This study aims: (1) To test organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (2) To test job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood South Kalimantan; (3) To test organizational commitment and job satisfaction simultaneously affect turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. This research was conducted at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood, South Kalimantan. There were 78 respondents who were selected as samples using the Slovin formula and random sampling techniques. The research method uses survey methods and types of quantitative research. While the nature of this research includes explanatory research. The data collection method uses a questionnaire, while the data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis testing and coefficient of determination using the IBM Version 24 SPSS program. The results of the study are: (1) Organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the first hypothesis (H1) is accepted; (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the second hypothesis (H2) is accepted; (3) Organizational commitment and job satisfaction have a simultaneous effect on turnover intention at PT Decorindo Inti Alam Wood in South Kalimantan, as evidenced by the significance of 0,000 <0.05 so the third hypothesis (H3) is accepted. The purpose of this study is to find out how organizational commitment, job stress, and job satisfaction affect turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT Satya Ardhia Angkasa (Outsourcing PT Angkasa Pura II Persero) in Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 of Soekarno–Hatta Airport. This type of research is included in quantitative research with a total population of all employees working at PT Satya Ardhia Angkasa located in Terminal 1, Terminal 2, and Terminal 3 of Soekarno–Hatta Airport with a Sample of 100 employees. This research data collection technician uses interviews and questioners. The analysis method uses classic assumption testing, data validity, and reality testing as well as hypothesis testing with multiple linear regression analysis techniques processed using SPSS 23.0 for windows. Based on the results of determination coefficient tests resulting in an Adjusted R Square value of 0.433 or 43.3%, this shows the effect of Organizational Commitment, Job Stress, and Job Satisfaction on Turnover Intentions. The remaining 56.7% influenced the results found in this study of Organizational Commitment, Job Stress and Job Satisfaction have a simultaneous and significant effect on turnover intentions

This research was conducted at the Toya Devasya Natural Hot Spring & Camping Resort, located in puri bening road (STA), toya bungkah, kintamani, Bangli, Bali. The number of respondents in this study were 102 contract employees. Data collection in this study is by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point Likert scale to measure 16 indicators. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Turnover intention is the desire of employees to withdraw from where they work. A high turnover intention will have a bad impact on the organization, therefore it must be considered several variables that affect turnover intention. This study aims to 1. Know the effect of work stress on turnover intention, 2. Know the effect of job satisfaction on turnover intention, 3. Know the effect of organizational commitment on turnover intention. This research aimed to investigate the affect which appeared on Employees at PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk relates to the high of turnover intention which caused by work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This research was included in type of causality research with quantitative research methods. Those population here was employees at PT. Bali Towerindo Sentra Tbk, which amounted to 395 people. Meanwhile, the sample consisted of 202 respondents (Slovin, 5% error tolerance). Data analysis method that used was multiple linear regression analysis to examine all the research hypothesis. The outcomes earned from this research was illustrated that work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment had a positive and significant impact on turnover intention. Work stress, job satisfaction and organizational commitment were also had simultaneously impact towards the turnover intention.

This study aims to explain the effect of Diversity, Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction on the Development of Potential Apparatus of Bintan Buyu Village, Bintan Regency. The study population was the Village apparatus in Bintan Regency, Riau Islands Province. The number of samples were 73 Village Apparatuses in Bintan Buyu Subdistrict, Bintan Regency consisting of 6 Villages, namely Tembeling Tanjung Village, Tembeling Village, Bintan Buyu Village, Penaga Village, Pengujan Village and Pangkil Village. For the efficiency and effectiveness of the research, the Village Apparatus in Pangkil Village is not included in the data because of access to Pangkil Village by sea. This type of research is quantitative research. The validity and reliability tests were performed on the questionnaire. Data were tested through the Classical Assumption Test, namely the Data Normality Test, the Data Multicollinearity Test and the Data Heteroscedasticity Test. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, including t test, F test and the coefficient of determination. The results showed that the Diversity (X1) and Job Satisfaction (X3) variables partially had a significant effect on Potential Development, while the Turnover Intention variable (X2) partially had no significant effect on the Potential Development variable (Y). F test results obtained calculated F value of 53,548 with F value of table 2.74 to identify that the variable Diversity, Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction simultaneously influence the Potential Development variable (Y). Based on the coefficient of determination test, about 70% of the Potential Development variable is influenced by the Diversity, Turnover Intention and Job Satisfaction variables. And 30% is influenced by other factors not explained in this study.

