The research objective in this paper is to identify the potential threat of 5th generation war, analyze cyber threats and cyber attacks in Indonesia and how the Universal War Strategy in dealing with the threat of cyber attacks. This research method uses a qualitative descriptive phenomenology research method, using data sources from some literature and mass media. The research results from the researcher's analysis provide significant results with the conclusion that Indonesia is vulnerable to cyber threats so that it is necessary to equalize perceptions in drafting the concept of defense and security from the threat of cyber attacks.

Life skills are proven to be able to improve human civilization.  Improving literacy culture is one way to develop human life skills.  The National Literacy Movement/ Gerakan Literasi Nasional (GLN) initiated by the government is an effort to realize it.  SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman has a Class Literacy Movement/ Gerakan Literasi Kelas (GLK) program.  The limited space available is not a reason to discourage GLK.  This type of research was case study field research.  The institution studied was SDIT Salsabila 2 Klaseman.  The subjects consisted teachers, principals, students and parents.  Data was obtained by observation, interviews and documentation steps.  Analysis was performed by using data reduction techniques, data display, triangulation, and conclusion drawing/verification.  The data showed that the main purpose of GLK was to intensify the culture of school literacy, library revitalization, and maintain the stability of school library functions.  The technical implementation is by creating a class library in each class, fostering a sense of belonging to the class library, supplying books from the school library to the class library, providing educational playgrounds in the area of the class library, giving rewards for students who are diligent in reading, achievements are informed in public, and explore the student guardian support. The problems that arise are the lack of teacher exemplariness, lack of consistency, supply of books from school libraries is still small, and the system of re-education has not been orderly.

Based on the Round Table Conference between Indonesia and the Netherlands' representatives in 1949, West Papua will be delivered to Indonesia a year later. Nevertheless, the Dutch broke their promise to return West Papua to Indonesian sovereignty. The Dutch continued to insist on West Papua as their land and then increased their military presence in West Papua to prepare for defending the territory. Responding to this, initially, Indonesia made peaceful efforts, namely bilateral diplomacy within the Indonesian-Dutch Union ties, continued with trilateral diplomacy and diplomacy efforts using the Asian African Conference and United Nations organizations. However, Indonesian diplomatic efforts met with deadlock. Hence, another form of diplomacy, the military effort, has been displayed. This study's main aim is to review the 1962 military confrontation on salvaging West Papua in the analysis on war theory. Also, to prove that with sufficient military strength, the country will confidently step up to be the negotiating table winner. The Indonesian military strength at that time was playing a significant role as a deterrent effect. The research uses a qualitative descriptive phenomenology method, using data sources from several books and journals available. The result of the research shows that Indonesia absolutely needs a modern and more rigid military force to maintain its sovereignty, protect our Island and its natural resources. Without the deterrent effect of military power, Indonesia will be underestimated in international politics.

The paper deals with the various aspects of cybernetic confrontation. The authors substantiate the urgency of creating a proactive protection management system and propose hardware and software solutions based on the development of a mobile robotic system. The paper describes the system designed to audit the stability of the network infrastructure to existing and prospective cyber threats, to its architecture and functionality. Cyber warfare marks a new level of armed confrontation. An urgent requirement of the time, taking into account the robotization of weapons and military equipment, is the revision of the principles of building automated control systems, information systems and communication networks from the viewpoint of ensuring cybersecurity. The co-evolution of the cybersecurity system should provide: the detection of new, previously unknown cyber threats (cyber attacks) during the monitoring (exploration) of cyberspace; the automatic selection of the parameters of the functioning of information systems and communication networks under the conditions of destructive effects without deterioration of their main characteristics (cognitive platforms for building information and telecommunication networks). Intelligence in cyberspace requires digital penetration into the network and control systems of a potential enemy and involves the use of completely new sources, forms and methods of data and information collection, development of new intelligence tools and technologies, tactical and technical techniques. Thus, the system of cyber security should be provided for the possibility of pre-emptive hardware and software effects (pre-emptive attacks) and active attacks on information systems and resources of the opposing side, as well as the ability to misinformation by the opposing side of the true properties and parameters of information systems and communication networks.
