Abstrak - Penerapan Supply Chain Management (SCM) sangat membantu perusahaan dalam melakukan pengolahan bahan baku sampai pendistribusian barang. Hal ini dapat mempengaruhi tingkat persediaan, dan siklus waktu. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan proses pengadaan pada home industry moeslim grup agar pendapatan produksi rebana dapat lebih meningkat. Pengumpulan dan pengolahan data dilakukan dengan wawancara pada orang yang terlibat di Home Industry Moeslim Grup Gresik. Tujuannya untuk memperoleh gambaran mengenai kegiatan badan usahanya dalam mengetahui permasalahan yang terkait dengan penerapan SCM. Permasalahan yang ada pada Home Industry Moeslim Grup yaitu dalam pemilihan supplier, dan penyimpanan barang di gudang. Permasalahan ini dianalisis dan menghasilkan kenaikan yang signifikan tiap tahunnya. Hasil analisis tersebut disimulasikan menggunakan Anylogic 8.5.1 Professional. Adanya simulasi SCM pada Home Industry Moeslim Grup mempermudah proses bisnis yang terdapat di home industry tersebut.Katakunci: anylogic, simulasi, supply chain management, wawancaraAbstract - The implementation of Supply Chain Management (SCM) is very helpful for companies in processing raw materials to the distribution of goods. This can affect inventory levels, and cycle times. This purpose of the study to model the procurement process in the Muslim industry home industry group so that tambourine production income can be increased. Data collection and processing is done by interviewing people involved in the Moeslim Gresik Group's Home Industry. The aim is to obtain an overview of the activities of the business entity in knowing the problems associated with the application of SCM. The problems that exist in the Moeslim Group Home Industry are in the selection of suppliers, and storage of goods in warehouses. This problem is analyzed and produces a significant increase each year. The results of the analysis were simulated using Anylogic 8.5.1 Professional. The SCM simulation in the Moeslim Group Home Industry simplifies the business processes contained in the home industry.Keywords: anylogic, interview, simulation, supply chain management

ABSTRACTThis study aims to examine the business processes through the MSME supply chain, specifically in the chain of raw material access, production processes to marketing processes. The objects of this research focusing on five most developed MSME in Sambirejo Village, Ngawen, Gunung Kidul namely food, processed zinc, woven cloth, tile and local gabion. The business processes analyzed by using supply chain management approach. This study conducted a qualitative method based on interview and observation. Results of the study show that the pattern of MSME supply chains in Sambirejo Village is still relatively simple. In their processes, these MSME supply raw materials from suppliers or distributors of raw materials then process them. Afterwards, they distribute them to consumers using two different distribution methods (dual channel) there are distribute it directly and through an intermediary.Keywords: business process; UMKM; supply chain management

The Supply Chain Management Information System combines several business processes across organizations from the initial organization to the end user. In the procurement of raw materials, the procurement of Covid-19 takes time and causes inventory. With the Supply Chain Management Information System, it is expected to simplify the procurement process and minimize shortages of goods so as to speed up patient handling. This study resulted in the design of an SCM information system that uses the waterfall model software development method which is useful for helping the health industry get the flow of information, goods, and money because the related parties have been integrated with the designed system.

The paper deals with integration of supply chains and specifically concentrates on the importance of distribution of information among various companies in the chain. It summarizes the most important concepts of supply chain management. Both technological changes and organizational improvements are essential for effective integration of supply chains. Therefore the paper shows how business process modelling can be used to analyze the existing processes and help in renovation and integration of those processes, with a special emphasis on an inter-organizational level. It is shown on a practical example, how sharing and strategic utilization of information in a supply chain can radically improve execution of vital business processes and help integrate processes in different companies. That leads to shorter cycle times, lower costs and inventory levels and better quality for the final customer.

