One of the high turnover rates in the hospital occurs in nurses. More attention is needed because turnover can be detrimental to the organization, in terms of cost, resources, and effectiveness of nursing. The research objective is to obtain empirical evidence whether there is an effect of compensation, job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention at Ananda Bekasi Hospital in 2020. The research method is to use causality design based on the time dimension of one short study. The sample used was saturated sampling, that is, the entire population was sampled for 100 inpatient nurses. The data analysis method uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results found no negative and significant effect between compensation for turnover intention. There is a positive and significant effect between work stress on turnover intention. There is a negative and significant effect between job satisfaction on turnover intention, and there is an influence between compensation, job stress and job satisfaction on turnover intention. Research findings, that the variable that most influences turnover intention is work stress variable. Managerial implications are expected Ananda Bekasi Hospital to calculate salaries based on the remuneration system, the appropriate assignment system, conduct workload analysis and nurse career development

This research was conducted at the Toya Devasya Natural Hot Spring & Camping Resort, located in puri bening road (STA), toya bungkah, kintamani, Bangli, Bali. The number of respondents in this study were 102 contract employees. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 16 indicators. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Turnover intention is the desire of employees to withdraw from where they work. A high turnover intention will have a bad impact on the organization, therefore it must be considered several variables that affect turnover intention. This study aims to 1. Know the effect of work stress on turnover intention, 2. Know the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, 3. Know the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention. ABSTRACT This study to determine the effect of Job Satisfaction and Job Stress on Turnover Intention. The object of this research is PT Bank OCBC NISP Tbk Central Jakarta Area. This research is a causal associative research using quantitative approach done to 86 respondents. This study explains the influence and influence of the variables to be studied, using multiple linear regression analysis method. From the results of this study showed that the variable of Job Satisfaction Not Significant To Turnover Intention. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction, job stress, work environment on turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. Kwalita Bali, Gianyar Regency. The number of respondents in this study were 35 people. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert Scale to measure 17 indicators and four research variables and the data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study prove that job satisfaction has a negative effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of employee job satisfaction, the lower the level of turnover intention. Furthermore, work stress has a positive effect on turnover intention, meaning that the higher the level of stress experienced by employees, the turnover intention will increase. Finally the non-physical work environment has a negative effect on turnover intention where the better and more comfortable the work environment, the lower the level of turnover intention. The purpose of this study is to find out how organizational commitment, job stress, and job satisfaction affect turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT Satya Ardhia Angkasa (Outsourcing PT Angkasa Pura II Persero) in Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 of Soekarno–Hatta Airport. This type of research is included in quantitative research with a total population of all employees working at PT Satya Ardhia Angkasa located in Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 of Soekarno–Hatta Airport with a Sample of 100 employees. This research data collection technician uses interviews and questioners. The analysis method uses classic assumption testing, data validity, and reality testing as well as hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using SPSS 23.0 for windows. Based on the results of determination coefficient tests resulting in an Adjusted R Square value of 0.433 or 43.3%, this shows the effect of Organizational Commitment, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intentions. The remaining 56.7% influenced the results found in this study of Organizational Commitment, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction have a simultaneous and significant effect on turnover intentions

This study aims to find the results of analyzing the phenomena encountered in Elresas Hotel employees regarding job satisfaction, job stress, and organizational commitment as independent variables on turnover intention as the dependent variable on Elresas Hotel employees. The research is quantitative, with variables measured using a Likert scale. Data collection use questionnaires and direct observation. This study uses the entire population of Hotel Elresas Lamongan, amounting to 40 people, as a sample. The data obtained were processed using SPSS Vs 18 software in descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. To test the significance level, simultaneous F-test and t-test were carried out. The research conducted concluded that job satisfaction had a partially insignificant effect on turnover intention, job stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment partially had an insignificant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously both the variables of job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment influence turnover intention. This study is intended to find out the factors that cause turnover intention at Hotel Elresas Lamongan and can also be used as a suggestion so that employees do not have thoughts of leaving their jobs.

