The construction of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism in colleges and universities in China has begun to take effect. In view of the differences in the key points of different colleges and universities in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism, the quality evaluation of curriculum ideological and political education mechanism is particularly important. However, the quality evaluation mechanism is related to ability, fairness, and potential. It is essential to assume the effectiveness of moral education in college curriculum ideological and political education as the benchmark, adhere to positioning experts, teachers, and students as the key elements of the main body of the evaluation mechanism, as well as establish a diversified quality evaluation standard system based on the teaching management, infrastructure, and moral education effectiveness. Building a scientific and multi-dimensional quality evaluation mechanism for ideological and political education in colleges and universities would promote the connotative development of ideological and political education in courses.

In recent years, with the development of "guiding outline of Ideological and political construction of college curriculum" and "five focuses", the ideological and political education in Colleges and Universities has become more and more important. With the development of the strategy of "Ideological and political education of curriculum", the infiltration of traditional culture into the ideological and political education in Colleges and universities has become the focus of the school and society. From the perspective of culture itself, Chinese excellent traditional culture is a vivid teaching material for college students' patriotism education, an important resource to cultivate socialist core values, and an important source to nourish socialist moral construction. The new curriculum plan of ideological and political course in university is not only based on the practical needs of ideological education in colleges in the new era, but also based on the urgent requirements of the fundamental task of moral education in universities. It is also an important achievement in the process of long-term exploration of ideological and political theory education in colleges. In principle, the reform of ideological and political teaching of specialized courses in universities should be student-oriented and practice-oriented; in terms of the goal, we should push the reform towards standardization from two levels: the fundamental goal and the specific goal. The key point of reform is to excavate and refine the elements of ideological and political education in specialized courses, and the timing and links of the integration of ideological and political education elements in specialized courses. Objectives: With the constant improvement and development of the ideological and political educational system in our country, colleges and universities pay more and more attention to the ideological and political education for students in the teaching process. However, there is still a lack of effective management methods in the process of ideological and political education. Methods: Based on the above considerations, in this paper, the research on the educational management model of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities based on anthropological linguistics was put forward. Firstly, the relevant theories of anthropological linguistics were elaborated and a detailed introduction was carried out to the educational management methods; based on this, the intervention mechanism of using anthropological linguistics for educational management was proposed; then, by adding the counseling function of cognitive science to management means, the initiative of students in the teaching process was further mobilized. Results: This teaching management can provide reference value for a wide range of applications in the future. In order to verify the feasibility of the study, the test of practical educational management model of ideological and political courses was used. Conclusion: By comparing with the traditional way, it is concluded that it is feasible to study the educational management model of ideological and political courses in colleges and universities based on anthropological linguistics.

In ideological and political education in colleges and universities, ideological and political theory courses are the main channel of ideological and political education, and the key to running ideological and political theory courses lies in teachers. The establishment and improvement of the assessment and evaluation mechanism of ideological and political course teachers will effectively improve the curriculum effect of ideological and political theory courses. However, while the construction of the assessment and evaluation mechanism for ideological and political teachers in colleges and universities in China has achieved certain results, there are still some unsolved problems, such as the lack of an assessment and assessment that matches the characteristics of ideological and political teachers. Standards and ideological and political course teacher assessment and evaluation mechanisms have guiding deviations. Ideological and political education is an important part of the realization of the fundamental goal of moral education in universities.
