The shop's sales and purchase system is currently using a manual system. For the development of its business, a new system is needed to be able to improve the current system. Design and manufacture of this new sales and purchase system by making an application program using Borland Delphi 7 and Microsoft SQL Server 2000 for the database. The result of making this program is to automate the calculation in the sales and purchase process, which in the old system still uses manual counting. Programs can also produce reports that contain data needed by a manager in a structured manner.

This paper is the outcome of reserch at PT. Hings Subur Makmur. Buying System at PT. Hings Subur Makmur still uses manually system, so frequent mistake in the transaction, then need to build a buying system in computerized. The system application made is application the buying system useful to reduce the mistake for this happened in the process of purchasing and to ease in doing the purchase process effective and afficient. In the application system there is report pertaining to the buying system. The methods used in the buying system it uses Unifield Modelling Language (UML), to be made use of programming Visual Basic.Net and use SQL Server 2008 as database. A form report using Crystal Report. Operation System use Microsoft Windows7. Design of the new system generates an application program that has been integrated with each other and make it easier to access the information needed and help the company overseeing the purchasing system.

Sistem  absensi  saat  ini  perlu  memerlukan  pembaharuan  sistem  yang  baru. Karena  dengan melakukan hal ini akan berdampak sangat baik bagi perusahaan dilihat dari sisi efisien, efektif, dan  cepat.  Dalam  hal  ini  perusahaan  berlomba  membuat  sistem  absensi  yang  dapat  berjalan pada  teknologi  saat  ini  seperti  smartphone  android.  Hal tersebut membutuhkan sebuah design rancangan sebelum sistem ini dibuat sehingga dapat mengetahui permasalahan dan solusi pada sistem  yang  akan  dibuat.  Design  sistem  absensi  online  digunakan  untuk  mempercepat  absen hanya   melalui   smartphone  android  yang  dimiliki  oleh  masing-masing  karyawan.  Hal  ini membutuhkan  jaringan  lokal  yang  berjarak  hanya  didalam  lingkungan  perusahaan  sehingga karyawan tidak dapat absen diluar perusahaan. Guna membuat sebuah laporan dengan metode sistem  diatas,  memerlukan  metode  pengumpulan  data  sistem  yang  berjalan,  wawancara, observasi,   analisa   sistem   yang   diusulkan,   dan   metode   prototipe   dan   testing   sebagai pembentukan sistem usulan yang memadai sebagai alternative solusi terbaik dari permasalahan yang ada. Kata Kunci :Sistem, Absensi, Design, Jaringan The current system requires absences need renewal of the new system. Because by doing this will have an impact is  very  good  for the  company as  seen  from the  side  of efficient, effective,  and  fast.  In  this  case  the  company  raced  to  make  attendance  system  that  can  run  on  current technologies  such          as android     smartphone. It requires a design draft before this system was created  so as to  know the  problems and solutions on the system to be  created.  Online attendance  system  design  used  to  speed up the timesheet only through android smartphone  which  is  owned  by  each  employee. This  requires  a  local network  which is just in a corporate environment so that employees can not be absent outside of the company. To create a report  with the method above,   the system requires a   method   of data   collection system   that runs, interviews, observation, analysis of the proposed system, and the method of prototype and  testing as the establishment of  an adequate  proposal  system  as  alternative  best  solution of existing problems. Abstract The 74th step of "100 Concrete Step of Nation Plan" initiated by the first president of the Republic of Kazakhstan (RoK) Nursultan Nazarbayev states that Kazakhstani reserves reporting system must be changed to the international standards. One of them actively proposed is the SPE-PRMS. Therefore, the main goal of the paper is to show challenges of the transition, discuss possible problems, their solution and, eventually, advantages for the companies. In the paper the main aspects of the current State Committee of Reserves (SCR) system or well-known as GKZ system inherited from the Soviet system and used in Kazakhstan are reported. Especially, we try to highlight the reserves categories of A, B, C1 and C2 and their impact on further field development in details. Also SPE-PRMS and SEC rules are shown in terms of differences and similarities with the current system. Importantly, authors demonstrate how the SPE-PRMS standards are wide-spread around the globe. Finally, details of planned shift, some recommendations and simplification of reporting process are exhibited. As the result of the study the following points are investigated. Firstly, what will be with reports just recently approved by the SCR. Especially, for the big fields whose preparation takes up to several years. Secondly, what the frequency is for the reporting. Thirdly, whether the reports will be handled through several approval stages or just submitted. Moreover, how close to SPE-PRMS the new system should be adopted taking into account Kazahstani realities and if the reports should be composed in English along with Russian, since the main purpose of the transition is to be clear and transparent for the foreign investors. Otherwise, unfamiliar language and big deviation from the well-known standards may ruin the efforts. Despite the complexity of these issues the benefits of the new system are obvious and there are several reasons. The main advantage is that the SPE-PRMS is all about economically recoverable reserves without any ties with fixed recovery factor. In addition, report is done in short time and less volume. Finally, if the norm of the report's submission without going to tedious approval process is accepted, that will ease work of the subsoil users’ because it accelerates further preparation of field development project. The study is done due to recent changes of the RoK subsoil usage regulations, where the requirement for reserves reporting system's transition to the new international standards is mentioned. However, the issue is not much highlighted in technical publications from the operating companies’ point of view. Thus, having experience with GKZ, SPE-PRMS and SEC systems the authors take this opportunity to show challenges and benefits of the decision.

