En la actualidad, distintos autores han sugerido que el concepto de resiliencia se encuentra asociado a la espiritualidad, de modo que aquellas personas que se consideran espirituales podrían presentar características resilientes (Poseck, Baquero & Jiménez, 2006; Girard, 2007). Sin embargo, son pocos los trabajos que se proponen realizar una revisión sistemática de la literatura en relación al vínculo entre ambos constructos. Por este motivo, el presente trabajo se propone realizar una búsqueda bibliográfica en bases de datos - SCIELO, LATINDEX, entre otras - con el objeto de revisar críticamente los hallazgos empíricos reportados por los diferentes estudios.  Se concluye que, si bien se han incrementado la cantidad de trabajos en el área en los últimos años, aún se requiere un mayor número de investigaciones, particularmente en el contexto latinoamericano. A la vez, la definición y evaluación de la espiritualidad ha presentado considerables dificultades, por lo que aún se precisa mejorar las herramientas disponibles para su indagación empírica. AbstractCurrently, different authors have suggested that the concept of resilience is associated with spirituality, so that those who consider themselves spiritual could have resilient characteristics (Poseck, Baquero & Jiménez, 2006, Girard, 2007). However, there are few works that propose to perform a systematic review of the literature in relation to the link between both constructs. For this reason, the present work intends to carry out a bibliographic search in databases - SCIELO, LATINDEX, among others - in order to review critically the empirical findings reported by the different studies. It is concluded that, although the number of jobs in the area has increased in the last few years, it is still necessary to increase the amount of research, particularly in the Latin American context. At the same time, the definition and evaluation of spirituality has presented considerable difficulties, so it is still necessary to improve the tools available for its empirical investigation.

ABSTRACT This article explores gamification in the field of teaching with the aim of finding out its impact on students of educational sciences in Spain. A systematic review of the literature on gamification in educational studies has been carried out.  For this purpose, the bibliographic search engine "Google Scholar" was used, introducing the keywords " Gamificación (gamification)" and "Magisterio (teacher training)", with a result of 105 articles written in Spanish, which have been refined to ensure systematicity resulting in a final sample of 6 articles. The results highlight the effectiveness of gamification as a motivating element for learning in these studies, and the presence of didactics´ departments as the main users of those methodologies. However, at the same time, result shown important gaps regarded student’s perception about the possible impacts of gamification in their future development as teachers.   RESUMEN Este artículo explora la gamificación en el ámbito de la enseñanza con el objetivo de conocer su impacto en los estudiantes de ciencias de la educación en España. Se ha realizado una revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre gamificación en los estudios educativos.  Para ello se ha utilizado el buscador bibliográfico "Google Scholar", introduciendo las palabras clave "Gamificación" y "Magisterio", con un resultado de 105 artículos escritos en español, que han sido depurados para garantizar la sistematicidad dando lugar a una muestra final de 6 artículos. Los resultados destacan la eficacia de la gamificación como elemento motivador del aprendizaje en estos estudios, y la presencia de los departamentos de didáctica como principales usuarios de dichas metodologías. Sin embargo, al mismo tiempo, los resultados muestran importantes lagunas en cuanto a la percepción de los estudiantes sobre los posibles impactos de la gamificación en su futuro desarrollo como docentes.

Objective: The purpose of this review is to collect and synthesize the information available about the strategies and recommendations established around the world, to guarantee the reopening of educational institutions, in a safe manner, in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. In addition, it seeks to propose evidence-based recommendations, which allow the safe reopening of educational institutions in Colombia. Methods: A systematic review of the literature was carried out in databases such as Embase, Scopus, and Web of Science, as well as research in grey literature, social media, Google, and Google Scholar. In order to do this, a search equation was proposed, and subsequently, 19 articles were chosen, which met the determined inclusion criteria. Results: According to the analyzed literature, the recommendations come to light in order to guarantee a safe return. Conclusions: The COVID-19 pandemic, has caused an impact in all spheres of society, being the education, one of the most affected, because it has had a negative impact on the development of cognitive and social abilities, in particular, in the new generations, as a result of social distancing and the change of modality to remote and/or virtual education. For this reason, it is considered a priority the reopening educational institutions, in a safe manner, considering the evidence-based recommendations.

