The background of this research is that the career development of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency tends to decline, allegedly due to a lack of skills and work experience.  This study aims to determine the effect of skills and work experience partially and simultaneously on the career development of employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency. The research method used is descriptive and quantitative. The population was 84 employees at the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Serang Regency and the sample size was 84 employees, while the sampling technique used in this study was saturated sampling. The data analysis technique used includes validity test, reliability test, classical assumptions, correlation test, coefficient of determination, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis testing. The results of the study obtained a hypothesis test of the skill variable on career development obtained tcount> ttable (3,913> 1,989) which means significant, work experience on career development obtained tcount> ttable (4,627> 1,989) means significant, while skills and work experience on career development obtained Fcount> Ftable (51,616> 3,11) means significant.

This study discusses human resource management regarding the effect of work shifts, work experience, and work environment, on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti. This study uses a quantitative approach, the sampling technique is saturated sampling with a sample of 35 employees. The analytical technique used is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination test, t test, F test. The results of the study found that partially there is a positive and significant effect between work shifts on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.000 <0.05. Work experience partially has a positive and significant impact on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.019 <0.05. The work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees of the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.031 < 0.05. Work shift work experience and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees in the production division of PT. Alasindo Perdana Sakti, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 <0.05.

This study aims to determine and explain whether there is an influence of competence, work discipline and work environment on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri. This research is a descriptive study with quantitative methods, the sampling technique used is saturated sampling technique, with total population and sample of 30 respondent or employees. The analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test (partial) and F test (simultaneous) test of the coefficient of determination (R2) which is processed using the SPSS 16.0 program. The result of the study concluded that partially there is a positive and significant influence between competence on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.026 < 0.05. work discipline partially has a positive and sifnificant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.006 < 0.05. the work environment partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, this can be seen from the significant value of t of 0.043 < 0.05. competence, work discipline and work environment simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on employee performance at UD. Sumber Ayem Kediri, this can be seen from the significant F value of 0.000 < 0.05.

There are several factors that affect the success of online stores one of which is trust. Where trust will be able to build customer relations relation or relationship relations users of an online store. he belief of user experience becomes a factor that must be met which will be 2 related things. In this study the online store in the analysis is tokopedia and bukalapak. For confidence measures in the use of online stores are measured by the approach of the Heart and Pulse method with some modifications to suit the needs of empirical reporting to identify factors that contribute to the positive experience of online shopping sites in terms of confidence levels. Respondents numbered 100 who are users of both e-commerce. Sampling technique from this research is non probability sampling with purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used in this research is validity test, reliability test, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis and hypothesis test including (t parcial) test, (F simultan) test, and coefficient of determination (R^2).The result of analysis by using t test can be seen that profit variable equally positive effect to the trust in both e-commerce. Second, the efficiency, happiness, and speed variables do not positively affect the level of trust in both e-commerce. Testing with f test in both e-commerce has positive and superior effect is bukalapak. Adjust R Square results show that the results of measurements on both sites have a value of 49.3% (tokopedia) & 78.3% (bukalapak), indicating that usability and user experience measurements from the bukalapakl are superior to those of tokopedia.

This study aims to describe the influence of communication, organizational culture and compensation on employee performance at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan. This research was conducted at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan which lasted for 3 (three) months, starting from February 2017 until May 2016. This research uses census method. Research respondents are all employees of PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan, amounting to 72 (seventy two) people. The instrument used is a questionnaire to collect data from communication variables, organizational culture and compensation and employee performance variables. Data analysis technique used is validity test, reliability test, descriptive analysis, multicollinearity test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, multiple linear correlation coefficient test, partial hypothesis test or t test, simultaneous hypothesis test or F test, and calculation of coefficient of determination. Descriptive analysis results for communication and organizational culture variables are in good category while the compensation and employee performance variables are in the category of good enough PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan. Based on partial analysis, communication, organizational culture and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Ira Widya Utama. Based on the simultaneous analysis, communication, organizational culture and compensation have a positive and significant impact on employee performance at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan. Contribution from communication variable, organizational culture and compensation to improve employee performance variable at PT. Ira Widya Utama Medan is equal to 0.812 or 81.2%, while the remaining 0.188 or 18.8% is influenced by other variables not examined by the authors in this study, suchas leadership, work environment, workmotivation, competence, workcommitment and othesetc

