Online media is a liaison, intermediary, and target as well as a communication tool channel to convey messages to the general public with planning and systematic and hopes to get a response from the recipient of the message, and of course, it requires a good response or response from the target audience. Therefore, it is necessary to design a media outreach that makes it easy for the public to get it or media that are easily accessible to the community, the form of an information media must be effective, easy to reach and in accordance with the habits and activities of the target audience, then the schedule for the distribution of the campaign media must be on time in accordance with needs. The purpose of this study was to design a Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Center (BSUIA) based on PHP and MySQL. The method used in the Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Hall (BSUIA) is to use the waterfall method or called the waterfall method. Data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Adobe Dreamweaver and use web-based programming languages such as; PHP, MySQL, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, JQuery as applications in interface design, and MySQL as DBMS. Technology is increasingly sophisticated with over time competition in the business world such as E-Commerce has a positive impact on entrepreneurs to advance their companies, namely by creating online websites so that offerings and sales are easy among the public. By accessing the website page of PT. Daya Berkah Sentosa Nusantara buyers do not have to come directly to the place or company, and send offers according to admin needs.The purpose of this study is to make it easier for researchers to solve supply and sales problems based on problems that arise in the company. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, with data collection techniques used using observation, interviews and literature study. The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Abstract—The student unit activity is an institution to achieve goals by holding events within the institution. FOSTI is one of the student activity units on the campus of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta that uses a web-based information system, of course in this application to make it easier to collect data or register for events being held. The purpose of this final semester assignment is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze the existing system and evaluate the deficiencies in the system to the user. The registration process for event participants is done manually, often incorrectly in recording or data collection of event participants and creating piles of data in the form of papers, allowing data to be inserted due to negligence on the part of the committee. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a registration application system. Making this system using the framework system Laravel Based Framework. Used to find easy alternatives. The method in this management information system uses Laravel Based. Making a system in a program with the PHP programming language, the process of registering events held by the laravel based method can facilitate the registration and data collection process, which previously used the manual method which took quite a long time. The method in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. for designing the system using Contex Diagram, HIPO, and DAD. The purpose of this study is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze existing systems and evaluate the deficiencies of the system to the user. The final result in the registration process and event data collection is in the form of types of events in the FOSTI organization, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and participant data reports.

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. A public complaint is a reciprocal of the population against the government to convey opinions or problems encountered in certain areas. The complaint process using a suggestion box or counter complaint is less effective and efficient so that the complaint handling process is slow. The geographic information system of public complaints is an information system built as an intermediary for the public to make complaints against the government. This public complaint geographic information system is built by utilizing location-based services. Geographic information systems of public complaints that have been built require a test to ensure all functions contained on the system can run properly. This study discusses the testing of the geographic information system of public complaints that have been built by blackbox testing and test by involving respondents from the general public. The results of testing system usage by the user based on aspect of system interface display and conformity aspects of processes and features involving respondents from the general public. Tests conducted to get the average results of respondents gave very good value 28%, good 59.8, enough 10.2% and less by 2%. Comparison of systems conducted on two similar systems taken through a literature study showed that a mobile web-based public complaint geographic information system (Public Complaint) has more features in tracking the location of complaints.

SMPN 11 Bengkulu City used the system manually for several years to handle activities such as data collection and inventory reports. It caused the frequent occurrence of goods scattered, sometimes damaged goods were not recorded, the occurrence of data redundancy, so that errors often occured in data collection and calculation. The aim of this research is to build a website-based inventory information system that can minimize data redundancies and errors in calculations and data collection. The methodology used in making this system uses the waterfall method, UML diagrams, database design, and interface design. The results of this research are web-based information systems. The development of the system indicates that this system has the potential to support the activities of processing inventory data automatically, quickly and accurately.

The development of the telecommunications world is developing very rapidly throughout the world and is no exception in Indonesia. The telecommunications business mostly involves companies providing equipment and providing telecommunications infrastructure, in this case, towers. PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi or also known as Mitratel is a subsidiary of PT Telkom Indonesia. Tbk, which is engaged in providing telecommunications infrastructure in Indonesia. In carrying out its business activities, PT Dayamitra Telekomunikasi has collaborated extensively with external parties in terms of land use for the construction of telecommunications towers. Land use is currently divided into two land categories, namely private land and government land. The current condition in managing cooperative assets is still done manually or not systematically so that it is not effective and a monitoring information system is needed to monitor the use of assets listed in this cooperation document. The monitoring information system that will be created is web-based which will facilitate the user in monitoring, updating the status of the monetize point quota listed in the employment agreement document with the government. The software used in making this monitoring information system uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages.

This web-based flight ticket booking system development is focused on the problem of web databases and web design that have the aim to provide information about booking tickets online using web media that can facilitate consumers or users of aviation services, where consumers do not need to come to the CV . Global Trans Solutions or aircraft fleet only to make reservations, but with this website can directly order tickets directly via the available web, the author only discusses the problem of web-based Ticket Booking Information System on CV. Global Trans Solutions using PHP and MySQL. The purpose of writing is to find out and design a web-based Ticket Booking Information System on CV. Global Trans Solutions using PHP and MySQL. Data collection needed in writing this research was obtained by two methods, namely literature study relating to the literature of library books and other scientific works, field studies by carrying out interviews, and direct observation of objects related to this research. Web-based Ticket Booking Information System on CV. Global Trans Solutions is carried out by one of the administrative staff and assisted by 2 (two) administrative staff in the field to record and input ticket booking data. From the results of this study, it can be concluded that the web-based Ticket Booking Information System on CV. Global Trans Solutions has followed the procedure and used a computer with Visual PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as its database.
