This research aims to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation on the organizational citizenship behavior of teachers in SMA Negeri 9 Tangerang. The study approach is a quantitative approach through data collection method using a questionnaire with a sample of 56 respondents with the sampling technique used is census. The method of analysis used is multiple linear regression conducted through SPSS software version 25. The results show that the variables of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation partly have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. At the same time, all three variables independent of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and job motivation have a positive and significant impact on organizational citizenship behavior teacher at SMA Negeri 9 Tangerang

The purpose of this study is to determine the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, and work motivation of organizational citizenship behavior in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The population in this research is all employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa which amounted to 32 people. The sample used in this study is the entire population of 32 people with the participation of leaders. By the method of determining saturated sampling is the technique of determining the sample when all members of the population used as a sample. This research uses multiple linear regression analysis to test the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation to OCB in LPD Tanjung Benoa. The results showed that job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation had a positive and significant effect on OCB employees in LPD Tanjung Benoa. That is, the higher job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work motivation owned by employees, it will increase the OCB LPD employees Tanjung Benoa.

The purpose of this study was to measure the effect of organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation on organizational citizenship behavior in SMK Satria Srengseng teachers, this research is quantitative. The population is all teaching teachers and staff. The technique in taking samples uses nonrandom sampling in the form of saturated samples with a total of 70 teachers. Data obtained from the results of the study were analyzed using multiple linear regression. T-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and partial work motivation are positive and significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). F-test results for the variable organizational commitment, job satisfaction and work motivation together are significant for organizational citizenship behavior (OCB). Suggestions for further research are to include other variables that also have a strong influence in shaping organizational citizenship behavior (OCB).

Technological developments in the era of globalization are increasingly fast demanding every company to develop strategies and management policies, especially in the field of human resources (HR), other factors that influence the work environment, and organizational commitment, where the better both can create job satisfaction in employees can even indirectly form organizational citizenship behavior. The purpose of this study was to examine and analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Sadar Sejahtera Cooperative, South Sumatra. This study uses a quantitative approach. The study was conducted at the Sadar Sejahtera Cooperative in September 2019. The population in this study was 145 respondents while the sample used was 100 respondents. The sampling method uses nonprobability sampling and the sampling technique uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used in the study is multiple linear regression test. The analysis showed that partially job satisfaction (p value = 0.001); organizational commitment (p value 0.001) and work environment (p value = 0.025) affect Organizational citizenship behavior. Furthermore, simultaneous job satisfaction, organizational commitment and work environment influences organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) employees of Koperasi Sadar Sejahtera, South Sumatra with a calculated F value of 0,000.

This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior through the organizational commitment of employees in the production section of PT Timatex Salatiga. This type of research used in this research is quantitative research. The number of samples used was 100 respondents. The sampling technique used random sampling. The analytical method used is the instrument test (validity and reliability), descriptive analysis test, regression test and path analysis with the SPSS version 23 program. Data collection methods are by means of interviews, observations and questionnaires. The results of this study indicate that job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Job satisfaction and personality have a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior. Organizational commitment is able to mediate the relationship between job satisfaction and personality on organizational citizenship behavior. Suggestions from this research are that company management needs to reinforce rules and give verbal sanctions to gradual warning letters to employees who are often late, also applies to employees who leave work before the due time.

The purpose of this study was to examine the relationship between work satisfaction, organization commitment to organizational citizenship behavior employees. A measuring tool used in this study is the scale of organizational citizenship behavior, work satisfaction, and organization commitment. The sampling technique used was random sampling. The sample population of this study is the employee of company X in Yogyakarta who has a position at low manager. There are 43 employees respondent. This study uses data processing test using SPSS version 21.0 for windows. We use regressions test analysis and the result are a) Ha received, r=0,616 with a value of p = 0.000, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and OCB are positively correlated and highly significant. b) Ha received, r=0,322 with a value of p = 0.018, p<0.05 means that organizational commitment and OCB correlated positively and significantly. c) Ha received, r=0,448 with a value of p = 0.001, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and organizational commitment positively and significantly correlated. d) Ha received, r=0,379 with a value of p = 0.000, p<0.05 means that job satisfaction and organizational commitment and OCB are positively correlated and highly significant.

Organizational Citizenship Behavior is the voluntary behavior of a worker to want to do a task or work outside of his responsibilities or obligations for the betterment or profit of his organization. In order for employees grow OCB, it is necessary to pay attention to job satisfaction and organizational commitment. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable at. The number of samples are 42 respondents. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. Analysis of the data used path analysis and multiple test. The results indicate that job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with organizational commitment as a mediating variable. Hotel Pertiwi Bisma 2 Ubud should further enhance OCB behavior, especially regarding the regulations set by the company, and also the behavior of employees with colleagues, so employees are expected comply with existing regulations in the company and be able maintain a good relationship with colleagues. This study aims to examine the effect of job satisfaction and organizational commitment on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) in the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of Padang City. The data used in this study are primary data obtained from the questionnaire. The number of samples is 40 respondents where the number of samples is equal to the number of population so that the total sampling technique is used for sampling. The analysis technique used is a multiple linear regression method and hypothesis testing using the t test (partial). The results showed that the Job Satisfaction variable had no effect and was not significant for OCB with the acquisition of the calculated t value of 0.443 &lt; t table 1.687, and the sig value of 0.660 &gt; 0.05. While the organizational commitment variable has a positive and significant effect on OCB, with the acquisition of t count equal to 9.325 &lt; t table 1.687, and the value of sig 0,000 &gt; 0.05. This means that the willingness of employees to conduct OCB behavior is based more on their commitment to the Dinas Penanaman Modal and Pelayanan Terpadu satu Pintu (DPMPTSP) of the padang city than their job satisfaction.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of job satisfaction on Organizational Citizenship Behavior with Organizational Commitment as Variable Mediation At PT. BPR Bali Dananiaga. Organizational Citizenship Behavior is a behavior in an organization that is not directly appreciated by a formal reward system. Organizations need to pay attention to the factors that affect the Organizational Citizenship Behavior. Samples taken as many as 45 respondents. Sampling in this research using saturated sampling technique. The data was collected by distributing questionnaires using a 5-point likert scale to measure 17 statement items. The analysis technique used is Path Analysis. The result of the analysis shows that job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational commitment, job satisfaction has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior, organizational commitment has positive effect on organizational citizenship behavior and organizational commitment acts as mediation on the influence of job satisfaction toward organizational citizenship behavior at PT. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of job satisfaction, organizational commitment, Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on employee performance. The sample consisted of 63 employees at the Bukittinggi City Public Works and Spatial Planning Office. The sampling technique used in this study is total sampling. The analysis technique used was IBM SPSS 20. Job Satisfaction (X1) has a positive effect on Employee Performance (Y) in the Public Works and Spatial Planning Agency in Bukittinggi City. Organizational commitment (X2) and Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) impact negatively on employee performance (Y) at the Department of Public Works and Spatial Planning of Bukittinggi.