<em>One of the main determinants that influence the success rate of a company is employee performance. Efforts to improve employee performance, including by pay attention to work satisfaction and competence. This research was aimed to determine the effect of work satisfaction and competence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company. The population in this research were employess of AirNav Indonesia company at financial department were amounted to 387 people. The sample in this study were amounted to 80 employees using Slovin formula with random sampling technique. The method of data technique which used in the research was using multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis test. Before being analyzed the instrument test was carried out. The results of this research can be known that work satisfaction and competence have a positive and significant influence to employees performance of AirNav Indonesia company.</em>

The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of employee relations (variable X1) and Work Discipline (variable X2) on Employee Performance (variable Y). The method used in this research is to use descriptive and associative methods. Data collection techniques used by researchers in this study are through observation, questionnaire interviews, documentation and literature studies. The data analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, multiple linear regression analysis, including the test of the coefficient of determination and multiple correlation coefficients. The results of the test of the coefficient of determination seen from the value (Adjusted R2) of 0.531 can be interpreted that the impact of employee relations and working discipline on employee performance is equal to 53.1%. The remaining 46.9% is influenced by other factors outside this study. Conclusion, there is a moderate relationship between employee relations and work discipline with employee performance. This study aims to determine the effect of promotion and price on purchasing decisions at PT. Shopee International Indonesia in the city of Manado, where Shopee consumers in the city of Manado also often shop through this application by looking at the promotions that PT. Shopee International Indonesia often holds and the prices offered so that in purchasing decisions there are several factors that influence in it, and this research the writer takes the promotion and price factors. In this research quantitative associative research is used with data collection techniques by observation and questionnaire. The analysis technique used is the validity test, reliability test, normality test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination analysis. In testing the hypothesis using partial test and simultaneous test. Based on the results obtained from this study, it shows that the influence of promotion is 52.9% and the influence of price is 40.3%. and the effect of promotion and price simultaneously that is equal to 56.6% while the remaining 43.4% is explained by other variables not included in this study that include products, places, people, processes, advertising, physical evidence.

This study aims to determine the role of Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Husnayain Against the Development of Micro Small and Medium Enterprises (UMKM). In the study used survey methods by taking samples from the population. The sample in this research is Baitul Maal Wat Tamwil (BMT) Husnayain customer, with 65 respondents. The aims of this study is to determine and explain the simultaneous and partial influence of perceptions of ease, risk and trust in the decision to use Gopay. The research method of this study was quantitative descriptive method. The population is all active student of Batik Islamic Surakarta University. The number of sample was determined by using Slovin formula which has result of 100 respondents. The sampling technique was using purposive sampling method meanwhile questionnaire was used to collect the data. The technique of the data analysis used in this study are the classical assumption test instrument and hypothesis test (multiple linear regression analysis, F test, t test and coefficient of determination) with the help of SPSS Statistics. The results of this study shows that the variable perception of ease, risk and trust affect the decision to use Gopay. The t-test results shows the perception of ease affect the decision to use Gopay. The risk does not affect the decision to use Gopay. Trust influences the decision to use Gopay. Suggestions from this research are Gopay should increase its convenience, reduce risk, and maintain credibility so that consumers will continue to trust Gopay

The purpose of this study was to find out: the effect of service quality, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy both jointly and partially on the satisfaction of inpatients in the Karanganyar District Hospital. Judging from the type or type, this research is explanatory research (explanation). The population in this study were 1006 patients hospitalized in Karanganyar Hospital. As a sample 100 people were taken using proportional random sampling technique. The data collection technique used is by questionnaire method, documentation and literature study. The data analysis technique in this study is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. Based on the results of the tests that have been carried out it can be concluded as follows: (1) There is a positive and significant effect simultaneously management of quality, reliability, responsiveness, and empathy on the satisfaction of inpatients in Karanganyar District Hospital. (2) There is a positive and significant effect of partial quality management on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (3) There is a positive and significant partial effect of reliability on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (4) There is a positive and significant influence partially on responsiveness to the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD. (5) There is a positive and significant partial effect of empathy on the satisfaction of inpatients in the RSUD.
