 Abstrak                Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tourism ambassador dan reliability terhadap minat berkunjung di objek wisata Museum Deli Serdang. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple random sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 370 orang yang pernah berkunjung di Museum Deli Serdang. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner yang pengukurannya dengan skala interval dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi yang sebelumnya data telah diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 for windows.                Secara parsial tourism ambassador dan reliability berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat berkunjung pada Museum Deli Serdang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel tourism ambassador dan reliability secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (394,043 > 3,02) dan nilai signifikannya 0,000 < 0,05. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,682 yang berarti bahwa tourism ambassador dan reliability berpengaruh terhadap minat berkunjung sebesar 68,2% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci: tourism ambassador, reliability, minat berkunjung. AbstractThis study aims to determine the effect of tourism ambassador and reliability on visiting interests in the Deli Serdang Museum attraction. This study uses quantitative methods with sampling techniques using simple random sampling technique, with a total sample of 370 people who have visited the Deli Serdang Museum. Data collection techniques in this study were carried out by distributing questionnaires whose measurement with interval scale and processed statistically using multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing with the F test, t test and coefficient of determination before the data had been tested using validity test, reliability test and test classical assumption. Data processing using SPSS 21.0 for Windows.Partially tourism ambassador and reliability have a positive and significant effect on the interest of visiting the Deli Serdang Museum. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik Simple Random Sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 orang yang pernah menginap di Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan cara menyebarkan kuesioner yang pengukurannya dengan skala likert dan diolah secara statistik menggunakan analisis regresi linear berganda dan pengujian hipotesis dengan uji F, uji t dan koefisien determinasi yang sebelumnya data telah diuji menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas dan uji asumsi klasik. Pengolahan data menggunakan program SPSS 21.0 for windows.                Secara parsial tangible dan responsiveness berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kepuasan  pelanggan pada Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel tangible dan responsiveness secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan. Hal ini terlihat dari nilai Fhitung > Ftabel (41,482 > 3,09) dan nilai signifikannya 0,000 < 0,05. Uji koefisien determinasi menunjukkan nilai sebesar 0,461 yang berarti bahwa tangible dan responsiveness berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 46,1% sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain. Kata Kunci: tangible, responsiveness, kepuasan pelanggan.  Abstract                This study aims to determine the effect of tangible and responsiveness on customer satisfaction at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. Data processing using SPSS 21.0 for windows.                 Partially tangible and responsiveness have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction at Garuda Plaza Hotel Medan. Based on the result of the study indicate that tangible and responsiveness variables simultaneously affect customer satisfaction. This can be seen from the value of Fcount > Ftable (41,482 > 3,09) and the significance value is 0,000 < 0,05.  The coefficient of determination test shows a value of 0,461 which menas that tangibility and responsiveness affect customer satisfaction by 46,1% while the rest is influenced by other variables.  Keywords: tangible, responsiveness, customer satisfaction.

This study aims to partially and simultaneously analyze the influence of factors of promotion activities and religiosity factors on the community's decision to become a member of Sharia Cooperative 212. The research uses quantitative methods. The sampling technique is Probability Sampling with Simple Random Sampling technique. The number of respondents in this study was 41 respondents. Data collection using a questionnaire and then processed using SPSS 20. Data analysis techniques using the validity test, reliability test, classic assumption test, multiple linear regression test, partial test (t test), simultaneous test (f test), and the coefficient of determination test (R2). The results of this study indicate that partially and simultaneously factors of promotional activities and factors of religiosity have positive and significant effects. The results of the coefficient of determination test (R2) showed that the influence of the promotion activity and religiosity factors on the community's decision to become a member of the 212 Syariah Cooperative was 52.6% while the remaining 47.4% was influenced by factors outside the model.Keywords: promotion activity factors, religiosity, decision to become a member.  Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis secara parsial dan simultan pengaruh dari faktor aktivitas promosi dan faktor religiusitas terhadap keputusan masyarakat menjadi anggota Koperasi Syariah 212. Penelitian menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel yaitu Probability Sampling dengan teknik Simple Random Sampling. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 41 responden. Pengumpulan data menggunakan kuesioner dan kemudian diolah dengan menggunakan bantuan SPSS 20. Teknik analisis data menggunakan uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, uji asumsi klasik, uji regresi linear berganda, uji parsial (uji t), uji simultan (uji f), dan uji koefesisen determinasi (R2).  Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial dan simultan faktor aktivitas promosi dan faktor religiusitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Hasil uji koefesien determinasi (R2) menunjukkan bahwa pengaruh faktor aktivitas promosi dan religiusitas terhadap keputusan masyarakat menjadi anggota Koperasi Syariah 212 adalah sebesar 52,6% sedangkan sisanya 47,4% dipengaruhi oleh faktor di luar model.

This study aims to determine and explain whether there is an influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative methods, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with total population and sample of 30 respondent or employees. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) test of the coefficient of determination (R2) which is processed using the SPSS 16.0 program. The result of the study concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between competence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.026 &lt; 0.05. work discipline partially has a positive and sifnificant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.006 &lt; 0.05. the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.043 &lt; 0.05. competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 &lt; 0.05.

