The oxygen exchange reaction between O2/C18O2 and the surfaces of vanadium pentoxide and promoted vanadium pentoxide catalysts has been studied in a circulation system using a quartz differential reactor. Isotopic compositions were analysed with an in-line mass spectrometer. Alkali metal sulphates, Li to Cs, were added to the pentoxide as individual promoters at a concentration level of 9 mol % and the effect of variation of promoter concentration was examined with melts containing potassium sulphate at additional levels of 1, 2, and 5 mol%. The structures of the solids were studied by X-ray diffraction and by ATR and transmission infrared spectroscopy. The latter results have been used to explain the two activity series for the exchange rates: (i)V2O5 < Na < Li < K < Rb < Cs (melts) and (ii) V2O5 < 1 mol% < 2 mol% < 5 mol% < 9 mol% (K), in terms of additive effects on the relative abundance and strength of identified vanadium/oxygen linkages in the surfaces of the catalysts.

Class B GPCRs (G-protein-coupled receptors) share heptahelical topology and G-protein binding with other superfamily members, yet have unique structures and modes of activation. Natural ligands for these receptors are moderate-length peptides with C-terminal α-helices. NMR and crystal structures of the peptide-bound disulfide-bonded receptor N-terminal domains demonstrate that these helices occupy a conserved groove; however, the details of this interaction vary from one receptor to another. In this review, we focus on the prototypic secretin receptor and use extensive intrinsic photoaffinity labelling, structure–activity series, alanine-replacement mutagenesis and fluorescence analysis to define the molecular basis for this interaction. Additionally, experimental validation of predictions coming from in silico molecular modelling has provided a basis for enhancement of binding affinity. Such insights will be useful in the rational development of drugs acting at this important group of targets.

Potential coconut  illustrated from of crop productivity in Central Java as the primary commodity reached 1.2864 million tons in 2015. Cashflow from research object coconut distributor reached Rp. 1.536.678.000/ years. The analyse of activity series composed by organisation structure, distribution plot, product handling. Product diversification, layout, and employe. Value of financial analyse  carried out NPV (Net Present Value)  2.056.306.704, value of BC Ratio (Benefit Cost Ratio) 6,23,  value of IRR (Internal Rate of Return) 40,16%. This research, if NPV have positif, so haved affect to positif BC Ratio and IRR haved greater value from interest rate so that Musriah coconut bussines keeping worth. Value of payback periode is 0,88, so to recoup only takes 10 month 21 days. Marketing mix contain of 4P with  Product 3,69 and Price 3,87. Grade of product and price have a good criteria, cause consumer can fulfilled the expectation. Grade of place is 3,54 and grade of promotion is 3,15. Grade of place and promotion have a good criteria, but needed a repair to be better.

Collection and selection are important steps in a breeding activity series. The purpose of this research is to produce new superior varieties of sweet corn, chilli and cowpea, as this research is also a bridge between researchers/lecturers (seed producer) and farmers (seed users). This research was conducted in Gunung Gede experimental garden, IPB Diploma Programs, commenced from August to December 2010. The genetic materials used are 1 (one) genotype of corn, 10 genotypes of cowpea, and 12 genotypes of chilli. The plant materials are strains produced by the Plant Breeding and Genetics Laboratory of Agronomy and Horticulture Department, IPB. The experiment was done in Randomized Block Complete Design, one factor is genotype. The negative and positive selection was applied on sweet corn selection, while the index selection was applied on chilli and cowpea. Selection on corn (with 20% of selection proportion) produced 30 best plants. This step can be used as a startup to get the next population (with upturned genetics) to be better. The 5002046 is the best chilli genotype; meanwhile Cilibende, Kencana, K7 and Majalengka are the best cowpea genotypes. Selected chilli and cowpea genotypes are candidat lines for good seed production. Keywords: corn, cowpea, chili, seed, selection.

This article addresses the concept and growing practice of audience reaction movie trailers, specifically for films in the horror genre. Popularized by the Paranormal Activity series of films, these trailers primarily utilize green night-vision video footage of a movie theater audience reacting to the film being advertised, yet also consist of webcam recordings of screaming fans, documentary-style B-roll footage of audiences filing into preview screenings with high levels of anticipation, and close-up shots of spectator facial expressions, accompanied by no footage whatsoever from the film being advertised. In analyzing these audience-centric promotional paratexts, my aim is to reveal them as attempting to sell and legitimize the experiential, communal, and social qualities of the theatrical movie viewing experience while at the same time calling for increased fan investment in both physical and online spaces. Through the analysis of audience reaction trailers, this article hopes to both join and engender conversations about horror fan participation, the nature of anticipatory texts as manipulative, and the current state of horror gimmickry in the form of the promotional paratext.

Demplot urban farming program is a part of some activity series of MURIA (Marunda Urban Resilience in Action) focused on the effort to introduce urban farming to Marunda village residents in order to improve environment and economic aspect. The objectives of the study are to: 1) To analyze the motivation of Marunda village residents on demplot urban farming program implementation, 2) To identify affecting factors of the motivation of Marunda village residents on demplot urban farming program implementation. Analytical descriptive method was used as basic method. Sampling method of this study usedsimple random sampling with total respondents were 60 people residents of Marunda village who’s join on demplot urban farming program. Proportion statistical test and multiple linear regression analysis were applied for data analysis. Research results showed that Marunda vilage resident’s motivation toward implementation of demplot urban farming program reached level at 73,33%. Marunda vilage resident’s motivation was significantly affected by attitude, role of the supervisor, and availibility of infrastructures.

Direct observations of solar activity are available for the past four century, so some proxies reflecting solar activity such as 14C, 10Be and geomagnetic variations are used to reconstruct solar activity in the past. In this present paper, the authors use rectified wavelet power transform and time-averaged wavelet power spectrum to investigate long-term fluctuations of the reconstructed solar activity series. Results show obvious a quasi ~500-year cycle exists in the past solar activity. Three reconstructed solar activity series from 14C variations confirm the periodic signals.