Abstract Background: Olanzapine is an atypical antipsychotic that has affinity for many central nervous system receptors. Its efficacy is supported by several studies in the prevention and treatment of chemotherapy-induced nausea and vomiting. No recommendations exist on the antiemetic use of olanzapine in the palliative care setting. The aim of this work is to complete the initial work of Fonte et al. published in 2015, to determine whether the literature supports the use of olanzapine as an antiemetic in palliative situations and, in practice, to propose a therapeutic schema adapted to the palliative setting. Methods: Systematic review of the literature according to the PRISMA criteria. We searched the PubMed, Cochrane, RefDoc, EMBase databases and the gray literature databases. The bibliographic search was conducted between November 2016 and August 2017. Results: Thirteen articles were included: 2 case studies, 3 case series, 3 retrospective studies, 2 prospective studies, 2 literature reviews. All studies concluded on the efficacy of olanzapine as an antiemetic in the palliative care setting. No serious adverse effects were reported. Based on the data from the literature review, we propose a therapeutic scheme adapted to the palliative care context. Conclusion : Action of olanzapine on many receptors and its tolerance profile make it an interesting antiemetic treatment in palliative medicine. But to date, studies are scarce and have a low statistical power. Further investigation is therefore needed to determine the benefit of this treatment in palliative care patients, compared to usual treatments.

Background: Person Centered Medicine places the person at the center of the concept of health and as the proper target of health actions. This makes positive health, including wellbeing and quality of life, a matter of high interest among the concepts, procedures and activities of person centered medicine and health. Objectives: This paper is aimed at exploring, documenting and discussing the concepts and procedures for positive health, particularly well-being and quality of life, within the framework of person centered medicine and health. Method: For addressing these objectives, first, a selective review of the literature was conducted concerning the place of positive health within the recognized concepts and practical procedures of the programmatic movement on Person Centered Medicine. Then, a more systematic review of the medical and health literature was conducted on concepts and procedures for addressing and assessing well-being and quality of life within the framework of person centered medicine. Results: Findings concerning positive health developments (particularly involving well-being and quality of life) produced under the aegis of the International College of Person Centered Medicine included, first, its place in the systematic conceptualization of person centered medicine, where it is part and parcel of the principles on ethics commitment and holistic framework, as well as the principlesbased Person-centered Care Index (PCI). Second, positive health is a distinctive and prominent element of the informational domains of the Person-centered Integrative Diagnosis (PID) model, as well as in practical applications such as the Latin American Guide for Psychiatric Diagnosis developed and published by the Psychiatric Association of Latin America (APAL). A second set of findings emerged from a systematic review of the literature on “Person centered medicine, well-being and quality of life”. It yielded 27 papers, dealing with theoretical concepts and instrumentation, which were tabularly analyzed. The concepts of well-being (WB) and quality of life (QoL) tended to be used interchangeably as well as complementarily, with QoL tending to be seen as more encompassing and often incorporating WB. Some major well-being studies have used a group of instruments to cover key aspects of WB. Several encompassing instruments for the assessment of QoL and WB were identified, having a range of features and applications. Among the most frequently used seem to be the WHO-instrument for Quality of Life and the Multicultural Quality of Life Index. Discussion: The importance ascribed to positive health is growing internationally, with particular focus on WB and QoL. This is illustrated by the United Nations’ Sustainable Development Goals, which formulates its Goal on Health in terms of promoting healthy lives and well-being for all. Conclusions: The importance of QoL and WB in the health field in general and in particular for person-centered medicine has been well documented. Some useful and encompassing instruments for assessing these concepts have been elucidated, which have general applicability and are substantially validated internationally.

