In a school, teachers have difficulty managing student grades because they still use the manual method. The development carried out has the aim of creating a value management information system that will make it easier for teachers to manage student grades, because teachers need to handle student scoring activities which require a lot of time and require considerable accuracy. This information system will be applicable at the Vocational High School (SMK) level. This system is web-based, so that teachers can access the web for value management and students can also access the web to see the results of their learning. The development method applied to this development is by using the waterfall method. The results of this development are to facilitate and accelerate the performance of teachers in managing student grades in the school and become a benchmark for students so that students can understand their learning outcomes.

Abstract Objective –This article reports on a pilot research project that gathered usage statistics in specifically designated library learning spaces using a Web-based Geographic Information System (GIS). These learning spaces were then mapped to expected learning activities that would occur in these areas based on its intention or design. In this way, the library could begin to associate the usage of a space with different types of learning. The researchers then mapped these learning activities to campus learning outcomes to create learning impact statements. Methods – The researchers used observation data gathered with a Web GIS tool to examine space usage within the library’s curriculum center. Results – The pilot study found that student usage of the curriculum center was mainly associated with two campus learning outcomes: (1) Communicate and (2) Learning and Integrate. The evidence also indicated possible design improvements that may make the curriculum centers spaces more functional for students. Conclusions – The Web GIS tool proved to be a useful tool to gather evidence of student space usage within the library environment. The mapping of individual spaces to learning activities further enhanced the usefulness in interpreting how students are using library spaces. Leveraging the space usage data within learning outcomes statements created another means for the library to communicate its learning impact with campus stakeholders.

SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungpinang is a vocational high school located in Kampung Bulang, Tanjungpinang. This school is facing problems in managing the library that is owned so that it can serve library lending for users more quickly and accurately including in providing access to library materials directly to users. But, at the moment. The library still does not have a library circulation system that can provide library access. The web-based library system that is designed is expected to facilitate library members in SMK Negeri 3 Tanjungpinang in finding digital books about library materials owned by libraries without time and place limits. The web-based library sirkuasi system, which is designed according to the needs and conditions of the library is also expected to be able to facilitate and speed up officers in handling circulation services and making reports. Programming is done to make the system above is done using the PHP programming language with a MySQL database server. From the results of the implementation of the system and testing, it was concluded that the web-based library information system can answer the problems encountered so that it can help the library in serving users quickly and accurately.

This study is based from a case in KOPERTIS Region X about scholarship management process that was done manually and spend a lot of time. From this case, a Scholarship Management Information Systems is designed to assist KOPERTIS Region X in scholarship management.Scholarship Management Information System was developed using Waterfall Mode, which starts with the specification of user needs and continued by planning, modelling, construction, delivering system to the deployment, and finally the system maintenance. Scholarship Management Information System is designed by using the web-based programming language such as HTML, PHP5, CSS, JavaScript, Ajax, jQuery and MySQL databases. From this study, a web-based system of Scholarship Management Information Systems is created at KOPERTIS Region X to help the performance of KOPERTIS Region X in  scholarship management. Keyword : Management Information System, Waterfall Mode, PHP, MySQL.

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. Choiceboards are Web-based systems that allow consumers to customize their orders. The study investigated factors that affect consumers’ intention to use choiceboards. The research is based on Masons’ theory and DeLone and McLean’s model of information system use. It was found that intention to use is affected by overall satisfaction. In turn, these two factors are positively impacted by factors such as system quality and information quality. In spite of support from theory, the evidence for the factor, information presentation was weak.