Organizations hold a very important key in helping employees to build organizational commitment. The purpose of the study was to analyze, to determine the effect of work family conflict and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar. The sample was determined by 45 people with saturated sampling techniques. Data collection is done by distributing questionnaires directly to employees of PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar and analyzed using descriptive statistics on average counts and descriptive statistics in the form of classic assumption tests and multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data analysis showed that work-family conflict variables had a negative and significant effect on the organizational commitment of employees of PT. Pacific Denpasar Garment Garment and Job Satisfaction variables have a positive effect on Organizational Commitment of employees of PT. Pacific Express Garment Denpasar. The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational justice, and organizational commitment to employee turnover intention. This research was conducted at PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga Denpasar. The total population in this study is 45 employees, and obtained the target population which is a sample of 34 employees with probability sampling method. Data collection was done through interviews and questionnaires. Data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis found that job satisfaction has a negative effect and significant employee turnover intention. These results prove that if the higher job satisfaction perceived by employees, the lower turnover intention employees. Organizational justice has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. These results prove that the higher the employees feel the fairness of the organization the lower turnover intention employees. Organizational commitment has a negative and significant effect on employee turnover intention. These results prove that the higher the commitment in the company, it will be able to reduce employee turnover intention.

This study aims to provide empirical evidence of the influence of unemployment and inflation for poverty. The type of data used in this study is primary data with quantitative research method using multiple linear regression analysis technique and test hypotheses processed with Eviews 10. The result of data analysis showed that unemployment and inflation has a significant impact on the poverty. Seen from coefficient of determination that unemployment and inflation for poverty affect 63.95%, while the remaining 36.05% influenced by the others thay not included in this research.

This study aims to find the results of analyzing the phenomena encountered in Elresas Hotel employees regarding job satisfaction, job stress, and organizational commitment as independent variables on turnover intention as the dependent variable on Elresas Hotel employees. The research is quantitative, with variables measured using a Likert scale. Data collection use questionnaires and direct observation. This study uses the entire population of Hotel Elresas Lamongan, amounting to 40 people, as a sample. The data obtained were processed using SPSS Vs 18 software in descriptive analysis, classical assumption test and data analysis using multiple linear regression analysis. To test the significance level, simultaneous F-test and t-test were carried out. The research conducted concluded that job satisfaction had a partially insignificant effect on turnover intention, job stress had a positive and significant effect on turnover intention, and organizational commitment partially had an insignificant effect on turnover intention. Simultaneously both the variables of job satisfaction, job stress and organizational commitment influence turnover intention. This study is intended to find out the factors that cause turnover intention at Hotel Elresas Lamongan and can also be used as a suggestion so that employees do not have thoughts of leaving their jobs.

This research was conducted at one of the banks in the city of Samarinda. Based on the interview results, there are several employees who are dissatisfied with what they have received from the company, the company must continue to pay attention to the level of workload and provide continuous motivation to every employee without favoritism so that employees feel sufficient and satisfied for what they have received . This type of research is quantitative research. This research method uses multiple linear regression analysis methods. The results of data processing showed that the regression results were Y = 0.328 + 0.733 X1 + 0.163 X2, showing Motivation (X1) 0.733 and workload (X2) 0.163 and obtained a correlation coefficient of 0.794 or 79.4% and a coefficient of determination of 0.63 or 63%. The results of simultaneous hypothesis research (Test F) by obtaining Fcount 69.892 with Ftable of 3.108, thus proving a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The results of partial hypothesis testing (T test) are known that motivation is the most influential variable on employee job satisfaction and with the acquisition of Tcount of 9.3362 with Ttable 1.989, thus proving a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The most influential hypothesis research results are known that motivation is the most influential variable that is most influential on employee job satisfaction with the acquisition of standardized regression coefficients (Standardized coefficients) of 0.688 greater than the variable Workload of 0.205 then proves significant effect on employee job satisfaction. Suggestions for companies to be able to provide bonuses for employees who have shown good and satisfying performance and performance, but also can provide direction or guidance for employees who have not been given before or work with a high degree of difficulty.

Companies in general will have all sorts of ways to improve employee job satisfaction. Factors that can improve employee job satisfaction are transformational leadership and organizational commitment of employees. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of transformational leadership and organizational commitment on employee job satisfaction at Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City. The population of this research is all employees of Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City which amounted to 34 people, with sample determination technique used is saturated or census sampling, hence all member of population become respondent in research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis technique. The results showed that transformational leadership and organizational commitment partially have a positive and significant effect on employee job satisfaction at Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City. This has the meaning that the better the application of leadership style, and the higher organizational commitment that employees have, the more the level of employee job satisfaction at the Community Empowerment Board and Pemdes Government of Denpasar City.
