The aim of this study was to determine the effect of Intovit-E-Selen injection on the length of force molting and Hen Day of Isa Brown hens. The experimental animal used was 80-week-old Isa Brown hens. A total of 80 Isa Brown hens were divided into 4 treatments with 20 replications. The treatments consisted of P0 (0.3 ml Phosphate Buffer Saline), P1 (0.3 ml Intovit-E-Selen Injection), P2 (0.6 ml Intovit-E-Selen Injection), and P3 (0.9 ml Intovit-E-Selen Injection). The study was conducted by calculating the length of force molting and Hen Day. The research results were analyzed using ANOVA, followed by further tests using the Duncan test. The results showed that the treatment of P3 (0.9 ml of Introvit-E-Selen Injection) had an influence on the length of force molting with an average value of 30.55 ± 2.74 and the treatment of P2 (0.6 ml of Introvit-E-Selen Injection) had an influence on Hen Day with an average value of 80.25 ± 1.48. Introvit-E-Selen injection in Isa Brown chickens can shorten the time of force molting and increase the percentage of Hen Day.

This study aims to improve science learning outcomes through the application of Talking Stick learning model. The subjects of this study are students of class VII C SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak, amounting to 30 students. This type of research is Classroom Action Research. This research includes the planning, implementation, action, observation and reflection. The instruments of data collection used are observation and test sheets (final evaluation of the cycle). Based on the research results known in cycle I obtained an average value of 78,3 and in cycle II obtained an average value of 87,8 has an increase from cycle I. Learning completeness in the first cycle of 53,33%, then on cycle II increased to 83,33%. From result of research indicate that applying of Talking Stick learning model can improve science learning result in class VII C SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak.AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan hasil belajar sains melalui penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas VII C SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak yang berjumlah 30 siswa. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Penelitian Tindakan Kelas. Penelitian ini meliputi perencanaan, pelaksanaan, tindakan, observasi dan refleksi. Instrumen pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah lembar observasi dan tes (evaluasi akhir siklus). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diketahui pada siklus I diperoleh nilai rata-rata 78,3 dan pada siklus II diperoleh nilai rata-rata 87,8 mengalami peningkatan dari siklus I. Ketuntasan belajar pada siklus I sebesar 53,33%, kemudian pada siklus II meningkat menjadi 83,33%. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran Talking Stick dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar IPA di kelas VII C SMP Negeri 23 Pontianak.Kata Kunci: hasil belajar siswa, Talking Stick

The purpose of this study was to determine the quality of tuna ( Thunnus albacares ) Fresh on the market Bersehati with testing TVB - N , pH , and organoleptic test by sampling time and different merchants. The method used is descriptive exploratory method , which collects data already available facts and observations in the field through pancatatan in detail and then systematically analyzed data based on quantitative and qualitative data. The results obtained by the average value of TVB-N in the Tuna (Thunnus albacares) ranged from 8.96 mg N / 100 g sample to 10.92 mg N / 100 g sample of the sampling clock 06:00 to 7:00 . The average value of TVB - N sampling clock 12:00 to 13:00 ranged between 12.16 mg N / 100 g sample to 12.88 mg N / 100 g sample . As for sampling at 16:00 to 17:00 hours ranged from 17.92 mg N / 100 g samples up to 20.72 mg N / 100 g sample. The average value of pH at 06:00 to 07:00 hours the same sample at 5.3 . Hours 12:00 to 13:00 ranged from 5.4 to 5.6 , while the hours of 16:00 to 17:00 ranged from 5.5 to 5.6. The average value of the currency organoleptic ranged from 7.6 to 7.8 on the sampling clock 6:00 a.m. to 7:00 , at 12:00 to 13:00 hours ranged from 7.0 to 7.3 , 4:00 p.m. to 17:00 hours ranged from 6.7 to 6 , 8 . The average value of organoleptic in the gills at 6:00 to 07:00 hour sampling ranged from 7.9 to 8.1, clock 12:00 to 13:00 ranged from 7.6 to 7.7 , range antara7,2 4:00p.m. to 17:00 Hours - 7.4 . The average value of the meat organoleptic sampling 6:00 to 07:00 hours ranged from 7.9 to 8.1 , 12:00 to 13:00 hours ranged from 7.5 to 7.6 , clock 16:00-17:00 ranged between 7.1 to 7 , 3 . The average value organoleptic texture sampling ranged from 6:00 to 7:00 hours to 8.0 to 8.4, 12:00 to 13:00 hours ranged from 7.2 to 7.3 , 16:00 to 17:00 hours ranged from 6.7 to 6, 8. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of quartet card games and memorization methods for students' mastery of vocabularies. In this study, using quasi quantitative experiments. The sample of this study was purposive sampling taken from class VII A and B as many as 40 students with a population of 150 people. Then the data collection technique used by researchers is the evaluation test relating to the mastery of the consensus existing on the quartet card. The T-test is a formula that researchers use in obtaining research results. Obtained that the experimental class in this case class VII A, amounting to 19 students after treatment, then given a test obtained an average value of 5.8, while the control class, in this case, Class VII B students were 21 students after memorizing the vocabularies method. The same as the consensus in the quartet card and then given a test obtained an average value of 3,6, so it can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted because t arithmetic 4,23 is more significant than t table 1,68959.
