Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui proses dan hasil pengembangan komik digital berbasis Problem Based Instruction dan keefektifan produk hasil pengembangan. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan Research and Development (R&D) dengan desain ASSURE. Populasi 149 anak dan sampel uji coba meliputi perorangan 5 siswa, kelompok kecil 15 siswa, dan lapangan berjumlah 30 siswa. Hasil Pengembangan produk diuji melalui evaluasi formatif, meliputi tinjauan ahli media pembelajaran dan pengembang pembelajaran, uji coba individu, kelompok kecil, dan lapangan. Hasil uji kelayakan ahli media pembelajaran dan pengembangpembelajaran memperoleh nilai rata-rata 89,19% dan 89,30%, keduanya dalam kategori sangat layak. Selanjutnya dilakukan uji coba perorangan memperoleh nilai 79,51% kategori layak. Selanjutnya hasil uji coba kelompok kecil, memperoleh nilai 73,06% kategori sangat layak. Untuk uji coba lapangan memperoleh nilai 83,36 kategori sangat layak. Berdasarkan hasil uji t menunjukkan bahwa ada perbedaan signifikan hasil belajar kognitif siswa sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan komik digital berbasis Problem Based Instruction.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui validitas dan efektivitas LKS yang menggunakan media virtual laboratory dengan model pembelajaran berbasis problem based instruction ditinjau dari aspek motivasi belajar siswa. Model penelitian yang digunakan adalah Research and Development (R&D). Validasi LKS dilakukan oleh dosen fisika UAD dan guru fisika SMA Negeri 2 Bantul mengggunakan instrumen lembar validasi. Kelayakan LKS yang dikembangkan dinilai berdasarkan hasil validasi. Asesment efektivitas LKS didasarkan pada respon siswa menggunakan angket motivasi ARCS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa LKS sangat layak dan efektif dalam memotivasi belajar siswa. Produk penelitian berupa LKS dengan media virtual laboratory berbasis problem based instruction ini diharapkan dapat mengoptimalkan pemahaman materi fisika.

Penelitian ini bertujuan (1) Untuk menghasilkan rancangan dan mengimplementasikan hasil rancangan Pengembangan E-Modul Interaktif Berbasis Problem Based Instruction Pada Mata Pelajaran Perakitan Personal Computer Kelas X TKJ Di SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja. (2) Untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan guru terhadap Pengembangan E-Modul Interaktif Berbasis Problem Based Instruction Pada Mata Pelajaran Perakitan Personal Computer Kelas X Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan Di SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development (R&D), dengan model pengembangan Dick & Carey. Subjek penelitian ini yaitu siswa kelas X Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan dan guru mata pelajaran Perakitan personal computer di SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja tahun ajaran 2016/2017. Untuk mengetahui respon siswa dan guru terhadap e-modul diperoleh dengan menggunakan metode angket. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Hasil implementasi e-modul yang telah dikembangkan pada mata pelajaran perakitan personal computer untuk siswa kelas X Teknik Komputer dan Jaringan dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran Problem Based Instruction di SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja dinyatakan berhasil diterapkan berdasarkan beberapa uji yang dilakukan. 2) Hasil analisis data respon siswa menunjukkan bahwa persentase siswa yang memberikan respon sangat baik sebesar 47.37%, persentase siswa yang memberikan respon baik sebesar 52.63%, dan tidak ada siswa yang memberikan respon cukup, kurang, maupun sangat kurang. Sedangkan hasil analisis data respon guru menunjukkan bahwa persentase guru yang memberikan respon sangat baik sebesar 100%, dan tidak ada guru yang memberikan respon baik, cukup, kurang, maupun sangat kurang. Kata Kunci : E-modul, Perakitan Personal Computer, Model Problem Based Instruction, Research and Development The aim of this study (1) To produce a design and implementing the development of E-module for Personal Computer Assembling lesson of grade X with Problem Based Instruction Model in SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja. (2) To know students’ and teachers’ response towards the development of E-module for Personal Computer Assembling lesson of grade X with Problem Based Instruction Model in SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja. Research methodology that is used for this research was Research and Development (R&D), with Dick & Carey development model. The subject of this research was the third grade students, computer and network engineering and Personal Computer Assembling teachers of SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja in Academic Year 2016/2017. To know students’ and teachers’ response towards the E-module was gained by using inquiry method. The result of this study showed that: (1) Implementation result of E-module which was developed for Personal Computer Assembling lesson of grade X computer and network engineering by using Problem Based Instruction Model in SMK TI Bali Global Singaraja has proven effective to be applied through some tests. The purpose of this paper is to identify 1) promising future directions for the development of educational technology, and 2) who should carry out the needed research and development. Principal recommendations include: intelligent drill and practice, simulations that teach procedural skills, generic videodiscs, lessons for libraries and science and technology museums, adaptive tests, programs for teachers and parents, programs that teach technology related skills, intellectual tools for students, and computer networks for education. These tasks should be undertaken by centers that are publicly and privately supported.

