This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, promotion, and product quality on Telkomsel customer loyalty to Management Study Program Students at Universitas Prima Indonesia. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study was 582 Students of odd semester Management Study Program at Universitas Prima Indonesia and a sample of 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method who had met the requirements. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that price, Promotion, and product quality have a positive effect on Telkomsel customer loyalty to Management Study Program Students at Universitas Prima Indonesia. This study aims to examine the effect of product quality, service quality and web design on customer satisfaction. The sample used in this study is Shopee consumers who are students of the Faculty of Economics, University of Sarjanawiyata Tamansiswa. Sampling using purposive sampling method and obtained as many as 110 respondents. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results showed that product quality had a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Service quality has no effect on customer satisfaction. Web design has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. Keywords: Product Quality; Service Quality; Web Design; Customer Satisfaction

This research is conducted upon the emergence of many companies producing the same product of the same kind and function. It leads to the urgency of proper and well planned marketing strategy. This research aims to investigate how far the influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. This research utilizes 5 likert scale questionnaire which is tested by using multiple regression analysis to reveal whether or not there is partial and simultaneous influence of branding, product quality, and price toward consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business. Sampling method is accidental sampling technique, in which sample of particular population is taken based on the accessibility and availability of the sample during the sampling process. Sample used is 100 samples among consumers or customers of Mang Endy Milkshake. The result shows that branding, product quality, and price influence consumer’s satisfaction in beverage franchise business.

This study aims to find out about the Machiavellian Influence of Personality and Moral Development of the Dysfunctional Behavior by Gender as a moderating variable. The sample used was a student S1 Accounting End Level PGRI University of Yogyakarta. Data obtained by purposive sampling method. The data collection is done by using a questionnaire. A total of 90 questionnaires distributed and 81 questionnaires which can be recycled. The research hypotheses were tested using multiple regression analysis and test MRA (Moderated Regression Analysis) with SPSS.The results showed that the positive effect on the Machiavellian nature of dysfunctional behavior, and negatively affect the moral development of dysfunctional behavior. As for the result of the interaction between dysfunctional behavior and gender showed that gender can not moderate influence Machiavellian nature and moral development of the dysfunctional behavior.

The development of food bussiness in Indonesia which growing rapidly make the competition even more intense. As one of the bussiness of food Mie Akhirat must have competitive superiority in order to survive to win the competition in culinary bussiness. This study used 188 samples, the sampling method is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling technique. While measuring instrument used was a questionner, the data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis with SPSS for Windows 16. The results of this study showed that brand awareness and product quality has significant impact on purchase decision. While word of mouth has no significant impact on purchase decision.

This study aims to determine the effect of obedience pressure, audit knowledge and audit experience on audit judgment. This research was conducted in Inspektorat Provinsi Sumatera Barat.The respondents used in this study were 40 employees. Sample selection is done by using purposive sampling method. Data collection was carried out through a questionnaire. The analysis technique used in this study is Multiple Regression Analysis. The results of this study found that, obedience pressure, audit knowledge and audit experience have a positive effect on audit judgment

This research aims to determine the effect of morality and awareness on MSME taxpayer compliance. Based on the data obtained in Gempol District, there are 400 MSMEs. The sample is a collection of subjects that represent the population. The sampling technique used was the purposive sampling method with several criteria: 1) The business is engaged in manufacturing. 2) A business that has been around for more than 5 years. 3) MSMEs that have NPWP. Based on the criteria in determining the number of samples of 255 MSMEs that meet the criteria. So that in this case, the number of samples in the study amounted to 255 MSMEs. Multiple regression analysis tests using SPSS. The results of the study state that significantly the morality variable has a positive effect on MSME taxpayer compliance and awareness variables also affect the compliance of MSME taxpayers.

The purposes of this study are : First, to explore the effect among trust on customer loyalty. Second, to explore the effect among commitment on customer loyalty. Third, to explore the effect among communication on customer loyalty. Fourth, to explore the effect among conflict handling on customer loyalty. The population of this research are all customers of PT Bank Panin Tbk savings in Jakarta. The Samples are collected from PT Bank Panin Tbk's savings customers in South Jakarta. The method of data collection is cross-sectional design with 150 respondents. The technique of data analysis used in this study was multiple regression analysis. The results are : (a) trust has a positive effect toward customer loyalty; (b) commitment has not positive effect toward customer loyalty; (c) communication has a positive effect toward customer loyalty; (d) conflict handling has a positive effect on customer loyalty.

Purpose of this study aims to examine the effect supply aspect tourism on travelling interest to Tikus Island in Bengkulu Province. Supply aspect tourism consisting of attraction, accessible, amenities and ancillary. Sampling method in this study is accidental sampling with 240 respondents. Data collection method in this study uses quantitative data which is carried out by distributing questionnaires. Multiple regression analysis applied to test the hypotheses using SPSS application. Findings showed that attraction and accessible have positive effect on travelling interest.  Meanwhile, amenities and ancillary do not affect travelling interest. The supply of aspect tourism in Tikus Island can contribute to the Regional Original Income (PAD) of Bengkulu Province, the local government of Bengkulu should be able to pay more attention based on this findings.

In this study, there are results that contradict the theory which states that the higher the level of training and motivation, the employee's performance should increase.  In this study, training had no effect and motivation had no positive effect. This study aims to determine the effect of training and work motivation on employee performance in Kopiloka 3.0.  The population in this study were all employees at Kopiloka 3.0, which amounted to 15 people with a sample of 15 people using saturated sampling.  The data analysis technique in this study used SPSS 24 software, which consisted of data quality test, classical assumption test, multiple regression analysis, and hypothesis testing. By using multiple regression analysis, the results of the study show that training has no effect on employee performance.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance.  Simultaneously (together) the independent variables of training and motivation have an effect on employee performance.

The Effect of Bonus Mechanisms, Tunneling Incentive and Debt Covenant on Transfer Pricing Transactions. (Empirical Study of Manufacturing Companies Listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2014-2018).This study aims to determine the effect of bonus mechanism, tunneling incentive and debt covenants on transfer pricing transactions in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period of 2014-2018.The sample of this research is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the period 2014-2018. By using purposive sampling method which consists of 6 companies. The data used in the form of financial statements with multiple regression analysis methods are processed using SPSS 23. The results of the study that the bonus mechanism affected the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.002, tunneling incentive affected the transfer pricing transaction, with a significant value of 0.004 and the debt covennat had no effect on the transfer pricing transaction with a significant value of 0.153.
