The paper describes automation means of the quality management system’s functions for the purpose of optimization an autoservice enterprises (AE) activity. Activity of an enterprise can be explored at regional level, within the scope of an independent enterprise or structural unit and at the level of the certain select technological process. There is a relation between the levels. An important task is a modeling of enterprises activity at all levels. This research is performed at the enterprise PJSC “CHERKASSY-AUTO” in Cherkasy (Ukraine). This enterprise is included in “UkrAUTO” corporation. One of directions of an enterprise activity optimization is restructuring. For information support of the restructuring, a database model of the visual area in the UML notation has been created. The database consists of fourteen tables. The complex indicators of quality of services rendered at the enterprise are calculated. The location of the enterprise, quality estimation of completed services and their nomenclature were taken into account. The algorithms of selection optimal organization form of an enterprise are built for the subsystem of management quality system. The algorithms are implemented in visual development environment Delphi 7.0., supporting the concept of object-oriented programming. Technology of using a developed software package is described step by step. Saving of the results of the survey of AE customers is additionally provided. The modules of Delphi project contain the subprograms, in which are used the method AHP of Saaty and graph theory methods. The results of subsystem approbation indicate the efficiency of developed algorithms. The developed software complex gives an opportunity to get the forecast of the most frequently performed services, it can function both separately at the car service enterprises, and within the Intelligent Quality Management System (MIS) of AE.

Introduction. The paper considers problems of creating information support for solving the task of assessing the maturity level of an organization. It is proposed to use intelligent information systems, i.e. expert systems. Substantive aspects of various stages of creating such systems are briefly described; the expert system architecture, which is based on using a fuzzy expert knowledge base, is given. The work objective was to create new software to solve the problem of assessing the maturity level of an organization. Materials and Methods. Previously performed modeling of the subject domain under consideration allowed us to create a knowledge base in the form of production memory, which is the basis of the fuzzy inference mechanism. The software is written in PHP and is suitable for embedding in complex web applications. The software system is a web application written primarily in PHP and JavaScript. The software works in all modern web browsers, which accelerates significantly the implementation and deployment based on both the parent-enterprise and its subsidiaries.Results. New software has been created to automate the processing of questionnaires during the organization’s selfassessment based on key indicators, as well as considering 6 main groups of the quality management system indicators. Application of the program will significantly speed up the process of input and processing of expert information required for self-assessment. The program provides organizations to get an adequate idea of the opportunities and prospects for improving the organization’s quality management system. Some fragments of the software system interface are given. Discussion and Conclusions. The proposed software can be used to determine the level of maturity of an organization. The application of Web-technologies improves usability, reduces software support costs. The software can be both deployed in the existing network infrastructure of a customer and used by all the functionality through connecting to a remote server. The software is optimized for various screen resolutions, which allows you to use it not only at the central office, but also when analyzing the quality management system of corporate customers. The traffic generated by the web application is optimized for working with mobile devices with a low-speed Internet connection. Application of the program will significantly reduce the time for users to enter and process expert information required for the problem solving and to eliminate duplication of information.

The present paper addresses approaches to implementation of the following quality management principles: customer focus; leadership; involvement of people; process approach; continuous improvement; evidence-based decision making; relationship management; system approach to management. The structure of processes in the medical education institution is presented including the major process “Professional training and retraining in the field of health care”, main (core) processes: “Educational activities” and “Scientific activities”; management processes: “Strategic planning”, “Documentation management”, “Records management”, “Internal audits”, “Nonconformity management”, “Corrective and preventive actions”, “Monitoring and measurement of processes and educational services”, “Quality management system analysis by senior management”; supporting processes: “Personnel management”, “Work environment management and information support”, “Financial and economic support”, “Library services”, “Methodical support of the educational process and training for teachers”, “Publishing activities”. All processes are designated in a consistent model with special codes, which helps to streamline the document management system in the organisation.

Urgency of the research. With the development of information technology and new management practices, there has been a convergence and often a merger of quality management and information technology practices. At present, concepts based on the integration of quality management systems and automated information systems are becoming increasingly important.Actual scientific researches and issues analysis. In the process of researching specialized scientific and technical litera-ture, modern trends and problems of introduction of information technologies in the quality management system were analyzed.Uninvestigated parts of general matters defining. An unsolved problem is to ensure the quality of use of automated infor-mation systems at a pharmaceutical enterprise integrated into an enterprise quality management system based on the requirements of the international GMP standard and the Guidelines ST-N MOH 42-4.0: 2016 “Medicines. Good manufacturing practice".The research objective. The purpose is to systematically analyze the methodological foundations of quality assurance, through the introduction and use of AIS, aimed at creating favorable conditions for improving the efficiency of the quality management system in the pharmaceutical industry. The statement of basic materials. The issues of construction and improvement of quality management system based on existing technologies for automated production are considered. The structure of the computer quality management system and the mechanisms of its information support are determined. The methods of integration of specialized software systems are alsoanalyzed and the concept of integration of them into the quality management system is proposed.Conclusions.Based on the critical analysis, a number of unresolved problems related to the development, implementation and use of automated information systems based on international standards were separated, as well as the scientific hypothesis of the effective implementation and use of automated information systems integrated into the quality management system of the pharmaceutical enterprise was put forward.

Realization of controlling on the basis of a quality management system is considered. Strategic controlling coordinates functions of strategic planning, control and system of strategic information support, it provides possibility of long-term goals achievement. However, the significant role is assigned to the current control on control points. Combination of quality management system mechanisms and controlling gives the chance of substantial increase of all organization performance. Some issues of the planned results achievement can be resolved more effectively in the quality management system format as it based on system of the ISO 9000 standards.

Recently, the evolvement of globalization era has been the global challenges that cannot be avoided either by private or government sectors, and they are requested to be survived encountering such the condition. The implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) in the operational company is the way how to guarantee the quality of products or services offered to the people. One of the purposes of QMS implementation is to provide a prime satisfaction to the customers. The impact of QMS implementation is expected to increase job performance of the employees. Besides the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS), the impact of global challenges has been increasing the competitive efforts to execute more effective production process. However, it has required manpower protection accordingly. This research aims to find out whether the implementation of quality management system and safety and healthy at work management system have impacted on the job performance of employees. Objects of this research are the employees in the production department at PT Guna Senaputra Sejahtera Plant 1 Bogor. Data analysis technique of this research has applied software Smart PLS (Partial Least Square). PLS has estimated a model of correlation among the latent variables and correlation between latent variables and its indicators. Result of data processing has indicated that the implementation of Quality Management System (QMS) and system of safety and healthy at work have positively and significantly impacted job performance of employees. Keywords : Quality Management System (QMS), Safety and Healthy at Work System ( SHWS / SMK3), and Job Performance of Employees
