This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

The development of food bussiness in Indonesia which growing rapidly make the competition even more intense. As one of the bussiness of food Mie Akhirat must have competitive superiority in order to survive to win the competition in culinary bussiness. This study used 188 samples, the sampling method is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. While measuring instrument used was a questionner, the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS for Windows 16. The results of this study showed that brand awareness and product quality has significant impact on purchase decision. While word of mouth has no significant impact on purchase decision.

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, promotion, and product quality on Telkomsel customer loyalty to Management Study Program Students at Universitas Prima Indonesia. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study was 582 Students of odd semester Management Study Program at Universitas Prima Indonesia and a sample of 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method who had met the requirements. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that price, Promotion, and product quality have a positive effect on Telkomsel customer loyalty to Management Study Program Students at Universitas Prima Indonesia. This study aims to determine the effect of recruitment and training on the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity managers in Kampar district. The population in this study were all managers who were members of Village Bussiness Entity in Kampar Regency. Primary data in this study were collected by using questionnaire as research instrument to prove the results of the study. Multiple regression analysis with the assistance of the SPSS program was used to test the hypothesis in this study. The sampling technique was purposive sampling method (30 Village Bussiness Entity in 30 Kampar District Villages). The results showed that: 1) There's is positive and significant influence between recruitment and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity, 2) There was positive but not significant effect between training and commitment of Village Bussiness Entity managers, 3) There is positive and simultaneously significant effect between recruitment and training towards Village Bussiness Entity, 4) There is positive and significant effect between the commitment and performance of Village Bussiness Entity.

This study aims to determine how much influence the market segmentation and positioning to purchase decision of the simcard Axis in Padang city. This type of research is causative. The population in this study were peoples in Padag city. The sample were takrn using Cochran formula with 100 respondents. This sampling technique used is based on nonprobability sampling method. The type of data used in this study is primary data. Data analysis technique used multiple regression analysis technique using SPSS version 24.00. The results of this study indicate that: 1) Market segmentation has a positive significant effect on decision purchase simcard Axis in Padang city. 2) Positioning has a positive significant effect on decision purchase simcard  Axis in Padang city.  Keyword: market segmentation simcard axis, positioning simcard axis, purchase decision simcard axis

Abstract: This study aims to analysis influence profitability on firm’s value with dividend payout as intervening variable. Sample to be studied in this research is 21 (twenty one) firm’s which have to stay for 5 years in LQ45 index in Indonesian Stock Exchange for period 2009 – 2013. Sampling technique was used is purposive sampling. Method of analysis used multiple regression analysis with SPSS 20. Finding of study is profitability, dividend payout affect significant positive on firm’s value and profitability affect significant positive on dividend payout. The purposes of this study was determine the influence of lifestyle, group preference, perception brand luxury and product quality toward consumer willingness to pay on iPhone product. The population in this study consist of society in Malang that buy iPhone product, which the value was unknown. Based on Maholtra analysis, number of sample are 85 respondent. This study use purposive sampling as the sampling technique. Data analysis was used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The result of this study shows that lifestyle, group preference influence have significant toward consumer willingness to pay partially. In addition, the results of the F test describes that  lifestyle, group preference, brand luxury and product quality influence on have significant consumer willingness to pay simoultaneosly

This study aims to provide empirical evidence about the effect of taxation sanctions, income levels, and taxpayer awareness on individual taxpayer compliance. The object of this research is the North Makassar Primary Tax Service Office. The sampling technique is purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using Multiple Regression Analysis and processed through SPSS 24. Data collection was carried out through survey methods using questionnaires distributed directly to individual taxpayers in the North Makassar Primary Tax Service Office. The results of the study found that the variables of tax sanctions, income level and awareness of taxpayers have a positive and significant effect on taxpayer compliance.

This research aims to determine the effect of morality and awareness on MSME taxpayer compliance. Based on the data obtained in Gempol District, there are 400 MSMEs. The sample is a collection of subjects that represent the population. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method with several criteria: 1) The business is engaged in manufacturing. 2) A business that has been around for more than 5 years. 3) MSMEs that have NPWP. Based on the criteria in determining the number of samples of 255 MSMEs that meet the criteria. So that in this case, the number of samples in the study amounted to 255 MSMEs. Multiple regression analysis tests using SPSS. The results of the study state that significantly the morality variable has a positive effect on MSME taxpayer compliance and awareness variables also affect the compliance of MSME taxpayers.

This study aims to examine and analyze the effect of compensation, career development and work discipline on employee performance at PT. Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires carried out on 50 employees of the production department at PT Perkebunan Tunggal Mitra Plantation Manggala 2. Data analysis in this study used SPSS Version 22. The sampling technique used was the saturation sampling method and Data analysis method used is multiple regression analysis (multiple regression analysis). Based on the results of the study, obtained the following regression equation: Y = 9,944 + 0.390X1 + 0.115X2 + 0.267X3 + ei means that the F Test shows that compensation, career development, and work discipline have a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Based on statistical data analysis, the indicators in this study are valid and the variables are reliable. Partially (t test) shows that compensation has a positive and significant effect on employee performance (tcount 4.223> t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.000 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.010 t table 1.675 and a significant level of 0.042
