Abstrak – Sistem penggajian yang selama ini dikelola oleh bendahara di PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi menggunakan sistem yang konvensional yaitu dengan cara mencatat seluruh data yang berhubungan dnegan gaji karyawan dan menginputnya ke microsoft excel. Kesulitan yang dihadapi oleh bendahara menggunakan sistem ini adalah dalam pembuatan slip gaji dan  laporan penggajian yang buat setiap bulan membutuhkan waktu yang cukup lama dan kurang efisien. Oleh karena itu pada penelitian ini dibuat sebuah sistem informasi penggajian yang dapat membantu bendahara untuk mengelola data gaji dengan output yang di cetak lansung dari sistem berupa slip gaji dan laporan data gaji. Metode Pengembangan sistem yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode waterfall. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengahasilkan sistem informasi penggajian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Program yang dihasilkan berupa sistem informasi yang berbasis desktop. Kata kunci:  Sistem; Sistem Informasi; Sistem Informasi Penggajian;  Abstract - Payroll system that has been managed by the treasurer at PT. Akbar Sinar Abadi uses a conventional system that is by recording all data related to employee salaries and input it into Microsoft Excel. The difficulty faced by the treasurer using this system is in making salary slips and payroll reports that make each month requires quite a long time and less efficient. Therefore in this study a payroll information system was created that could help the treasurer to manage salary data with printed output directly from the system in the form of pay slips and salary data reports. The system development method used in this study is the waterfall method. The purpose of this study is to produce a payroll information system that suits user needs. Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. Voting in a democratic country is an important part of the means of choosing leaders. The village head election process in Indonesia still uses conventional voting methods, namely using ballot paper media in the election process. Voting that is carried out conventionally has several obstacles, including the lack of guaranteeing the authenticity of voters' votes, so that people think the results of voting results are often manipulated. In addition conventional selection is deemed inaccurate and time-consuming and costly. In this study the aim of this research is to design an information system e-voting that can be used for the Election of the Village Head of Cemandi, Sedati, Sidoarjo, East Java, where by using this system the election process becomes easier by ensuring the accuracy of the vote count. This system development method uses the model of software engineering waterfall. The test results blackbox show that the functions of the features in the system are running well. Based on the UAT test, the system received an average percentage rate of 86%.

RSUP Dr. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is a hospital that provides several classes of inpatient services. This hospital has 22 inpatient rooms, with a capacity of 409 beds. In the business process, there have been problems where there is no information on the display / picture of the room and bed, the facilities provided, room rates, rooms that are st ill empty and rooms that are already in use, this can result in longer service in registering inpatient care until it requires. time for 20 minutes. The research method that the authors do consists of data collection methods and systems development methods . For the data collection method the author uses the method of observation, interviews, literature study, and documentation. Meanwhile, the system development method that the author uses is the waterfall method with a framework of information systems built using Laravel, the database using MySQL, and for the code editing tool using sublime text. The result of this research is an information system of Dr. Inpatient Bed Room. Soeradji Tirtonegoro Klaten is website-based, the system runs according to its function based on the system test using the blacbox method

SMPN 11 Bengkulu City used the system manually for several years to handle activities such as data collection and inventory reports. It caused the frequent occurrence of goods scattered, sometimes damaged goods were not recorded, the occurrence of data redundancy, so that errors often occured in data collection and calculation. The aim of this research is to build a website-based inventory information system that can minimize data redundancies and errors in calculations and data collection. The methodology used in making this system uses the waterfall method, UML diagrams, database design, and interface design. The results of this research are web-based information systems. The development of the system indicates that this system has the potential to support the activities of processing inventory data automatically, quickly and accurately.

This writing discusses the creation of a correspondence filing information system with the aim of making it easier for the secretariat to archive letters in incoming and outgoing mail data at the Environmental Service, and minimizing data loss, and speeding up the process of retrieval of archived data at the time needed so as not to repetition of archiving so that it is faster and more precise. The development of information systems uses the programming language PHP, HTML, CSS, and Java Script and uses the MySQL database. The information system development method uses the waterfall method. The results of this research can be implemented in the form of a web-based archiving information system.

