            This study aims to determine the effect of leverage and free cash flow on dividend policy on LQ45 index companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. The population used in this study is the LQ45 index company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. Method of sampling by purposive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The number of samples collected were 11 companies. Research data is secondary data obtained from Indonesia stock exchange (IDX) year 2012-2016. The collected data is analyzed by using data analysis which is done by classical assumption test before doing hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing in this study using multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that leverage variables have a negative and significant effect on dividend policy. This suggests that leverage can affect the high dividend policy. While free cash flow has a positive and insignificant effect on dividend policy. This shows that free cash flow does not affect the high dividend policy.Keywords: leverage, free cash flow, dividend

This study aims to determine the effect of free cash flow and profitability on dividend payout ratio at LQ45 Index Companies Listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange 2011-2018. The population used in this study is the LQ45 index company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2011-2018. The sampling method was purposive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The number of samples collected was 7 companies. The research data is secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2011-2018. The data that has been collected is analyzed using data analysis that first tested with classical assumptions before testing the hypothesis. Hypothesis testing in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis with the t test, f test, and the coefficient of determination. The result of this study indicates that free cash flow does not affect the level of dividend payout ratio. While profitability has a significant effect on dividend payout ratio. This shows that profitability affect the level of dividend payout ratio.

              This research aims to examine the influence the effect of revenue and growth of the company on stock prices on LQ45 listed on Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. The population used in this study is the LQ45 company index listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2012-2016. Method of sampling by purposive sampling according to predetermined criteria. The number of samples collected by 6 companies. Research data is secondary data obtained from Indonesia stock exchange (BEI) in 2012-2016. The collected data were analyzed using the first data analysis done by classical testing before hypothesis testing. Hypothesis testing in this research is multiple linear regression analysis with t test, f test, and coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the variable cash flow positive and not significant to stock prices. This shows that the operation does not affect the high stock prices. While the growth of positive and significant sales to stock prices. This suggests that sales growth is driving high stock prices low.keywords: Operating cash flow, sales growth, stock price

This study aimed to analyze the effect of the Free Cash Flow and Company Growth on Debt Policy. This study was classified quantitative research. The population in this study were manufacturing sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in LQ 45 category 2013 - 2017. The sampling technique was saturated sampling with a population of 9 companies and 40 samples. The analysis used was descriptive statistics, statistical tests and multiple linear regression analysis to see the coefficient of determination, the statistical F value and the statistical t value used in the hypotheses test. The results of this study showed that free cash flow has a partially positive and significant effect on debt policy, with a significance level of 0.004 < 0.05. The company's growth has no effect on debt policy with a significance level of 0.125 > 0.05. The two variables Simultaneously affect debt policy. This was based on the value of F count 5.642 > F table 3.25 with a significance level of 0.007 < 0.05. Predictive ability of the two variables on debt policy is 19.2% while the remaining 80.8% is affected by other factors not included in the research model.

This study aims to analyze the influence of Free Cash Flow, Profitability, Liquidity and Leverage on Dividend Policy. This research was conducted at manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in the Consumer Goods Industry sector in the 2015-2018 period. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression analysis. This study used purposive sampling technique to obtain samples according to the specified criteria. The number of companies based on the criteria in the study were 13 companies. The results of this research are free cash flow, liquidity, and leverage have no significant effect on dividend policy, while profitability has a significant positive effect on dividend policy.

The Effect of Profitability, Company Size, and Free Cash Flow to Dividebd Policy   ABSTRACT Dividend policy is a policy related to dividend payments by the company. The company is faced with the decision to distribute dividends to shareholders or withhold earnings for reinvestment activities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of profitability, company size and free cash flow on dividend policy. This study took a sample of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2016-2018. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, so as many as 13 companies were obtained. The total sample taken for 3 years was 39 observations. The technique used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the analysis of this study proves that profitability, company size, and free cash flow affect dividend policy.

