassador, reliability, minat berkunjung. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of tourism ambassador and reliability on visiting interests in the Deli Serdang Museum attraction. Data processing using SPSS 21.0 for Windows.Partially tourism ambassador and reliability have a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting the Deli Serdang Museum. Based on the results of the study showed that the tourism ambassador and reliability variables simultaneously affect the interest in visiting. This can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (394,043 > 3.02) and the significant value is 0,000 < 0.05. There are several factors that affect the success of online stores one of which is trust. Where trust will be able to build customer relations relation or relationship relations users of an online store. he belief of user experience becomes a factor that must be met which will be 2 related things. In this study the online store in the analysis is tokopedia and bukalapak. For confidence measures in the use of online stores are measured by the approach of the Heart and Pulse method with some modifications to suit the needs of empirical reporting to identify factors that contribute to the positive experience of online shopping sites in terms of confidence levels. Respondents numbered 100 who are users of both e-commerce. Sampling technique from this research is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test including (t parcial) test, (F simultan) test, and coefficient of determination (R^2).The result of analysis by using t test can be seen that profit variable equally positive effect to the trust in both e-commerce. Second, the efficiency, happiness, and speed variables do not positively affect the level of trust in both e-commerce. Testing with f test in both e-commerce has positive and superior effect is bukalapak. Adjust R Square results show that the results of measurements on both sites have a value of 49.3% (tokopedia) & 78.3% (bukalapak), indicating that usability and user experience measurements from the bukalapakl are superior to those of tokopedia.

Various types of research have been conducted on the environment and compensation in relation to employee performance, but specifically non-physical environmental impacts and compensation in state-owned enterprises are still rarely found online journals in relation to employee performance. This study aims to investigate the impact of the non-physical work environment and compensation on employee performance. Simple random sampling technique is used to select population members from employees of PT. Telkom Regional VII Makassar City. This research is an associative type of research with data collection methods through surveys. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the non-physical environment did not have a significant and positive effect on employee performance. Meanwhile compensation affects the performance of employees The coefficient of determination shows that the non-physical work environment and Compensation can shape the direction of employee performance by 24.9%, while 75.1% is determined by other variables not included in this research model.

This study aims to see the influence of the Food Image, Perception and Destination image on the Revisit intention of consumers at Permindo night market in Padang. Research objects are consumers who have visited Permindo Night Market Padang and the research samples taken are consumers who have visited Permindo Night Market Padang, who are members of The Happy Store. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling technique, in which the selected sample was purposely determined based on predetermined criteria in order to obtain a representative sample. The data used is cross section data. The data collection technique is to collect data directly with the field method (field research) where the questionnaire is distributed directly to the members of The Happy Store who have visited Permindo Night Market, Padang, represented by 205 respondents. The data analysis technique used is the frequency distribution, validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, F&T test and the coefficient of determination (R2). The result of this research is that food image and perception have no effect on revisit intention, while destination image affects revisit intention.Keywords: Food Image, Perception, Destination Image, Revisit Intention.

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the effect of service quality, brand image and word of mouth on service purchase decisions. Research methodology: This type of research was descriptive. The population used in this study were all customers at Lion Parcel Kreo Branch, totaling 2,089 customers from July 2019 to September 2019. The sample used was 100 respondents, with the sampling method using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then the data were further analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20. Data analysis was performed on the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Correlation, Test Hypothesis (t test and F test), Coefficient of Determination and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Results: The results showed that, the quality of service, brand image and impact on the purchase decision of services.

This research is motivated by the importance of store atmosphere in a cafe or shop, because now the price, discount, promotion and service do not become guarantee of consumer to make a purchase, but store atmosphere (good store atmosphere) will be the main attraction for cafe Who own it, so as to attract consumers to make a purchase.The purpose of this research is to know the influence of store exterior, general interior, store layout and interior display to purchase decision at Chirurgie Cafe and Books Medan.This research uses quantitative method with associative approach. The population in this study were all visitors of Chirurgie Cafe and Books Medan with sample size 100 people. The sampling technique in this research is done by using Non Probability Sampling technique with accidental sampling technique and purposive sampling. Analytical methods used are validity test, reliability test, t-test, f-test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis test, and coefficient of determination (R2) test.The result of this research shows that partially the result of store exterior variables is tcount (1,728)> ttable (1,6608) and probability value 0,087 <0,1, which means that store exterior (X1) has positive and significant effect to purchasing decisions). The general interior variables show that tcount (2.234)> ttable (1.6608) and probability value 0.028 <0.1, which means that general interior (X2) has positive and significant effect to purchase decision (Y). The store layout variable shows that tcount (2.2072)> ttable (1.6608) and probability value 0.041 <0.1, which means that store layout (X3) has positive and significant effect on purchase decision (Y). Exterior store variables show that tcount (0.397)> ttable (1.6608) and probability value 0.692 <0.1, which means that interior display (X4) has positive but not significant effect on purchasing decision (Y). Simultaneously the independent variable (free) shows that the fcount is 7.011 with the significance level 0.000, while the ftable at the 90% confidence level (α = 0.10) is 2.00. Then fcount (7.011)> ftable (2.00) and probability value 0.000 <0.10, which means all independent variables simultaneously affect the dependent variable.
