The purpose of this study was to determine the competencies possessed by students of the Zakat and Waqf Management Study Program to become candidates for professional zakat amil, while the types of data used were secondary data and primary data, using a qualitative approach. Based on the results of research and discussion, it can be concluded that the competencies that must be possessed by zakat and waqf management students are mastering the science of zakat fiqh, mastering managerial knowledge about zakat management, namely collection, distribution and utilization and reporting of zakat, amil must also have skills in the IT field and accountability in calculating zakat funds. on the reality in the field that students of zakat and waqf management study programs are already competent in the field of zakat fiqh science but are not yet competent in the field of fundrising practice and zakat information system technology.

This study aims to analyze the empowerment of people who live and settle on the banks of the river in Petuk Katimpun Village, Jekan Raya District, Palangka Raya City, especially in stunting prevention efforts. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with 10 key informants who were considered to have distinctive characters. The data collected were analyzed by qualitative methods. The results of this study illustrate that there is a model in empowering riverbank communities because the character of the people who live on the banks of the river has its own characteristics and plus generally are Dayak ethnicities, people who live on the banks of the river are very dependent on all the potential of the river and its surroundings, especially in the field of fisheries with the karamba method. and the fish produced are partly a source of nutrition, then also by utilizing purun plants as their alternative livelihood. Then the position of the house on stilts occupied also affects the fisheries sector they manage. On the other hand, the flood impact caused losses to the fish seeds that were developed because they came from fertilizer residue from oil palm plantations upstream.

En el 2019 el mundo se vio conmocionado por una pandemia, la enfermedad coronavirus (Covid 19). Según la OMS desde su inicio hasta agosto 2021 se han producido 4:291.462 muertes, 202:490.807 casos reportados. Todos los países se vieron obligados a tomar medidas, por el alto contagio, y con muchas variantes por la mutación del virus, a la vez que muchos laboratorios comenzaban con el estudio para poder llegar a una solución. Las medidas tomadas han sido muy variadas, desde no tomar ninguna medida en particular, hasta el cierre total de actividades.En el caso de Uruguay, se tomaron medidas tempranas y algunos sectores de la economía permanecieron abiertos, dependiendo de la etapa en la cual se estaba.Tanto las empresas, como las personas tuvieron que tomar decisiones para poder sobrellevar la situación.La Gestión Estratégica de Costos es el análisis amplio de los costos que consideran en forma explícita las estrategias y está conformado por 3 análisis: la Cadena de Valor, el Posicionamiento Estratégico y de las Causales de Costos. En este trabajo, se analizan, básicamente, los dos últimos en nueve emprendimientos. Estos casos incluyen micro emprendimientos, emprendimientos individuales, reconversiones de empresas o la incorporación de nuevas áreas por la pandemia, todos con el mismo objetivo: sobrellevar el contexto y de ser posible obtener ganancias. Hay diferentes realidades, desde emprendimientos que obtuvieron pérdidas a otros que obtuvieron ganancias

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of price, promotion, and product quality on Telkomsel customer loyalty to Management Study Program Students at Universitas Prima Indonesia. This research is descriptive quantitative. The population of this study was 582 Students of odd semester Management Study Program at Universitas Prima Indonesia and a sample of 100 respondents using the purposive sampling method who had met the requirements. This study uses multiple regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that price, Promotion, and product quality have a positive effect on Telkomsel customer loyalty to Management Study Program Students at Universitas Prima Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of financial literacy on consumptive behavior of students with financial concentration in 2017 in the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. to find out and analyze the effect of self-control on consumptive behavior. Students with 2017 financial stambuc concentration in Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. This study uses a quantitative research approach. The data analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear analysis techniques. The results of the study indicate that partially there is a significant effect of the Financial Literacy variable on the Consumptive Behavior of the Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. The results of this study conclude that partially there is a significant effect of the variable Self-Control on Consumptive Behavior in Students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Sumatera Utara. This study aims to determine the effect of brand trust and university reputation on purchasing decisions, namely student decisions in choosing the Management Study Program at the UMSU Faculty of Economics and Business. The approach taken in this research is to use an associative approach, namely research that seeks to examine how a variable has a relationship or relationship with other variables. Sampling was carried out by non-probability sampling technique, and by incidental sampling approach. The population in this study were all students of the 2018/2019 UMSU Management Study Program, and the sample used in this study amounted to 126 respondents using the slovin technique. Data were collected by questionnaire method. The data analysis technique used multiple linear regression, classical assumption test, t test, F test and coefficient of determination. The results showed that the brand trust variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, and the university reputation variable had a significant effect on purchasing decisions. Based on the simultaneous test, the variable brand trust and university reputation have a significant effect on purchasing decisions.
