Total Quality Management (TQM) is an effort done by college to improve their management quality in achieving the goals. TQM related to quality system consist of planning system quality, controlling system quality, and improving system quality. Hence, in this research, the researcher manages to explain the improving education quality at Collage through TQM in welcoming MEA. This is descriptive literature review research. The source of the data is taken from books and others review related to improving education quality at Collage through TQM. This research employs documentation as data collection technique and content analysis to analyze the data which use the procedure to make the conclusion. The result shows that when TQM applied at collage continuity and consistently, the quality of graduates will increase, in this case they are capable to compete in industry field.

Improving the quality of education is a problem that is still experienced by many educational institutions. To improve the quality of education, institutions need a system to help achieve quality education quality. So this study aims to analyze the application of Total Quality Management in the school accreditation program as an effort to improve the quality of education. This research is a literature study by taking data from several books and literature. This data collection technique uses documentation techniques and data analysis techniques using critical analysis which is interesting from several research documents. The results of this study indicate that improving the quality of education is carried out by implementing Total Quality Management. Total Quality Management is carried out by continuous improvement, determining quality standards, changing culture, changing organizations, maintaining relationships with customers and focusing on customer satisfaction. and have a commitment to change.

This article aims to describe how the implementation total quality management in improving education quality. Using the literature study method by looking for relevant theoretical references to sources and books, articles. based on the results of the TQM article is an activity that satisfies the customer's heart and also improves quality. There are several items contained in the Implementation of TQM in improving the quality of education, namely the vision and mission of the organization must be clear, satisfy the customers (teachers, education staff), have clear planning.

The main key to quality education management is how to carry out good and quality education to give birth to a generation of people who have potential, abilities, talents that grow and develop in all areas of life so that they are able to compete globally. For the implementation of quality education (quality), quality organizational management is also needed, one of which is by implementing Total Quality Management. Efforts to standardize quality and guarantee the implementation of higher education must meet quality standards in an effort to maintain and improve the quality of education nationally. In general, the definition of quality assurance in higher education is: The process of establishing and fulfilling education quality standards consistently and continuously so that customers get satisfaction. The process to ensure that the quality of graduates is in accordance with the specified/promised competencies so that quality can be consistently maintained and continuously improved.

Masa sekarang ini, pendidikan menjadi prioritas menanamkan nilai-nilai moral pada generasi di Indonesia, sehingga menjadi urgen menemukan cara bagaimana meningkatkan mutu pendidikan. Oleh karenanya dalam meningkatkan kualitas mutu pendidikan harus menciptakan sumber daya manusia yang mampu memecahkan masalah global dalam dunia pendidikan. Total Quality Management (TQM) adalah konsep manajemen sekolah dalam melaksanakan pendidikan serta diharapkan bisa memberikan perubahan yang lebih baik sesuai dengan pembangunan, tuntutan dan dinamika masyarakat. Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Mamba’ul Hisan Sidayu Gresik telah menerapkan empat konsep dalam TQM untuk meningkatkan kualitas mutu pendidikan: pertama, mutu dalam proses penerimaan siswa di lembaga ini; kedua, kepuasan pelanggan yaitu memenuhi kebutuhan peserta didik; ketiga, perbaikan terus menerus dalam rekrutmen guru yang berkualitas dan mempunyai keahlian lainnya dan setiap akhir semester melakukan evaluasi terhadap hasil kinerja guru, peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran; dan keempat, melibatkan seluruh komponen yang ada di lembaga pendidikan. Kata Kunci: total quality management, mutu pendidikan, madrasah Nowadays, education is a priority to instill moral values ??in generations in Indonesia. So it becomes urgent to find ways to improve the quality of education. Therefore, in improving the quality of education, it must create human resources capable of solving global problems in the world of education. Total Quality Management (TQM) is the concept of school management in implementing education and is expected to provide a better change in accordance with the development, demands, and dynamics of the community. Madrasah Aliyah (MA) Mamba'ul Hisan Sidayu Gresik has applied four concepts in TQM to improve the quality of education quality, first, the quality of the student admission process at this institution; second, customer satisfaction is to meet the needs of students; third, continuous improvement in the recruitment of qualified teachers and other experts and at the end of each semester evaluates the performance of teachers, improving the quality of learning; and fourth, it is involving all components in educational institutions.

Total Quality Management (TQM) is the latest in a parade of models, recipes, programs, frameworks, and slogans for guiding academic reform. It provides a tool to help ensure this quality. The management in TQM means everyone is the manager of their own responsibilities because everyone in the institution, whatever their status, position or role is. Information and technologies have brought sea changes in education and has therefore changed the interpretation of the term quality. TQM advocates that everything and everybody in the organization is involved in the academic institutions for continuous improvement. As it is applied to education, TQM faces new challenges due to diversity in nature of students and educators, large and multileveled classrooms, technological advances and new paradigms in educational content and delivery. Despite these issues education must maintain quality across classrooms, schools and institution. This article highlights the need of TQM to improve overall quality of education in Nepal. The results of his research is the management quality integrated merupaka a theory of knowledge management who directs the leadership of the organization and its personnel to carry out repairs quality constantly are focused on achieving the satisfaction of customers internal and customers externally. Implementation of the management quality integrated in MAN 2 Model Terrain increasingly in improved based on the needs of customers in order to graduate from madrash that can fulfill the wishes and expectations of the community . This paper describes Total Quality Management (TQM) that deescribes how quality would be achieved through control porcess in the education practices.  Quality refers to structured process to improve the outputs. To accomplish standardized quality of an output, all school components are required in a networking involving principals, teachers, students, staffs, and students-parents.  Education quality should serve input and porcess to achieve standardized quality of the output.  Essentially, TQM is a core management to see quality control from process into quality.
