This examination study was conducted on the character building of students who are also players through democratic coaching style. The primary goal of the examination was to explore the connection of democratic conduct of coaching with the character building of the players. The study was carried out on Badminton players at the Sukkur region, Sindh. The student-players of 20 associated colleges (N=100) and 20 teaching departments (N=100) of Shah Abdul Latif University, Khairpur participated in the study. A survey questionnaire, as a research tool, was applied. The results show that the majority of student-players were of the view that there is a positive relationship between democratic conduct of coaching with the character building of the student players. The frequencies, percentages were differently found, which were significantly different from each other. The study recommended that the training and coaching programs for the character building of student-players should be arranged and tournaments like inter-school, inter-department, inter-collegiate, and inter-varsity be organized where the student-players be encouraged to participate, and the concerned coaches must focus on the character-building of the students along with the technical and tactical skills of the student-players.

This study aims to investigate the infleunce of customer centric marketing mix on satisfaction for tourists in context of Aceh. The Halal tourism destination such as Ujong Blang beach, Seumadu beach, Lancok beach, Pangah Beach, Waduk Jeulikat, Lhok Seulayang, Museum Geudong and Gunung Sala is the latest destination in North Aceh and Lhokseumawe, Indonesia. This destination currently very in great demand by the tourists. A survey questionnaire is used to conduct this study. A sample of 200 tourists participated in the study. The findings reveal the significant positive relationship of three marketing mix elements with tourists’ satisfaction for tourism services in the context of Aceh.

Love is more than a close friendship. It acts as a major facilitator of interpersonal relationship. Love is positive in nature and leaves a positive affect on every individual. An individual in love not only feels positive but spreads positivity around. They smile, be kind to other people, behave compassionately with everyone. If the person is happy then he is likely to be psychologically and emotionally healthy. The current study aimed at understanding the relationship between love, affect and wellbeing among young females aged between 20-25 years. The study reported a significant positive relationship between love and positive affect with the significant correlation of 0.29 at 0.05 levels (p<0.05). It was also found a significant positive relationship between love and wellbeing with the significant correlation of 0.58 at 0.01 level (p<0.01). This means that people in love experience positive emotions and healthy wellbeing. The correlation between love and negative affect came out to be insignificant. The correlation turned out to be -0.13. This means that people in love do not experience negative emotions.

The study analyses the factors of Country of Origin Image influencing Vietnamese consumer attitudes towards Vietnamese garments by surveying 366 customers. Cronbach's Alpha analysis and EFA analysis together with multiple regression analysis were used with SPSS. The results show that only two components having a strong influence are "Country of Origin Image" and "Country of Origin Image of Product"; only "Country of Origin Image of Product" affects consumer’s perceived cost of garments; finally, there is a positive relationship of perceived benefits and a negative one of perceived cost of attitudes towards Vietnamese garments. There is no difference in terms of "income", "age" and "gender" for consumer attitudes towards Vietnamese garments. The study also suggests a number of managerial implications for the garment companies to have better competitive advantages.

To study the relationship of parents' attitudes towards teachers, school, and education with the academic achievement of their children, a questionnaire was given to the parents of 1021 Standard 7 pupils (369 boys and 652 girls) randomly chosen from the Standard 7/Year 9 population of 14,765 boys and 26,109 girls. Analysis of variance indicated a positive relationship between parents' attitudes and the academic achievement of their children regardless of whether the children's parents were deceased or alive.

The purpose of the study was to determine the possible relationship of green hospitality and operating costs in Zimbabwe’s hotels. To achieve this, it looked at practices in hotels and their effect on operating costs and also on the awareness levels of the employees on the subject. The study showed that there is both a negative and positive relationship between green hospitality and operating costs as perceived by the hotel employees. The findings also revealed that employee awareness is important in the discussion of green tourism as a measure of controlling costs as they (employees) are the key drivers of the green revolution.

The objectives of this research are to evaluate acoustic environments and to forecast STI values from spatial component variables in the large classrooms of the Thai public university that were specially controlled the same room finishing materials including the floor, walls, and ceiling. Whereas the five spatial component factors included (1) Room Volume (RV), (2) Ceiling Height (CH), (3) the Ratio of Depth to Width (Rdw), (4) Total Room Surface (TS), and (5) Percentage of Absorbing Surface areas (PAS). The research tools were the smartphones that used the applications for acoustical evaluation and speech intelligibility analysis. The Speech Transmission Index (STI), Reverberation Time (RT), and Background Noise Level (BNL) were collected by the calibrated microphone in the nine points distributed across the entire room. And also, the sounds for testing were simulated such as balloon burst, and STIPA signal via a sound generator. The Thailand Speech Intelligibility (T-SI) model was developed by the multiple regression analysis with a statistical at a confidence level of 95%.The results showed that this T-SI model depended on the strongly positive relationship of PAS and the slightly positive relationship of CH, TS while the RV, Rdw were slightly the negative relationship and which predicted STI values. Moreover, the highest affecting variable of T-SI model was CH and the lowest was PAS. However, this research implies that the improving room acoustic quality would be adjusting the sound absorbing surface areas i.e., increase the cloth curtain or appropriate methods.