The objectives of this research are: (1) To simplify business processes so that supply chain management starts from raw materials to finished materials and distributes these products to end consumers effectively and efficiently; (2) Build a web-based supply chain management application system to make it easier for companies in their business processes. This research method uses qualitative methods. The final results of this study: (a) Application of supply chain management information system designed for PT. ABCD can reduce supply chain uncertainty in companies. Because the implementation of the system can help the company in controlling the procurement of raw materials that must always be available in accordance with the company's needs; (b) The supply chain management information system application that is designed can describe the correlation between suppliers and companies, companies and users who can facilitate ordering goods from suppliers to companies and vice versa, so that the delivery of ordered goods is in accordance with the order and arrives at the company on time and in the right amount; (c). Provide opportunities for suppliers to participate in the implementation of the system to provide online price quotes.Tujuan Penelitian ini adalah untuk: (1) Mempermudah dalam proses bisnis sehingga dalam pengelolaan rantai pasok mulai dari bahan mentah sampai bahan jadi dan mendistribusikan produk tersebut kepada konsumen akhir dapat berjalan secara efektif dan efisien; (2) Membangun suatu sistem aplikasi manajemen rantai pasok yang berbasis website sehingga lebih memudahkan perusahaan dalam proses bisnisnya. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif. Hasil akhir penelitian ini antara lain (a) Penerapan sistem informasi manajemen rantai pasok yang dirancang untuk PT. ABCD bisa mengurangi ketidakpastian rantai pasok pada perusahaan. Sebab, penerapan sistem tersebut bisa membantu perusahaan dalam pengadaan dan mengendalikan bahan baku yang mesti selalu tersedia sesuai dengan keinginan perusahaan; (b) Aplikasi sistem informasi manajemen rantai pasok yang dirancang tersebut dapat menggambarkan korelasi pemasok dengan perusahaan, perusahaan dengan pemakai yang bisa mempermudah pemesanan barang dari pemasok ke perusahaan maupun sebaliknya sehingga pengiriman barang yang dipesan sesuai dengan pesanan dan sampai ke perusahaan tepat waktu dan tepat jumlah; (c) Memberi peluang kepada pemasok agar ikut serta ke dalam penerapan sistem tersebut untuk memberikan penawaran harga secara online

The paper describes the principle of the reengineering of supply chain management integrated scheduling processes in order to increase in efficiency of business process and decrease the decision-making time at collision of plan-fact deviations. The basic concept of business-processes reengineering is analyzed. The experience of reengineering of supply chain integrated scheduling business processes for the oil and gas branch is presented. The bottlenecks of the current practice were revealed. The purpose of this paper is to carry out recommendations for improving business processes based on an analysis of the current realization of the process, his provision with information systems and data flows.

Implementation of business education in the world of education is very important. However, many theories and teaching monotonous nature led to the knowledge of the business is difficult to be well understood. Thus, to introduce supply chain management as the business processes of an enterprise, it takes a learning method that is more innovative and creative as well as promoting business practices. One method of teaching that can address these problems is with education game business simulation genre. Chocorillo: The Lost Recipes is an educational game that teaches the business of business learning, especially concerning supply chain management which is packed with gameplay that is fun and exciting game story. This game there are 29 characters that the player can interact with them, doing quests from them, and resolve social problems that occur. The creation of this work is expected to generate business educational game that can provide learning effects without compromising the beauty aspect of the graphics so players do not get bored easily in use.Keywords: Android, game edukasi, bisnis, unity, supply chain management. AbstrakPenerapan pendidikan bisnis dalam dunia pendidikan merupakan hal yang sangat penting. Salah satu metode pengajaran yang dapat menjawab permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan game edukasi bisnis bergenre simulasi. Chocorillo: The Lost Recipes merupakan game edukasi bisnis yang mengajarkan pembelajaran bisnis khususnya tentang supply chain management yang dikemas dengan gameplay yang menyenangkan dan game story yang menarik. Purpose The value of big data in supply chain management (SCM) is typically motivated by the improvement of business processes and decision-making practices. However, the aspect of value associated with big data in SCM is not well understood. The purpose of this paper is to mitigate the weakly understood nature of big data concerning big data’s value in SCM from a business process perspective. Design/methodology/approach A content-analysis-based literature review has been completed, in which an inductive and three-level coding procedure has been applied on 72 articles. Findings By identifying and defining constructs, a big data SCM framework is offered using business process theory and value theory as lenses. Value discovery, value creation and value capture represent different value dimensions and bring a multifaceted view on how to understand and realize the value of big data. Research limitations/implications This study further elucidates big data and SCM literature by adding additional insights to how the value of big data in SCM can be conceptualized. As a limitation, the constructs and assimilated measures need further empirical evidence. Practical implications Practitioners could adopt the findings for conceptualization of strategies and educational purposes. Furthermore, the findings give guidance on how to discover, create and capture the value of big data. Originality/value Extant SCM theory has provided various views to big data. This study synthesizes big data and brings a multifaceted view on its value from a business process perspective. Construct definitions, measures and research propositions are introduced as an important step to guide future studies and research designs.

Although many companies have implemented ERP systems to track and share information across cross functional business processes, they often supplement them with legacy, custom, or best of breed applications to support supply chain execution and management. This article offers a framework for understanding all types of enterprise applications that support the supply chain. In this study, the authors organize these applications, define acronyms, and describe the various types of systems that make up an information infrastructure for supply chain management.
