We are traditionally used Microscope in clinical laboratory for determination of white blood cells of human blood smear. Now, in this study we were used Foldscope with Smartphone in the place of Microscope and examine many samples of human blood smear which was collected from local diagnostic centers. We were very easily quantity & morphology analysis of all types of WBC cells such as Neutrophils, Lymphocytes, Monocytes, Eosionophils, Basophils in blood smear with the help of Foldscope & image taken by Smartphone. The main objective of this study is to use Foldscope for quantity & morphology analysis of human WBCs at field level especially poor resource area where healthcare services or centers is not available & where carry of microscope is not possible.

New measures applied to reduce antimicrobial resistances (AMR) at field level in broiler production are focused on improving animals’ welfare and resilience. However, it is necessary to have better knowledge of AMR epidemiology. Thus, the aim of this study was to evaluate AMR and multidrug resistance (MDR) dynamics during the rearing of broilers under commercial (33 kg/m2 density and max. 20 ppm ammonia) and improved (17 kg/m2 density and max. 10 ppm ammonia) farm conditions. Day-old chicks were housed in two poultry houses (commercial vs. improved), and no antimicrobial agents were administered at any point. Animals were sampled at arrival day, mid-period and at slaughter day. High AMR rates were observed throughout rearing. No statistical differences were observed between groups. Moreover, both groups presented high MDR at slaughter day. These results could be explained by vertical or horizontal resistance acquisition. In conclusion, AMR and MDR are present throughout rearing. Moreover, although a lower level of MDR was observed at mid-period in animals reared under less intensive conditions, no differences were found at the end. In order to reduce the presence of AMR bacteria in poultry, further studies are needed to better understand AMR acquisition and prevalence in differing broiler growing conditions.

Quantization of the electromagnetic field in a class of covariant gauges is performed on a positive metric Hilbert space. Although losing manifest covariance, we find at the free field level the existence of two physical spaces where Poincaré transformations are implemented unitarily. This gives rise to two different physical interpretations of the theory. Unitarity of the S operator for an interaction with an external source then forces one to postulate that a restricted gauge invariance must hold. This singles out one interpretation, the one where two transverse photons are physical.

This paper analyzes the actual situation of the electricity management about student apartments, and design intelligent energy student housing management system based on CAN bus. The system uses the field level, the underlying management level and upper management level three management systems. Field level with a dedicated energy metering chip AD7755 and STM32F103 microcontroller with A/D conversion function as the core, to achieve real-time power measurement; via CAN bus timing or random read live energy data for monitoring electricity consumption of the apartment, investigate abnormal electricity, thus effectively limiting the students to use electrical power to achieve the modernization and automation of power management solutions student apartments.

At the field level the demand for spatial information of soil properties is rapidly increasing owing to its requirements in precision agriculture and soil management. One of the most important properties is the cation exchange capacity (CEC, cmol(+)/kg) because it is an index of the shrink–swell potential and hence is a measure of soil structural resilience to tillage. However, CEC is time-consuming and expensive to measure. Various ancillary datasets and statistical methods can be used to predict CEC, but there is little scientific literature which implements this approach to map CEC or addresses the issue of the amount of ancillary data required to maximise precision and minimise bias of spatial prediction at the field level. We compare a standard least-squares multiple linear regression (MLR) model which includes 2 proximally sensed (EM38 and EM31), 3 remotely sensed (Red, Green and Blue spectral brightness), and 2 trend surface (Easting and Northing) variables as ancillary data or independent variables, and a stepwise MLR model which only includes the statistically valid EM38 signal data and the Easting trend surface vector. The latter is used as the basis for developing a hierarchical spatial regression model to predict CEC. The reliability of the model is analysed by comparing prediction precision (root mean square error) and bias (mean error) using degraded EM38 transect spacing (i.e. 96, 144, 192, 240, and 288 m) and comparing these with predictions achieved with the 48-m spacing. We conclude that the EM38 data available on the 96- and 144-m spacing are suitable at a reconnaissance level (i.e. broad-scale farming) and 24- or 48-m spacing are suitable at smaller levels where detailed information is necessary for siting the location of water reservoirs. In terms of soil management, CEC predictions determine where suitable subsoil exists for the purpose of soil profile inversion to improve the structural resilience of a topsoil that is susceptible to dispersion and surface crusting.