Pelaksanaan pemungutan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pemerintah desa mengalami kesulitan dalam pemantauan data wajib pajak baik yang telah lunas maupun yang belum lunas, kesulitan ketika mencari data berapa total pajak terhutang yang harus disetorkan, total pajak terhutang yang sudah disetorkan, dan total pajak terhutang yang belum disetorkan, serta pemerintah desa tidak dapat mengetahui informasi mengenai data wajib pajak yang belum membayar PBB pada tahun-tahun sebelumnya. Oleh karena itu diperlukan sistem terkomputerisasi dengan tujuan merancang Sistem Informasi Monitoring Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan Berbasis Web untuk memudahkan pemerintah desa dalam memantau data pembayaran wajib pajak. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kualitatif dengan metode pengembangan sistem yaitu Prototype. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Sistem Informasi Monitoring Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan dapat membantu dalam pemantauan data Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan pada setiap wajib pajak dengan cepat dan tepat, menampilkan persentase total pajak terhutang pada laporan PBB berdasarkan kepala dusun, membuat laporan Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan, laporan keterlambatan pembayaran pajak dan dapat membantu pemerintah desa dalam pembuatan surat keterangan, dimana penduduk yang hendak mengurus surat akan dilayani jika Pajak Bumi dan Bangunan penduduk tersebut sudah lunas. The implementation of collection of Land and Building Taxes, the village government has difficulties in monitoring taxpayer data, both those who have been paid and those that have not been paid, difficulties in finding data on how much total taxes owed must be deposited, total taxes owed that have been paid, and total taxes payable that have not been paid, as well as the village government cannot find out information regarding the data of taxpayers who have not paid PBB in previous years. Therefore, a computerized system is needed with the aim of designing a Web-based Land and Building Tax Monitoring Information System to facilitate village governments in monitoring taxpayer payment data. This study uses a qualitative research approach with a system development method, namely Prototype. The results of this study indicate that the Land and Building Tax Monitoring Information System can help in monitoring Land and Building Tax data for each taxpayer quickly and accurately, displaying the percentage of total taxes owed on the PBB report based on the hamlet head, making Land and Building Tax reports, tax payment delay reports and can assist the village government in making a certificate, where residents who want to take care of the letter will be served if the resident's Land and Building Tax has been paid off.

Computer technology is needed everywhere including inventory activities. The existence of inventory activities can minimize defects or obscurity of each device starting from the data collection of the device entering and exiting device, data collection of consumable and non-consumable device, data collection of damaged device or items that must be destroyed. But so far the inventory activities at the SMK Negeri 5 Laboratory have not been going well and the reporting process is very ineffective. Assist in research made by the Inventory Information System of Device that will assist administrative staff, laboratory personnel and principals in inventory activities. This system was designed using the prototyping system development method. Whereas the programming language used is Visual Basic and SQL Server 2008 databases. Principals, laboratories responsible, and administrative staff have their user access according to their respective user access rights according to the access rights specified by the system administrator. These data can produce reports on receipt, utilization, transfer, and maintenance of a device. Help reduce delays in reporting by organizing data collection and making inventory reports.

Graduation is an inauguration activity for students who have finished studying at a university. Graduation registration at the Cilacap State Polytechnic is still done conventionally, causing problems such as students who are not registered in the toga data collection, students who do not return the toga according to the specified time limit. In addition, the large number of students makes the data collection process take longer. In this case, the authors conducted research that aims to build a website-based graduation registration information system. Making this system requires a research methodology. Among them are data collection methods that include literature studies, observations, and interviews as well as the system development method used, namely Rapid Application Development (RAD). The results of the questionnaire with a total score of 182 show that the system is very good in assisting BAAK in graduation registration services and monitoring the number of graduates, as well as helping students register for graduation and their completeness, and the system can help submit and confirm trouble-free forms.

Hotel reservation is an activity where a customer comes to the hotel to book a room and stay in a room that has been booked. Orders are made by customers, at the hotel Shades Rantaupapat the process of collecting the customers who will stay is still done manually. So that customers have to come to the hotel to make reservations directly. This reservation information system is an application that can help speed up registration or registration when at the reception. Cancellation can also be directly managed by the admin or receptionist. So as to provide other convenience in making reservations. In making this information system using a system development method in the form of a waterfall. At the time of making the programs using Visual Basic NET 2010. For databases that are used to create databases using SQL Server 2008.