  Se comparó  parámetros, concentración de residuos y su viabilidad económica de los métodos más utilizados para la regeneración de aceites lubricantes. Mediante investigación y revisión sistemática de la literatura sobre regeneración de aceites lubricantes usados, se determinó las características de cada método, como también sus características fisicoquímicas de cada producto final, identificando el más apto para su implementación en el Distrito metropolitano de Quito, siempre y cuando cumpla con las normas NTE INEN 2030. Through research and systematic review of the literature on the regeneration of used lubricating oils, the characteristics of each method were determined, as well as their physicochemical characteristics of each final product, identifying the most suitable for implementation in the Metropolitan District of Quito, as long as comply with the NTE INEN 2030 standards. In order to obtain an efficient method for the regeneration of lubricating oil, which is friendly to the environment and economically viable.

ResumenEl objetivo de este estudio es el de explorar la efectividad clínica de las intervenciones administradas vía internet para la depresión, a partir de la revisión sistemática de artículos de investigación con diseño de ensayo clínico aleatorizado, publicados en revistas con revisión de pares de los últimos 10 años, en inglés o español sobre tratamientos administrados vía online para la depresión. De un total de 745 referencias bibliográficas detectadas, se seleccionaron 63 artículos. El análisis sistemático de estos estudios indicó que las terapias asistidas por internet son efectivas para la reducción de síntomas de depresión. Sin embargo, son necesarios más estudios en el contexto latinoamericano teniendo en cuenta los aspectos culturales y contextuales de la población y así establecer la efectividad de esta modalidad de intervención en países de habla hispana.Palabras clave: Terapia asistidas por internet, depresión, revisión sistemática.AbstractThe scope of this study is to explore the clinical effectiveness of interventions conducted by the internet for treat depression. The background of the study comprises a systematic review of research articles with randomized clinical trial design published in peer-reviewed journals of the last 10 Years (both in English and Spanish) on treatments administered online for depression (of a total of 745 bibliographical references detected, 63 articles were selected). The study concludes through systematic analysis of these studies that internet-assisted therapies are truly effective in reducing symptoms of depression. However, more studies are needed at the Latin American setting (taking into account the cultural and contextual aspects of this region population), to widely establish the broad effectiveness of these kind of interventions.Keywords: internet delivered, depression, systematic review.

