The quality of the Flats is a concern of every citizen and related health offices who need healthy flats. To determine the quality of a flat is declared healthy or unhealthy, three criteria are used, including: housing components, housing facilities, and behavior. In this study, 5 samples were used to determine the quality of the flats, from the calculation results obtained 2 houses that were declared healthy and 3 houses were declared unhealthy. The WASPAS method is applied to determine the quality priority of healthy flats. In this study, researchers used several criteria including area, environment, infrastructure, location, security. The alternatives in this study are, Flat A, Flat B, Flat C, Flat D and Flat E. From these calculations, the results obtained from the analysis determine a healthy apartment using the WASPAS (Weight Aggregated Sum Product Assessment) method. The following: 1. Flat A gets a score of 6.0144, 2. Flat B gets a score of 6.0117, 3. Flat C gets a score of 5.5871, 4. Flat E gets a score of 5.1253. 5. Apartment D received a score of 4,8253.5. From the calculation results, the WASPAS method can be an input for the related health offices to follow up on the priority of healthy flats so that it is easier for people to choose healthy flats.

The problem at PT. TMCI is that the lab part is still confused in determining the quality of some cocoa beans, because there is no average calculation. So that the quality of cocoa depends only on the specified parameters, and the moisture content, the count of cocoa beans as the first determinant of quality. The purpose of this study is to make a decision model in a decision making with the Multidimensional Scaling method, and a decision support system as a decision maker in determining the quality of cocoa beans, and implementing a decision support system and calculation of MDS metrics with several parameters, namely based on moisture content, moudly, broken beans, weight of waste, number of cocoa beans and flat cocoa beans. Then apply the MDS method in an Android-based application system, so that from the calculation results can determine which quality is good and which will be mixed again. Data collection is done by observing conditions directly, and conducting interviews. From the results of testing implementation, interviews and testing applications, that the application works properly when used. In terms of appearance and function the application can help the lab and the owner at the time of supplying supplier data. So it was concluded that this application could be well received and answer the problems of the lab and the owner.

Lecturers are resources owned by the University. One of the efforts to improve the quality of lecturers is by giving appreciation in the form of rewards or awards to the best lecturers or lecturers who excel. However, to be able to provide these rewards, of course there are several assessments that will be given to lecturers. The problem is how to give the assessment so that the lecturer is declared worthy to receive a reward or award. There is a decision support system or abbreviated as DSS where in the system there are several methods that can be used to provide an assessment of course with the determined assessment criteria. In this research, the method used is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) with several criteria into consideration. The results showed that alternative A3 and A2 were selected as outstanding young lecturers.

The article proposes the approach to intellectual decision support in the field of software requirements engineering based on OWL-ontology. The approach presented takes into account the specifics of requirements engineering for agile project management. The architecture of the developed decision support system consists of a user interface, a Python application including the reasoner, the OWL ontology and the file database. OWL ontology accumulates knowledge about the criteria for assessing the quality of requirements. The ontology enables accumulating in the form of instances of class’s information about the software product requirements, requirements artefacts, and requirements sources. The ontology includes the axioms of descriptor logic, enabling to perform reasoning about the requirements, to identify the implicit relations between the requirements. The ontology includes the knowledge that is necessary to analyze the correspondence of user stories and behavior scenarios to the criteria for evaluating their syntactic quality, to determine the priority and risk level of user stories. Also, the ontology enables bottom-up or top-down tracing of requirements and assessing the completeness of individual requirements. Application of the developed system ensures to lessen the wrong decisions number with management of requirements to the software.

One effort in the development of information technology today requires fast and accurate information in its implementation. in the assessment of the work ability of well-performing and poor employees with the support of a decision support system it produces one of the implementations of the development of information technology in improving the quality of the company's work. where the decision making process determines employee demotion is still done manually. still there are often a number of errors such as misdirection. Therefore, to make an assessment in making a decision to choose a decent demotion employee based on the assessment carried out in the field. Then the decision support system that will be built with a computerized system so that decision making is done quickly and accurately. For this decision support system, use the Profile Matching method or matching the demotion of employee demos with the profile of the employee assessed with the specified Criteria. Making an application program must be made carefully, so that it looks easy to understand and proven useful and useful for users. the system built can help PT. Nafasindo in determining the demotion of employees who are decent and can reduce errors in determining the demotion of employees

Decision support system for selecting color guard with VIKOR and Borda methods. It has been made as a tool to select color guard at the Sei Rampah High School. The criteria used in the decision support system for color guard selection are: height, weight, agility, stamina, and body language. Color guard selection activities are a routine activity every year, so GINADA marching band coach Sei Rampah hereby selects to select permanent members in the marching band. Decision Support System in an organization can be seen as important in supporting the smooth running of activities and achieving an organizational goal. SPK can come in various forms, ranging from simple forms of data processing to complex application forms, and can also be used to accelerate and improve the quality of the decision-making process in the organization.

IntroductionE-health offers the opportunity of supporting the management of several diseases, but most of these tools are far from being based on scientific evidence and demonstrating their effectiveness and efficacy. The PSICODEM Project aims to develop a mobile personalized clinical decision support system (CDSS) based on evidence for contributing to e-health interventions addressed to the management of dementia that require not only a pharmacological approach but also psychosocial interventions for improving patients’ quality of life and reducing emotional, cognitive and behavioral symptoms. The present communication focuses on the identification of the evidence on which the CDSS algorithm will be developed.MethodsThree systematic reviews were carried out in order to identify the existing scientific evidence published in relation to the effectiveness of behavioral, emotional and cognitive therapies addressing dementia (January 2009 to December 2017). The main databases were consulted (PubMed, Cochrane Library, PsychoInfo) and only randomized control trials (RCT) were considered. Articles were reviewed by two independent reviewers. The quality of the selected publications was assessed according to the SIGN criteria.ResultsForty-seven RCTs were selected for cognitive therapies, thirty-two for emotional ones and fifteen for behavioral interventions. Those therapies with more support of evidence were skills training for cognitive therapies and reminiscence interventions for emotional interventions; however, in behavioral interventions a variety of therapeutically approaches were found. Wide differences were found between studies in terms of types and levels of dementia, forms of intervention (number, length and frequency of sessions) and outcome measures.ConclusionsIn-depth analysis of evidence will allow the identification of those interventions more appropriate for each patient according to their symptoms and level of dementia. According to this evidence, the mobile CDSS algorithm will be developed. Additionally, these findings point out the gaps in psychosocial intervention research.
