The success of a university is not only seen from the role of Educators (Lecturers) but also the role of Education Personnel (TENDIK). Educational Personnel (TENDIK) includes Administrative Personnel in universities. Work performance is the main factor of the success of higher education performance. The results of good work given will have a good impact on universities. TENDIK who excels are also competent in higher education and contributes to the joint progress of both TENDIK and universities. Apart from lecturers, TENDIK is also an asset owned by universities. Rewards or awards given to TENDIK can be done by assessing the performance results of each TENDIK. The reward given to TENDIK is a form of appreciation for the performance carried out at the university. Giving rewards to TENDIK must be based on a proper and accurate performance assessment. The problem is that there is no definite reference used to evaluate the performance of TENDIK in giving rewards. The performance assessment carried out must be objective, of course, with an objective assessment the results obtained from the TENDIK performance assessment will not be a problem for other TENDIK. Decision Support System is a computer-based information system that is used to assist in decision making by utilizing certain data and models to support a solution in solving a semi-structured and non-structured problem. SMARTER is one of the methods in the Decision Support System that provides recommendations to decision makers based on relevant criteria, which in determining the criteria and sub-criteria and their weight values ​​use ROC (Rank Order Centroid). Of the several criteria used for the selection process using the alternative SMARTER method with the name A4 with a final utility value of 64.25%

Pengabdian masyarakat merupakan salah satu bagian terpenting bagi perguruan tinggi untuk mewujudkan peran serta pembangunan bangsa dan negara. Banyaknya kriteria penilaian yang digunakan dalam proses seleksi proposal pengabdian masyarakat menuntut unit kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat untuk lebih teliti dalam melakukan proses seleksi sesuai dengan hasil penilaian reviewer. Untuk dapat membantu proses seleksi proposal pengabdian masyarakat dibutuhkan sistem pendukung keputusan yang dapat membantu proses penilaian yang lebih tepat dan objektif. Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah membangun Sistem pendukung keputusan menggunakan metode Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique, dimana metode ini digunakan sebagai media bantu penentuan kriteria pemilihan berdasarkan bobot dari kriteria dan subkriteria untuk proses perangkingan terhadap alternatif. Dari analisa metode dan sistem dihasilkan penilaian terhadap proposal pengabdian masyarakat Tahun 2017 dengan rekomendasi sangat layak yaitu A1 dengan hasil perangkingan 83,75, A4=88, rekomendasi Layak yaitu A2 dengan hasil perangkingan 60,75 dan A5=63,25 dan rekomendasi tidak layak adalah A3 dengan hasil perangkingan 33.   Kata kunci: Pengabdian Masyarakat, PPIM, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Smart   Abstract  Community service is one of the most important parts for universities to realize the role of the nation and state development. A large number of assessment criteria used in the community service proposal selection process requires the community service unit to be more thorough in carrying out the selection process in accordance with the results of the reviewer assessment. To be able to help the community service proposal selection process, a decision support system is needed that can help a more precise and objective assessment process. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system using the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique method, where this method is used as an auxiliary media to determine selection criteria based on the weight of the criteria and sub-criteria for the ranking process against alternatives. From the analysis of methods and systems results in an assessment of 2017 community service proposals with recommendations that are very feasible namely A1 with a ranking of 83.75, A4 = 88, Worthy recommendation is A2 with ranking results of 60.75 and A5 = 63.25 and recommendations are not feasible is A3 with a ranking of 33.   Keywords: Community Service, PPIM, Decision Support System, Smart.

PT.Yanmarindo Perkasa is a company in the sale of diesel engines, generators, tooling tools and engine spare parts. Many suppliers want to distribute their goods through PT.Yanmarindo Perkasa, thus demanding the company to choose the right supplier, in order to ensure the smooth fulfillment of stock items. The process of selecting suppliers is still done manually with criteria limited to quantitative criteria, so that the process takes a long time and the results are not precise. The purpose of this study is to build a decision support system for supplier recommendations quickly and precisely in meeting the company's needs. The supplier selection process uses the Rank-Order Centroid (ROC) method in weighting the criteria and the Additive Ratio Assessment (ARAS) for ranking. ARAS value obtained is the K value that is ranked to get the best supplier by using a computerized decision support system. The application of these two methods can speed up the results of decisions, does not take a long time and the results obtained are also maximum.

It is natural for a kepling to be appreciated for their performance during their special tenure in the kecamatan field area. Previously, the selection of a dipling in a sub-district was very inefficient and seemed unfair for this exemplary selection to use a system to produce an accurate value, and no intentional element. To overcome the process of selecting an exemplary kepling that experiences these obstacles by using an application called a Decision Support System. Decision Support System (SPK) is a system that can solve a problem, and this system is also assisted with several methods, namely the Rank Order Centroid (ROC) method that can assign weight values to each of the criteria based on their priority level. The teacher is a major milestone in the world of education, the ability and achievement of students cannot be separated from the role of a teacher in teaching and guiding students. Based on the Law of the Republic of Indonesia No. 14 of 2005 concerning Teachers and Lecturers, in Article 1 explained that teachers are professional educators with the main task of educating, teaching, guiding, directing, training, evaluating, and evaluating students in early childhood education through formal education, basic education and education medium. Whereas in Article 4 of the Act, it is explained that the position of teachers as professionals serves to enhance the dignity and role of teachers as learning agents to function to improve the quality of national education.Decision making is an election process, among various alternatives that aim to meet one or several targets. The decision-making system has 4 phases, namely intelligence, design, choice and implementation. These phases are the basis for decision making, which ends with a recommendation.The Preferences Selection Index (PSI) method is a rarely used decision support system method. This method is a method developed by stevanie and Bhatt (2010) to solve the Multi Criteria Decision Making (MCDM). With the right consideration, this method can be one of the tools to determine policies in decision-making systems, especially the selection of outstanding teachers. Determination of policies taken as a basis for decision making, must use criteria that can be defined clearly and objectively.Keywords: Decision Support System, PSI, Selection of Achieving Teachers

North Sumatra Office of education through the Directorate General of Teachers conducting the election of the head of the school is doing, with these activities the North sumatra Office of education hope school principals have success in education, so demanding to renew the social and professional attitude in managing education led. The election of the head of school is done to be able to improve quality and manage in school education so that it could be improved, so that it is able to answer the challenges of the global era-based excellence. The selection process should be free from the interests of religion, tribe or region. So that the final results of the election, do not cause harm to either party. But in pelaksanaanya there are some parties who feel aggrieved because of the lack of transparency of the assessment process and clear terms for the election of the head of school achievers. Resolve the problem then need to built a decision support system (SPK) which is able to provide the ability to solve problems with the condition of semi structured and unstructured. Use the perangkingan method, it is expected that it may facilitate in providing the principal election decision accomplished using VIKOR. The results obtained in this study is an alternative that has been dirangkingkan. Abstract This work is an attempt to contribute to the knowledge and guidance of young people (lyceum graduates, higher education students and recent graduates) regarding important issues related to their career and vocational prospects. These issues are related to major relevant questions such as 'what' and 'where' to study, as well as the contents and the prospects of all provided specializations by the departments of Greek institutes of higher education. This article focuses on the analysis and the design of a mobile-based decision support system (DSS) to assist its users in getting thoroughly informed about HE studies in Greece, and eventually in choosing their vocational prospects. An extensive literature and applications review has revealed that there are no such DDS systems, giving to this work an innovative character. The article contains all main elements of system's architecture and design including the essential technical information, presents the main features and representative screenshots of the mobile-based application and comes to conclusions and future suggested work.