This study aims to analyze the effect of job stress and job satisfaction on the psychological well-being of postgraduate employees at the State Islamic University of Sunan Ampel Surabaya. This research method uses quantitative research, with the method used in sampling is saturated sampling. The population used is 41 employees. The analysis of this study using Multiple Linear Regression Analysis by IBM SPSS Statistics 24.0 software. This study concluded that job stress has a negative and meaningful effect on psychological well-being because the burden of many tasks results in stress that causes psychological well-being to decrease. For job satisfaction has a positive and meaningful effect on psychological well-being, the lack of employees results in dissatisfaction when doing work that affects psychological well-being. Meanwhile, the meaningful effect of job stress and job satisfaction on psychological well-being occurs because the simultaneous significance test (f test) are overall Ho is accepted. Institutions must pay attention to work stress experienced by their employees so that the psychological well-being of employees can be well maintained and will have a good impact on employee job satisfaction.

This research aimed to investigate the affect which appeared on Employees at PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk relates to the high of turnover intention which caused by work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research was included in type of causality research with quantitative research methods. Those population here was employees at PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk, which amounted to 395 people. Meanwhile, the sample consisted of 202 respondents (Slovin, 5% error tolerance). Data analysis method that used was multiple linear regression analysis to examine all the research hypothesis. The outcomes earned from this research was illustrated that work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. Work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were also had simultaneously impact towards the turnover intention.

This study aims to determine how much influence Job Stress and Job Satisfaction have on Turn Over Intention of Nurses at Prima Pekanbaru Hospital, namely by Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect of Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turn Over Intention Simultaneously, then Testing and Analyzing the Significant Effect Between Job Stress and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention Partially. The population in this study were 206 primary hospital nurses. however, as the sample in this study, there were 67 nurses using the slovin formula. The method used is by using purposive sampling method. The research data were analyzed by multiple linear regression analysis and processed using the SPSS for windows version 20 application. The results of the study showed that job stress and job satisfaction had an effect on the turn over intention of nurses at the Pekanbaru Prima Hospital.

This study aims to determine the relationship of work stress and workload with job satisfactionand also know the role of work stress in mediating the relationship of workload with job satisfaction. The population in this study were all employees of the paramedics BRI branch of Gajah Mada Denpasar, amounting to 90 employees. The analys technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The result of the analysis show that workload has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Jobstress has a negative and significant effect on job satisfaction. Workload has a positive and significan effect on work stress. The results of this study also indicate that work stres is not considered to mediate the relationship between workload and employee job satisfaction. The bank should pay attention again to the communication that is established within the company, the time given to carry out additional tasks every day more attention so that employees do not feel drained at the time of doing work given, the bank should continue to maintain the health standards that have been enforced in the bank. The objectives of this study are: (1) To analyze the Effect of Job Stress, Career Development and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intention in PT PKSS and (2) To analyze the significant influence between Job Stress, Career Development and Employee Engagement simultaneously / Jointly towards Turnover Intention at PT PKSS. This research uses a quantitative method with a sample of all employees at PT PKSS, amounting to 98 people. The analysis technique used is Part Least Square Analysis (PLS). While the variables in this study are: (1) job stress, (2) career development, (3) employee engagement, and (4) turnover intention. The results of this study include: (1) Job stress has a significant effect on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value of 5,481, (2) Career development has a significant effect on employee engagement with a T-Statistic value of 4,909, (3) Work stress has a significant effect on turnover intention with a T-value Statistics of 3.071, (4) Career development has a significant effect on turnover intention with a T-Statistic value of 5.526, and (5) Employee employee variable can mediate jointly from the effect of work stress and career development on turnover intention. Can be proven by the analysis of VAF (Variance Accounted For) value calculation above, it can prove hypothesis 8 that employee engagement variable (Y1) can mediate the effect of work stress variables and career development together on turnover intention of 21.15%.
