Microteaching is a compulsory subject taken by students of program study PG PAUD semester VI. The purpose of this activity is to improve understanding and basic skills of teaching PAUD students in Microteaching classes using drill and practice methods. The research method used in this research is Classroom Action Research, there are 4 stages in this activity, namely: planning, action, observation and reflection. The data collection technique used an observation technique using an observation sheet related to eight basic teaching skills and the data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative. The results of this research in the practice session of cycle II there was an increase in almost all female students who succeeded and were able to apply the eight basic teaching skills in their teaching practice, only a few who had not succeeded because they could not control time, were still nervous and this could be overcome with a lot of work practice, and still having difficulty in choosing the right language and easy to understand for early childhood. Recommendations from this research are aimed at educational stakeholders where this increase occurs because of the training process (practice) that occurs repeatedly and the evaluation or reflection of each student who appears, there are real and direct examples of being able to develop every aspect of basic teaching skills in each student.

Conversational user interfaces, aka chatbots, offer new ways of interaction that can be used not only for task-led applications, but also for learning itself. From drill-and-practice assistants to digital tutors and coaches, Conversational learning offers a variety of new and extensive options to support individuals through the learning process and to push the boundaries of classroom-based learning. However, Conversational Learning applications that go beyond simple question-and-answer dialogs are still rare. “Pit in the Warehouse” takes a new stance to Conversational Learning: by combining an dialogical escape room challenge with an interactive fiction approach and compelling storytelling, it creates an engaging and low-threshold type of game-based learning.

The objective of this research is determine whether there is difference in the teacher's understanding of the material for preparing cash flow reports before and after receiving training treatment for preparing cash flow reports by applying the drill and practice method. This research categorized as pre-experimental (nondesign) by the method of the one group pretest – posttest design. Data analysis carried out using independent sample t-test.  The results indicated that there is difference in the understanding of accounting teachers on the material for preparing cash flow statements before and after receiving treatment in the form of training in preparing cash flow reports by applying the drill and practice method. The application of drill and practice method can be recommended as an alternative learning method for accounting.

The study focused on the rationale use of technology that is widely spreading around the world. Educational technology is significant in the learning and teaching process. The significance of the developed game-based courseware was to provide instruction and self-drill-and-practice to understand the computer system servicing terms and concepts. This interactive courseware is an additional innovation that will significantly help in the learning and teaching process. The conceptual framework of the study used to organize and varied literature which establishes the scope of education and principles of game-based courseware. The researcher utilized a questionnaire as the primary research instrument. The weighted mean and the standard deviation are used to determine the acceptability of the courseware. To adopt the opportunities offered by developed game-based courseware, it is essential to focus on lessons learned in Computer System Servicing. Features such as peer to peer learning and camaraderie between learners and educators have been found significant in traditional lessons and converted to educational games, as modern technologies move into the informative mainstream. Additional research into the effects and development of game-based approach courseware to classify the role of teachers as facilitators in the game-based approach of learning can establish ways to develop and create educational practices that better engage and motivate students.
