To study the condition of safety production situation and the control index, this paper analyze some Chinese provinces death rate per hundred million GDP and per capita GDP by the way of Regression analysis, at the same time, defining the coefficient that can reflect some of Chinese provinces safety production level. Predict the level of safety production situation by the theory of safety forecast, and giving a way to make safety production control index to provide the basis for some provinces’ safety production regulation in the coming year.

This paper describes Autonomous Decentralized FMS (AD-FMS) and its method to control automatic guided vehicles (AGVs) by using a memory. The aim is to increase the reasoning efficiency of a system the authors call reasoning to anticipate the future (RAF) which controls AGVs in AD-FMS. This RAF applies hypothetical reasoning to the number of next actions that can be considered for the AGV (competing hypotheses). However, if the number of agents included in the hypothetical reasoning process in the RAF is increased, the number of next actions that are considered as competing hypotheses also increases. As a result, the replacement of true and false hypotheses and number of repetitions of discrete production simulations produced by these replacements are increased, giving rise to the problem of decreased reasoning efficiency of the RAF. The present article reports a method to solve these problems. The reported method, the authors call ranking by oblivion and memory (ROM), is based on the idea that when a production situation occurs that is the same as one in the past, the same destination as in the past is more likely to be selected; that is, it has a high probability of being selected as the true hypothesis. By applying the ROM to AD-FMSs constructed on a computer, it was found that under all conditions the ROM reduced the number of hypothesis replacements to half that of a conventional system, demonstrating the validity of this system.

In this article, we present the analysis of the construction of speech projects marked by discursive intentions in textual productions of the digital meme genre, elaborated by students of Integrated Technical High School. The study is based on discussions about digital literacy, on Bakhtinian discussions about gender discourse and on conceptual contributions about meme. The research was configured as qualitative interpretativist, having been the data generated from a textual production workshop held with 12 IFAP students. Based on the results, it is possible to observe that the construction of the participants' speech projects is configured as productions that are established from a situated context and are loaded with evaluative appreciations in their thematic contents. The analysis also shows that the textual productions of the meme genre texts mirror meanings that go beyond both the production situation (time of the workshop) and the idea that this genre would only serve to arouse mood.

The causes and the influence factors of the defects of center porosity and secondary pipe of the casting superalloy ingot are briefly introduced, and the study on the principle and technical characters of grain refinement technology with dynamic methods carried out. The mechanism, working parameter and the test result of the typical application methods including the technologies of vibration of ultrasonic, the vibration of mould, the stir of mould and oscillation in the riser were investigated in detail. By comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different methods and also according to the practical production situation of our company, the most appropriate one for improving the defects of center porosity and secondary pipe is proposed.