This research was conducted at PT Valmatic, Indonesia, which is engaged in the distributor of valve products. This research was conducted to test and analyze the effect of promotion, distribution channels, and service quality on the purchase decision of valve products at PT Valmatic Indonesia. This research uses a quantitative, descriptive, and explanatory approach. The population of this study was 161 customers of PT. Valmatic Indonesia. To calculate the sample, the Slovin formula is used with a simple random sampling technique of 115 respondents and 30 respondents out of the sample for testing the validity and reliability. The data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that both simultaneously and partially promotion, distribution channels, and service quality had a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase valve products at PT Valmatic Indonesia. Based on the coefficient of determination test, it can be seen the effect of the studied variables is 37, and the remaining% is influenced by other variables not examined that is equal to 62.4%. Penelitian ini diadakan di PT Valmatic Indonesia yang bergerak di bidang distributor produk valve. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk menguji dan menganalisis pengaruh promosi, saluran distribusi dan kualitas pelayanan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk valve pada PT Valmatic Indonesia. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif, deskriptif kuantitatif dan explanatory. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 161 pelanggan PT. Valmatic Indonesia. Untuk menghitung sampel digunakan rumus Slovin dengan teknik simple random sampling sebanyak 115 responden dan 30 responden diluar dari sampel untuk pengujian validitas dan reliabilitas. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan baik secara simultan maupun secara parsial promosi, saluran distribusi dan kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan pembelian produk valve pada PT Valmatic Indonesia. Berdasarkan uji koefisien determinasi dapat diketahui besarnya pengaruh variabel yang diteliti adalah sebesar 37,% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak diteliti yaitu sebesar 62,4%.

Abstract Purpose: This study aimed to analyze the effect of service quality, brand image and word of mouth on service purchase decisions. Research methodology: This type of research was descriptive. The population used in this study were all customers at Lion Parcel Kreo Branch, totaling 2,089 customers from July 2019 to September 2019. The sample used was 100 respondents, with the sampling method using probability sampling with a simple random sampling technique. Data were collected using a questionnaire and then the data were further analyzed using SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions) version 20. Data analysis was performed on the Validity Test, Reliability Test, Classical Assumption Test (Normality Test, Multicollinearity Test, Heteroscedasticity Test), Correlation, Test Hypothesis (t test and F test), Coefficient of Determination and Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. Results: The results showed that, the quality of service, brand image and impact on the purchase decision of services.

<em>One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.</em>

The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of fashion and lifestyle involvement on impulsive purchases of distro platt mars. The method in this study uses a type of probability sampling, including simple random sampling. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis including the coefficient of determination test, multiple correlation coefficients, and testing the hypothesis using the test simultaneously (F test). The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.325 can be interpreted that the influence of Fashion Involvement and Shopping Lifestyle on Impulsive Purchases is 32.5%. The remaining 67.5% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Based on the multiple correlation coefficient test seen from the R value of 0.582 shows that there is a strong relationship between fashion involvement and shopping lifestyle with impulsive purchases. Based on the F test the probability value sig. 0,000 <0.05. Conclusions, together with Fashion Involvement (X1) and Shopping Lifestyle (X2) significantly influence Impulsive Purchase (Y). <em>This study aims to determine the Effect of Leadership and Organizational Culture on Employee Performance of PT. Kao Indonesia. The population in this study amounted to 300 employees. By using the Slovin formula a sample of 75 employees was obtained. The sampling technique used is simple random sampling. This study uses a quantitative approach, data for this study were obtained through a questionnaire that was filled out by respondents who had been determined. The data analysis method used is a simple and multiple linear regression analysis method. The research results partially show that leadership has a significant effect on employee performance. Organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance. While simultaneously leadership variables and organizational culture have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of PT. Kao Indonesia.</em>

This research has an aim to determine the factors that influence the success of an investor in stock investments in Surakarta city, Central Java. The variables studied are investor experience, the time in which stocks are sold, education level and total capital. The data collection is conducted through interviews, utilizing questionnaires, and direct observations with a total sample of 90 investors which were selected using the proportional random sampling technique. The analysis tool utilized in this study is the multiple linear regression analysis The research results showed the four variables, investor experience, time in which stocks are sold, education level, and the total capital, individually have a positive on the investors’ success in stock investments in Indonesia Stock Exchange. The variable with the greatest influence on the investor’s stock investments success in Indonesia Stock Exchange is the capital. The recommendations are investors must participate in stock analysis trainings, both fundamental and technical to reduce risks, investors are suggested to never place 100% of their investments in the same stock portfolio and instead diversify it with other assets, further studies should encompass other variables that may influence the success of investors in stock investments. Securities companies are expected and authority to provide comfortability, risk considerations, and benefit, as well as security for investors’ fundsKeywords: investor’s success, investor’s experience, the time before stocks are sold, education level, and totalcapital, proportional random sampling classification.

This study discusses human resource management regarding the effect of work shifts, work experience, and work environment, on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti. This study uses a quantitative approach, the sampling technique is saturated sampling with a sample of 35 employees.
