SMPN 11 Bengkulu City used the system manually for several years to handle activities such as data collection and inventory reports. It caused the frequent occurrence of goods scattered, sometimes damaged goods were not recorded, the occurrence of data redundancy, so that errors often occured in data collection and calculation. The aim of this research is to build a website-based inventory information system that can minimize data redundancies and errors in calculations and data collection. The methodology used in making this system uses the waterfall method, UML diagrams, database design, and interface design. The results of this research are web-based information systems. The development of the system indicates that this system has the potential to support the activities of processing inventory data automatically, quickly and accurately.

Assessment of the performance of civil servants (PNS) is still considered less objective and subjective tended to by some, so we need a solution to improve the objectivity of assessment. The target of employee work (SKP) is one solution to improve objectivity in the assessment of civil servants. Backpropagation is one of the methods in neural networks which is implemented in the information systems of SKP for used classification of data performance. Observation and literature became the method of data collection in this study. Web-based information systems of skp are facilitated for employees in the preparation of assessments. In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Online media is a liaison, intermediary, and target as well as a communication tool channel to convey messages to the general public with planning and systematic and hopes to get a response from the recipient of the message, and of course, it requires a good response or response from the target audience. Therefore, it is necessary to design a media outreach that makes it easy for the public to get it or media that are easily accessible to the community, the form of an information media must be effective, easy to reach and in accordance with the habits and activities of the target audience, then the schedule for the distribution of the campaign media must be on time in accordance with needs. The purpose of this study was to design a Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Center (BSUIA) based on PHP and MySQL. The method used in the Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Hall (BSUIA) is to use the waterfall method or called the waterfall method. Data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Adobe Dreamweaver and use web-based programming languages such as; PHP, MySQL, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, JQuery as applications in interface design, and MySQL as DBMS. Intisari — SMK Darul Amal Kota Metro merupakan salah satu sekolah menengah kejuruan yang berdiri pada tahun 2008 terletak di Jl. Pesantren No.16B, Mulyojati, Kec. Metro Barat., Kota Metro, Lampung. Dalam pendataan absensi kehadiran maupun keterlambatan siswa dan guru masih dilakukan dengan manual yaitu dengan cara menuliskan kehadiran kedalam buku absensi yang telah disediakan oleh pihak sekolah. Dengan adanya permasalahan tersebut maka peneliti membangun sebuah sistem informasi tentang absensi guru, siswa dan penjadwalan mata pelajaran berbasis Web, dengan adanya sistem informasi ini maka informasi keterlambatan, ketidakhadiran siswa dan guru serta jadwal matapelajaran dapat dilihat pada Website sekolah yang penulis rancang, tidak hanya itu data juga tersimpan dalam bentuk database sehingga pada saat rekapitulasi absensi dan penjadwalan mata pelajaran menjadilebih mudah.Kata kunci — Sistem Informasi, PHP, MySQL, Database Abstract — SMK Darul Amal Kota Metro is a vocational high school which was founded in 2008, located on Jl. Research that the author did aim to know how to design inventory system on Planet Phone.The method used is quantitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used are literature study, observation, and interviews. From the research conducted found that there is a problem on inventory data processing. The process of inventory data processing only by writing using a general ledger. So this causes inaccuracies and delays in reports. Therefore the authors make the information system by using PHP and MySQL database. This system consists of inputting inventory data, inventory reports, sales reports and income reports. As for some suggestions given to tackle the problem is by connecting the system with internet connection, for employees more quickly and effectively in penginputan inventory data and owner can also know the sales reports and income reports more quickly without having to come directly to the store.