Metadiscourse is a tool for writers to guide and interact with readers through texts. Yet in most student texts, one of the points lacking is the interaction between writers and readers. In this study, frequency and type of interactive and interactional metadiscourse features were explored via students’ research-based essays based on Hyland’s metadiscourse taxonomy. Additionally, the students’ English Vocabulary Profile (EVP), lexical diversity, lexical density, and readability features of the texts in the corpus were scrutinized, which serve as an indicator of writing quality. Finally, the relationship of metadiscourse use with students’ writing performance, lexical diversity, lexical density, and readability was explored through statistical measures. Findings show that following explicit metadiscourse instruction, students’ research-based essays included more interactive metadiscourse than interactional metadiscourse, indicating that the students were dealing with more textual features, such as coherence, than interactional metadiscourse. Apart from findings regarding EVP such as lexical diversity, lexical density, and readability features, a positive relationship was explored between metadiscourse use and writing performance, lexical components, and textual features. It is concluded that metadiscourse should be integrated into the writing syllabus since it has a positive relationship with students’ use of academic vocabulary in their essays.

This study aims to analyze the green CSR  of innovation performance  with firms approval variables  and public visibility   can support moderating the relationship of green CSR  and innovation. The research sample was 33 manufacturing companies. The results showed that the  green CSR has a positive and significant effect on innovation . Also, the company approval variable has been proven to moderate the direction of a positive relationship between green CSR and innovation . The results also prove that public visibility is proven to moderate the direction of the negative relationship between green CSR and performance. This study provide information that shows great concern for the environment; it will increase the company in making changes through innovation activities. Also, the higher the company's approval and public visibility, the company will get support from various stakeholders to run the firms. The level of company concern for CSR activities will be a misjudgment for investors.

INTISARI    Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi hubungan Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas Karyawan PT. ITRASAL yang dimediasi oleh Motivasi Kerja. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan penelitian metode asosiatif dengan jenis penelitian  survey  yang akan mengungkapkan hubungan dua variabel, yaitu Gaya Kepemimpinan sebagai variabel bebas dan Produktivitas sebagai variabel terikat. Data primer berasal dari kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada karyawan bagian Liquid Departemen Produksi PT ITRASAL, dan hasil diskusi dengan karyawan bagian tersebut. Selanjutnya data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan metode korelasi dan regresi linear. Dari penelitian ini diperoleh hasil bahwa nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,557 dan nilai t adalah 8.951. Nilai r untuk variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Motivasi adalah 0,278 dan nilai t adalah 5,022. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Gaya Kepemimpinan terhadap Produktivitas dan Gaya Kepemimpinan berpengaruh positif terhadap Motivasi. Nilai r untuk variabel Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas adalah 0,377 dan nilai t adalah 6,251. Terdapat hubungan positif antara Motivasi terhadap Produktivitas. Kata kunci : Gaya kepemimpinan, Motivasi kerja, Produktivitas karyawan  ABSTRACT  This study aims to identify the relationship of leadership style to employee productivity PT. ITRASAL is mediated by work motivation. This research uses the research design of associative method with the type of survey research that will reveal the relationship of two variables, namely Leadership Style as independent variable and productivity as dependent variable. Primary data comes from a questionnaire distributed to employees of the Liquid Department of Production Department of PT ITRASAL, and the results of discussions with employees of that section. Further data obtained were analyzed using correlation and linear regression method. From this research, the result that r value for leadership style variable to productivity is 0,557 and t value is 8,951. The r value for the leadership style variable for motivation is 0.278 and the t value is 5.022. There is a positive relationship between leadership style on productivity and leadership style have a positive effect on motivation. The r value for the Motivation variable on productivity is 0.377 and the t value is 6.251. There is a positive relationship between motivation to productivity. Along with high competition, the ability to survive in the business world strategic leadership is needed to face the competition. Strategic leadership that has dimensions of vision, business model articulation, information delivery well, clever in handling power, and emotional intelligence is one of the factors needed in the company in choosing the appropriate strategy competitiveness. While the competitive strategy itself has a dimension of leadership that low cost, differentiation, and focus. This study aims to measure great strategic leadership, competitive strategy and how much strategic leadership relationship and competitive strategy in SMEs cafe and restaurant. The population of this study is 557 SMEs cafe and restaurant it Kecamatan Bandung Wetan, with a sample of 50 SMEs. The methodology used is descriptive method associative. In this study using simple regression method obtained regression equation Y = 16043 + 0,306X, it means to have a positive relationship of 0.401. The result of research stated that strategic leadership influence 16,08% toward competitive strategy at SMEs cafe and restaurant. Seiring dengan persaingan yang tinggi, kemampuan bertahan di dunia bisnis. Kepemimpinan strategis dibutuhkan untuk menghadapi persaingan. Kepemimpinan strategis yang memiliki dimensi visi, artikulasi model bisnis, penyampaian informasi dengan baik, pandai dalam menangani daya, dan kecerdasan emosional merupakan salah satu faktor yang dibutuhkan dalam perusahaan dalam memilih strategi bersaing yang tepat. Sedangkan strategi bersaing itu sendiri memiliki dimensi kepemimpinan yang berbiaya rendah, diferensiasi dan fokus. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur strategi kepemimpinan yang hebat, strategi bersaing dan seberapa besar hubungan kepemimpinan strategis dan strategi bersaing di UKM kafe dan restoran. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 557 UKM kafe dan restoran Kecamatan Bandung Wetan, dengan sampel 50 UKM. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah metode deskriptif asosiatif. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode regresi sederhana diperoleh persamaan regresi Y = 16043 + 0,306X, artinya memiliki hubungan positif sebesar 0,401. Hasil penelitian menyatakan bahwa kepemimpinan strategis berpengaruh 16,08% terhadap strategi bersaing di UKM kafe dan restoran.