The Purpose of this study are; 1) to examine the existing English speaking materials of Marketing students; 2) to investigate English Speaking material which needed to meet with the marketing students’ need; 3) to develop English Speaking materials for Marketing students based on Content Based Instruction. . This study is descriptive qualitative research. This study inspired of ten stage of Educational Research and Development model by Gall, Gall and Borg, 2003. but in implementing the model is simplified and adapted to Dirgayasa (2011) become four steps: 1) Evaluation and need analysis, 2) designing new material, 3) validating material, 4) revision and final production. The instrument of collecting data was collected by questionnaire, documentation and interview. The source of the data was students of XI Marketing academic year 2018/2019, Marketing teacher, stake holder, alumnus and also syllabus and the existing speaking material used at this time. The result of  this study showed that 86 % students agree that they really need the relevant material which proper to their program and the analysis of the existing speaking materials and the existing syllabus showed that both are less relevant for English speaking skill for Marketing students. From the evaluation research got that learning method which used in the learning process found that it was less relevant. From evaluation research of documentation and interview agreed that the developing of speaking material for Marketing students is needed through Content Based Instruction. The final product of this speaking materials entitled English speaking materials for marketing. English for Informatics Engineering (EIE, hereafter) is significantly requisite for tertiary students. Since EIE is one of English for Specific Purposes (ESP, hereafter) branches, it has particular inescapable characteristics. Teaching materials for EIE should be composed and delivered based on those attributes. Although the materials can be adapted from various resources, developing materials for EIE should definitely follow pedagogical standardized procedures. This article aims to present how material development for EIE is designed based on need analysis results described in a previous research (Nimasari, 2018) and developed according to a specific ESP teaching approach. This current study is a further examination of need analysis results implemented in a coursebook for Informatics Engineering students in a private university in Indonesia. As a part of research and development project research, this study focuses on developing preliminary form of product that includes a prototype of EIE coursebook development. A text-based instruction is utilized as a basis approach to design the EIE material. The results of this preliminary product are four lessons of EIE materials. While one lesson will be presented thoroughly in the discussion, the other three lessons will be attached in the appendix.

Penelitian ini bertujuan: (1) menghasilkan multimedia pembelajaran kartografi dan (2) mengetahui kelayakan multimedia pembelajaran dari aspek materi, aspek tampilan dan kelayakan untuk pembelajaran. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian dan pengembangan (research and development). Produk awal divalidasi oleh ahli materi dan ahli media kemudian diujicobakan. Subjek uji coba produk adalah mahasiswa Jurusan Pendidikan Geografi Fakultas Ilmu Sosial UNY. Data yang dikumpulkan dalam penelitian ini adalah data dari ahli materi, data ahli media, dan tanggapan mahasiswa terhadap daya tarik media. Instrumen pengumpulan data berupa lembar evaluasi untuk ahli materi dan ahli media, serta lembar angket untuk uji coba kelompok kecil dan uji coba lapangan. Analisis data menggunakan analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian ini adalah: (1) hasil pengembangan multimedia pembelajaran  melalui tahap  persiapan, desain, produksi, uji coba, dan revisi; 2) kualitas media ditinjau dari aspek materi termasuk kategori sangat baik; (3) kualitas media ditinjau dari aspek tampilan termasuk kategori  baik; (4) tanggapan mahasiswa tentang daya tarik media termasuk kriteria sangat menarik; dan (5) evaluasi hasil belajar menunjukkan lebih dari 75% mahasiswa mampu menguasai kompetensi pembelajaran menggunakan multimedia yang dikembangkan.Kata kunci: kartografi, multimedia  DEVELOPING COMPUTER-BASED INSTRUCTION MULTIMEDIA FOR CARTOGRAPHY AT GEOGRAPHY EDUCATION YOGYAKARTA STATE UNIVERSITYAbstractThis research aims: (1)to product multimedia for cartography; and (2)to reveal the quality of the developed instructional media viewed from the aspects of content, appearance, and attraction for instruction. This research is research and development. The initial product was validated by an expert in subject matter and an expert in media and then was trying out. The subject of product trials are students from the Department of Geography Education Faculty of Social Sciences Yogyakarta State University. The data were collected using an evaluation sheet for the subject matter expert, the media expert, and questionnaire sheet for the one-to-one try-out, the small group try-out, and the field try-out. The data were analyzed using the statistic descriptive technique. The research results show that: (1)the steps in developing  computer-based multi media was in some stages, namely, need analysis, design, production, try-out, and revision; (2) the quality of the developed instructional media viewed from the content aspects is very good; (3) the quality of the developed instructional media in terms of the appearance aspects is good; (4) the quality of the developed instructional media in regard to the attraction aspects is interesting; and 5) result of study explain more than 75% of students competen to received the targets of study with this multimedia.Keywords: cartography, multimedia

This research aims at developing reading textbook for Shariah Economy students of the first year. The strategy applied on the textbook was RSBI (Reading Strategy Based Instruction). In this study, the researcher adapted some steps of research and development that was invented by Borg and Gall. The steps in this research covered need analysis, products development, expert validation, revison, try out, and revision. The final Products of this study is reading material that is developed in form of  textbook. The textbook consisted of eight units in which each unit applied different reading strategies, such as skimming, scanning, guesing, activating schemata, summarizing, higlighting, and semantic mapping.