In order to improve the efficiency of the traditional building materials information management, a construction materials quality detection management system is designed and developed. It includes three subsystems, they are quality testing system, information management system and process monitoring and control system. In the system, SQL Server 2000 is used as background database, Visual C++ 6.0 is used as the development platform, ADO is used as the connection between Visual C++ and SQL Server 2000. By using this system, the original paper records are stored in the database, the testing process is standardizes. The modernization of building materials information management is improved. This system has been successfully used in certain Building Materials Quality Supervision Station, which proved that the development process is suitable for Building Materials Supervision Station to quickly establish construction materials quality detection management system.

Sistem Informasi Persediaan ini dirancang untuk memaksimalkan proses pengolahan data barang di bagian perlengkapan rumah sakit Prof. Dr. Tabrani Pekanbaru, sistem yang tergolong masih menggunakan cara konvensional kurang memadai untuk mengolah informasi secara cepat dan akurat. Sehingga dibutuhkan sistem yang mampu mengolah data dan menyampaikan informasi secara lebih cepat yakni sistem yang berbasis komputer. Dengan membangun sistem persediaan berbasis komputer diharapkan kesalahan – kesalahan didalam pengolahan dan penyampaian informasi pada saat menggunakan sistem konvensional tidak terjadi lagi, seperti didalam pengolahan informasi stok barang dan pengolahan segala transaksi yang terjadi di bagian perlengkapan. Pengembangan sistem ini dilakukan dengan menganalisa sistem yang berjalan, merancang sistem, dan mengimplementasikan ke dalam sistem komputer dalam hal ini membangun aplikasi menggunakan bahasa pemrograman Visual Basic 6.0 dan database SQL Server 2000 sebagai media penyimpanan data. Dengan menerapkan sistem informasi persediaan barang menggunakan sistem komputer yakni membuat sebuah aplikasi maka pengolahan data persediaan barang seperti pengolahan data transaksi permintaan barang, transaksi barang masuk dan barang keluar dari bagian perlengkapan akan lebih terorganisir dengan baik sehingga akan menghasilkan informasi yang lebih tepat berupa laporan – laporan yang dibutuhkan komponen sistem yang berhubungan dengan informasi persediaan barang bagian perlengkapan di rumah sakit tersebut.

Sales Analysis Using Forecasting Method aims to improve effectiveness and efficiency that facilitates companies in business transaction processes, improve the delivery of information quickly, accurately, and transaction data well and minimize errors. The method used in the presentation of this scientific work is by using a forecasting method which helps determine the approximate stock of goods to come. With 3 forecasting modules are: Moving Average, Weighted Moving Average, Trend Projection is used to perform the forecasting process of the upcoming stock of goods. Can solve problems that exist in the current system so that it can help in improving its services by calculating the stock and helping by determining the average data that has been linked to the forecasting module whose results can be concluded through reports per period. It can be concluded that the results of implementing this new system can help companies in recording each transaction that occurs becomes more efficient and effective, so that it can overcome the problems that exist in the current system. With this we can predict the current flow of goods that have been calculated based on 3 (three) modules that have connections with the system

a b s t r a c tThis study aims to design a new system and method of application program Al-Faraidh as a medium of learning fiqih mawaris in MAN Model Banda Aceh. This research uses qualitative descriptive method, that is by collecting data through interview with fiqih teachers and literature study. The study of jurisprudence is difficult to achieve the expected competence, mawaris calculation is also still done manually. Students tend to be less interested in learning fiqih mawaris because it is considered too difficult. Therefore it is necessary to design an application program as a learning medium that facilitates and attracts students' attention. The design of the web-based application program can process the data muwaris (person who left the heirs), data of heirs along with his position against muwaris, heirs, muwaris reports, and recapitals report on the division of inheritance. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sebuah rancangan program aplikasi sebagai media pembelajaran yang memudahkan dan menarik perhatian siswa. Rancangan program aplikasi yang berbasis web tersebut dapat mengolah data muwaris (orang yang meninggalkan harta waris), data ahli waris beserta kedudukannya terhadap muwaris, harta waris, laporan muwaris, dan laporan rekap hasil pembagian harta waris. Program aplikasi tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi solusi yang efektif dari permasalahan tersebut, sehingga mempermudah proses perhitungan harta waris, khususnya dalam proses pembelajaran.Kata Kunci:Aplikasi Alfaraidh, Mawaris, Media Pembelajaran