 Resumen El presente artículo buscó determinar la aplicabilidad de la prueba de personalidad Inventario Multifásico de Personalidad de Minnesota (MMPI) a través de los últimos 25 años, por medio de la metodología de revisión sistemática de la literatura de 41 estudios en bases de datos de libre acceso como: Organización de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentación y la Cultura, MedlinePlus, Open Journal Systems, Dialnet, Scielo, Wiley Open Access, UNESCO, Latindex, Ebsco Host, Scielo y Redalyc; que permitieron recopilar información sobre el instrumento y su aplicación en diferentes contextos y momentos del tiempo, desde el año 1990 hasta el 2015. Se concluye que en la mayoría de las investigaciones se ha demostrado la validez y confiabilidad del MMPI y se reconoce la necesidad de continuar estudios en relación a la aplicación, validación y sistematización del instrumento.Abstract This article sought to determine the applicability of the test of personality Minnesota multiphasic personality inventory (MMPI) through the last 25 years, through the methodology of systematic review of the literature in 41 studies in free access database such as: Organization of the United Nations for food and culture, MedlinePlus, Open Journal Systems , Dialnet, Scielo, Wiley Open Access, UNESCO, Latindex, Ebsco Host and Redalyc; which allowed to collect information about the instrument and its application in different contexts and moments from 1990 to 2015. Disinformation is a serious problem for democratic systems in open societies. It is a global phenomenon that must be studied from different approaches and the educational dimension is one of the most relevant. It is necessary to know what educational models have been developed to empower citizens against disinformation. A systematic review of the literature (2011-2020), following the PRISMA protocol, was carried out by analyzing articles (n=76) extracted from three databases (Wos, Scopus and ERIC). Reference management and text mining software was used to data analyse. Eight research questions were answered on the conceptual framework, bibliometrics characteristics and pedagogical dimension. From the results of the content analysis emerges a vision of the role of multiliteracies in educational research and the problem of disinformation: media and information literacies are the most relevant and news and data literacies are incorporated. The need to adopt interdisciplinary approaches is confirmed. From the results of the educational dimension, three pedagogical approaches are identified: strategies for competencies development; focused on content and education for citizenship. Workshops and lesson plans are the most common teaching practices. The development of critical thinking, experiences in the co-construction of knowledge, and the values of civic education are fundamental against disinformation. El problema de la desinformación es una amenaza para los sistemas democráticos. Es un fenómeno global que debe ser abordado desde múltiples perspectivas, siendo la pedagógica una de las más relevantes y, por ello, es necesario conocer qué modelos didácticos se han desarrollado para empoderar a la ciudadanía ante la desinformación. Se llevó a cabo una revisión sistemática de la literatura (2011-2020) bajo el protocolo PRISMA y se analizaron artículos de investigación (n=76) extraídos de tres bases de datos (Wos, Scopus y ERIC). El análisis fue realizado con apoyo de gestores bibliográficos y de minería de textos. Se da respuesta a ocho preguntas de investigación sobre el marco conceptual, las características documentales y la dimensión pedagógica. El análisis documental ofrece una visión del papel de las alfabetizaciones múltiples en la investigación educativa sobre el fenómeno de la desinformación, destacando la relevancia de la «alfabetización mediática» y la «informacional», así como la emergencia de la «alfabetización en noticias» y en «datos». Se evidencia la necesidad de adoptar enfoques interdisciplinares. Con relación a los resultados educativos, se identifican tres enfoques pedagógicos: estrategias competenciales, centrado en contenidos y educación para la ciudadanía. Las prácticas de enseñanza más frecuentes son la realización de talleres y el diseño de programaciones didácticas. El desarrollo del pensamiento crítico, las experiencias en co-construcción de conocimientos y los valores de la educación cívica son fundamentales contra la desinformación.

El objetivo del trabajo es analizar el enfoque dimensional de los diferentes conceptos de estrategia formulados por autores a lo largo de su evolución histórica. Lo cual vislumbrará las características de la perspectiva emergente que se va consolidando en este campo de estudio. La investigación se fundamenta en una revisión sistemática de la producción bibliográfica elaborada alrededor del campo de la estrategia. La selección de las definiciones se realizó considerando como referentes los autores más representativos, en función de sus aportes realizados al campo de estudio de la estrategia y los más citados. Se realizó una confrontación cualitativa de los elementos abordados en el concepto con las dimensiones propuestas por Hax y Majluf, y la injerencia de las escuelas propuestas por Mintzberg en este tema. Los resultados muestran la evolución del concepto de estrategia, que parte de una visión unidimensional y va transitando a una combinación de dimensiones. Este resultado es congruente con las condiciones actuales que configuran el ambiente en el que se desenvuelven las organizaciones. Su comprensión permitirá un cambio de perspectiva en la formulación y aplicación de la estrategia.AbstractThe aim of this work is to analyze the dimensional approach of different concepts of strategy formulated by authors throughout its historical evolution, which will glimpse the features of the emerging perspective that is consolidating in this field of study. The research is based on a systematic review of the literature produced around the field of strategy. The selection of definitions was made considering the most representative authors as reference according to their contributions made to the field of study of the strategy and the most cited. A qualitative comparison was done of the elements addressed in the concept with the dimensions proposed by Hax and Majluf, and the interference of schools proposed by Mintzbergen in this field. The results show the evolution of the concept of strategy, which starts from a one-dimensional vision and transitions to a combination of dimensions. This result is consistent with the current conditions that shape the environment in which organizations operate. Its understanding will allow a change of perspective in the formulation and implementation of the strategy.