Objective - This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of financial distress, leverage, free cash flow on earnings management. Methodology/Technique – The object of this research is all companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange with an observation period of 2019. The sample determination uses the purposive sampling method and a total sample of 124 companies is obtained. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. Findings - The results show that financial distress has no significant effect on earnings management. Leverage and free cash flow have a negative and significant effect on earnings management. Novelty - This research contributes to signalling theory, which is used by company managers who have better information about their company will be encouraged to convey this information to potential investors where this is intended so that companies can increase company value by sending signals through financial statements of companies listed on the IDX. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the dividend payout policy on BUMN companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2011-2016. The independent variables used in this research are profitability, liquidity, asset growth, and company size. The method used is the method of quantitative research and the object of research is a state-owned company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The data used in this study was secondary data in the form of financial statements obtained by data collection techniques using documentation method. The sample used in this research is twelve companies using purposive sampling method. The technique of data analysis using was multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS test tool. The results showed that all independent variables together positive effect on dividend policy. While the t-test results show that only Profitability variables that have a positive and significant influence toward the dividend payout policy. The independent variables liquidity, asset growth, and company size have a positive and insignificant effect on dividend policy. The dividend payout policy is one of the main concerns of the stakeholders. However, this study uses only four independent variables to analyze the factors that influence the dependent variable. The magnitude of influence of all independent variables in this study only 33% and the rest much influenced by other variables outside in this study. The main attraction for owners of company shareholders lies in the profitability ratio that shows the results of the management of the company's management of the funds invested. This study aims to determine: The Effect of Working Capital, Liquidity and Solvency on the Profitability of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, both partially and simultaneously. Descriptive quantitative research methods, the data used are secondary data in the form of financial statements of PT. Nippon Indosari Corpindo Tbk, for a period of 9 years from 20010 - 2018 obtained through the IDX (Indonesia Stock Exchange). The analytical method used is the classic assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing. Based on the analysis results obtained the coefficient of determination (R2) of 0.928 or equal to 92.8%, which means that the contribution made by working capital, liquidity and solvency to profitability reaches 92.8.3% the remaining 7.2% is influenced by other variables which is not researched. Based on the t test partially working capital on profitability there is an effect where tcount -5.847> t table 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 and partially liquidity on profitability has no effect where tcount 1.846 <t table 2.575 and significance value 0.124> 0.05 and partially solvency to profitability there is the influence of tcount -3.386> ttable 2.575 and significance value 0.02 <0.05 based on the f test simultaneously working capital, liquidity and solvency affect the profitability where Fcount 21.477> Ftable 5.41 with a significant value of 0.003 <0.05

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of partially or simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange. Data collection uses secondary data using purposive sampling technique. The population in this study is the automotive sub-sector manufacturing companies and components listed on the Indonesia stock exchange during the 2014-2016 period of 15 companies, while the samples taken were the number of observations for 3 years (2014-2016) with the number of companies observing 12 obtained were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that all hypotheses have a significant effect based on the t test and F test. This means that both partially and simultaneously financial leverage and dividend policy have a significant effect on firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesian stock exchange.

This study aims to find out the Effect of Managerial Ownership Structure (MNJR), Institutional Ownership Structure (INST), Free cash flow (FCF), and the Ownership Structure on Dividend Policy of Insurance Company Registered on the Indonesia Stock Exchange 2013-2017. The population in this study amounted to 55 insurance companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2017. The samples taken were 11 companies with purposive sampling techniques. Hypothesis testing is carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study showed that (1) Managerial Ownership Structure does not affect the Dividend Policy as evidenced by the beta coefficient (B) of 0,000, t = -0,064 <t = 2,008, significance probability of 0,0950> 0,05 (2) ownership structure Institutional effect on Dividend Policy is proven by beta coefficient (B) of 0.020, t = 3.053> t = 2.008 and significance probability value of 0.004 <0.05 (3) Free cash flow does not affect Dividend Policy as evidenced by beta coefficient (B) 0,001, t = 1,904 <t = 2,008 and significance probability value of 0,063> 0,05 (4) probability Managerial Ownership Structure, Institutional Ownership Structure, Simultaneous Cash Flow affect the Dividend Policy as evidenced by the value F = 5,031> F = 4,238 , the significance probability value is 0.009 <0.05.
