This research aimed to investigate the affect which appeared on Employees at PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk relates to the high of turnover intention which caused by work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research was included in type of causality research with quantitative research methods. Those population here was employees at PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk, which amounted to 395 people. Meanwhile, the sample consisted of 202 respondents (Slovin, 5% error tolerance). Data analysis method that used was multiple linear regression analysis to examine all the research hypothesis. The outcomes earned from this research was illustrated that work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. Work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were also had simultaneously impact towards the turnover intention.

The purpose of this study is to find out how organizational commitment, job stress, and job satisfaction affect turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT Satya Ardhia Angkasa (Outsourcing PT Angkasa Pura II Persero) in Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 of Soekarno–Hatta Airport. This type of research is included in quantitative research with a total population of all employees working at PT Satya Ardhia Angkasa located in Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 of Soekarno–Hatta Airport with a Sample of 100 employees. This research data collection technician uses interviews and questioners. The analysis method uses classic assumption testing, data validity, and reality testing as well as hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using SPSS 23.0 for windows. Based on the results of determination coefficient tests resulting in an Adjusted R Square value of 0.433 or 43.3%, this shows the effect of Organizational Commitment, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intentions. The remaining 56.7% influenced the results found in this study of Organizational Commitment, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction have a simultaneous and significant effect on turnover intentions

This research was conducted at the Toya Devasya Natural Hot Spring & Camping Resort, located in puri bening road (STA), toya bungkah, kintamani, Bangli, Bali. The number of respondents in this study were 102 contract employees. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 16 indicators. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Turnover intention is the desire of employees to withdraw from where they work. A high turnover intention will have a bad impact on the organization, therefore it must be considered several variables that affect turnover intention. This study aims to 1. Know the effect of work stress on turnover intention, 2. Know the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, 3. Know the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention. ABSTRACT This study to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention. The object of this research is PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Central Jakarta Area. This research is a causal associative research using quantitative approach done to 86 respondents. This study explains the influence and influence of the variables to be studied, using multiple linear regression analysis method. From the results of this study showed that the variable of Job Satisfaction Not Significant To Turnover Intention. This study aims: (1) To test organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (2) To test job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (3) To test organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously affect turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. This research was conducted at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. There were 78 respondents who were selected as samples using the Slovin formula and random sampling techniques. The research method uses survey methods and types of quantitative research. While the nature of this research includes explanatory research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using the IBM Version 24 SPSS program. The results of the study are: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted; (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted; (3) Organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted. The high level of turnover intention at Permata Keluarga Lippo Cikarang Hospital in the last 3 years has made the hospital management need to deal with it immediately. This research intended to find out and analyze those influence which came from work stress and work environment over turnover intention through organization commitment as a mediate variable. This research was designed by quantitative research with an explanatory to causality. Population and sample were all nurses on outpatient polyclinic at Permata Keluarga Hospital Lippo Cikarang which total numbered of 110 people. Data analysis method that used in this research was multiple linear regression analysis through path analysis to examine those influence between the research variables. The results and findings from this research was indicated that: 1) There had negative and significant influence from work stress to organization commitment; 2) There had positive and significant impact between work environment to organization commitment; 3) There had positive and significant impact from work stress over turnover intention; 4) There had negative and significant affects between work environment against turnover intention; 5) There had negative and significant influence over turnover intention from work commitment ; and 6) Organizational commitment could mediated those impact from work stress to turnover intention, but it failed to mediated those impact from work environment towaeds turnover intention

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, work environment on turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. Kwalita Bali, Gianyar Regency. The number of respondents in this study were 35 people. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert Scale to measure 17 indicators and four research variables and the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of stress experienced by employees, the turnover intention will increase. Finally the non-physical work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention where the better and more comfortable the work environment, the lower the level of turnover intention. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational justice, and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga Denpasar. The total population in this study is 45 employees, and obtained the target population which is a sample of 34 employees with probability sampling method. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that job satisfaction has a negative effect and significant employee turnover intention. These results prove that if the higher job satisfaction perceived by employees, the lower turnover intention employees. Organizational justice has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. These results prove that the higher the employees feel the fairness of the organization the lower turnover intention employees. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. These results prove that the higher the commitment in the company, it will be able to reduce employee turnover intention.

This research intend to examined that influence which came from career development, workload and compensation towards turnover intention at PT XYZ's employees. Research population were employees from PT XYZ JATA 2 Area, which amounting to 378 employees, which sample amounted to 195 respondents (by Slovin 5% error tolerance). Data analysis method by multiple linear regression analysis to examined several hypothesis. Those results that earned from this research, such as : 1) There had strongly influence between career development to turnover intention; 2) There has none reaction which occurs from workload towards turnover intention; 3) There had no impact between compensation and turnover intention; 4) There had simultaneously reacted between career development, workload, and compensation against turnover intention.

One of the high turnover rates in the hospital occurs in nurses. More attention is needed because turnover can be detrimental to the organization, in terms of cost, resources, and effectiveness of nursing. The research objective is to obtain empirical evidence whether there is an effect of compensation, job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention at Ananda Bekasi Hospital in 2020. The research method is to use causality design based on the time dimension of one short study. The sample used was saturated sampling, that is, the entire population was sampled for 100 inpatient nurses. The data analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results found no negative and significant effect between compensation for turnover intention. There is a positive and significant effect between work stress on turnover intention. There is a negative and significant effect between job satisfaction on turnover intention, and there is an influence between compensation, job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention. Research findings, that the variable that most influences turnover intention is work stress variable. Managerial implications are expected Ananda Bekasi Hospital to calculate salaries based on the remuneration system, the appropriate assignment system, conduct workload analysis and nurse career development

Turnover intention will affect the performance and sustainability of the company for the future. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of job insecurity and job satisfaction toward turnover intention. The research was conducted at Hotel Grand Zuri Kuta, Badung regency, Bali. The number of respondents in use as many as 75 employees by using the census method. Data analysis method used is multiple linear regression analysis. Data collecting through, questionnaires and interviews. The results showed that job insecurity had positive and significant effect on turnovrer intention, and job satisfaction had negative and significant effect on turnover intention. To lower the turnover intention rate it is important to pay attention to safety and comfort in working. Therefore it is very necessary to minimize the threats of cyclical and psychological to employees because it will impact on performance and also a strong reference to minimize turnover intention. In addition to job security (job insecurity) job satisfaction is also a strong reference in mempenguruh intention turnover intention. Therefore it is very important to pay attention to job satisfaction from employees to high employee satisfaction level, thus will show the positive level of employees, both to the work and environment.
