This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

Absrtak: Tulisan ini merupakan kajian dalam menindaklanjuti saran dari hasil penelitian penulis, tentang perlunya perancangan dan pengembangan model prototipe Sistem Informasi Jabatan Fungsional Dosen berbasis web. Implementasi jabatan fungsional tersebut untuk memudahkan dalam menghitung angka kredit, memudahkan pemasukan dan pencarian data sehingga dapat menghasilkan informasi yang akurat, tepat, dan relevan. Penelitian ini menggunakan paradigma siklus hidup pengembangan sistem, meliputi tahapan pengumpulan data dengan observasi, wawancara dan studi pustaka; analisis dan perancangan sistem dengan star Unified Modeling Language (UML), relasi antar file, struktur file, struktur program, rancangan masukan, rancangan luaran, dan struktur menu dengan menggunakan pemograman PHP & database Mysql. Hasil penelitian ini yaitu adanya prototipe sistem jabatan fungsional yang dapat dimanfaatkan para dosen dalam memproses pengusulan dan perhitungan angka kredit secara mudah, cepat, dan efektif. Oleh karena itu perguruan tinggi (negeri/swasta) perlu mendorong pengembangan dan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi tersebut. Begitu pula para dosen perlu membiasakan pemanfaatan Sistem Informasi berbasisweb dalam memudahkan mengimplementasikan jabatan fungsional dosen. Kata kunci : Dosen, Tridarma Perguruan Tinggi, Jabatan Fungsional Dosen.Abstract: This paper is a study to follow up the recommendation from the result of the writer’s research, which was about the importance of design and development of information system prototype of web based lecturer functional job. The implementation of functional job will facilitate the calculation of credit rate, ease the data entry and searching to bring about accurate, appropriate and relevant information. This research used life cyclus paradigm of system development which include data collection phase via observation, interview and literature study; system analysis and design using star Unified Modeling Language (UML), interrelation among files, file structure, program structure, input design, output design, and menu structure using PHP and database Mysql. This study resulted that there is a prototype of functional job system which can be used by lecturers to proceed the proposal and calculation of credit rate easily, fast, and effectively. That is why colleges (public/private ones) need to encourage the develepment and utilization of such information system. Similarly, lecturers need to familiarize the utilization of web based information system in order to facilitate the implementation of lecturer functional job. Inventory system is a system that serves to know the inventory of goods in a place. Inventory systems are widely used or developed in a place with a variety of technologies. The existing problem at cooperative kasongan business together is not yet availability of inventory system of goods not efficient so that, when employees perform data collection sometimes still occur miscalculation because in data collection goods not yet computerized. Therefore, in this final project will be built web-based inventory information system,so that information about the stock of goods available in cooperative can be known clearly and in detail.      This inventory application is built using the programming language Php and mysql as database and several other stages in the design of this system. The stages in the design of this system is the analysis and design of systems, system design, coding, system implementation and system testing.      Based on the concept and design of this system then, it can be concluded that the web-based inventory of goods applications was built with the aim that in the management of data entry and discharge of goods more orderly and computerized so as to avoid the problem of miscalculation done by employees when collecting goods in cooperative Bantul.


South Pringsewu is the name of a village located in Pringsewu district. This village has the main potential, namely agriculture and industry. To develop its potential it needs to be updated from the system that has been used in empowering the potential of the village manually and not yet using the information system even in the form of a website. The purpose of this research was to select South Pringsewu Village that has the potential of villages that need to be empowered using information technology. Information Technology is needed to facilitate the access, management and empowerment of village potentials, so that it is expected to be able to improve the progress and quality of South Pringsewu Village. The author conducted the research by observation, interview, and literature study methods and built web-based applications through the stages of planning, system analysis, system design and design, and system implementation using the PHP programming language

Technology is increasingly sophisticated with over time competition in the business world such as E-Commerce has a positive impact on entrepreneurs to advance their companies, namely by creating online websites so that offerings and sales are easy among the public. By accessing the website page of PT. Daya Berkah Sentosa Nusantara buyers do not have to come directly to the place or company, and send offers according to admin needs.The purpose of this study is to make it easier for researchers to solve supply and sales problems based on problems that arise in the company. The method used in this study is the Waterfall Method, with data collection techniques used using observation, interviews and literature study. The desired result of this research is to be able to create a website for the company, to be able to expand marketing reach, buyers can view products through the website.

In a foundation there is a need for fast and fast mustahiq data storage. This socio-religious foundation for the yadufa cup is still stored manually. The previous data storage was still using Microsoft Excel. In the current era technology is needed, information systems to make it easier for admins to complete their work. From manual work to computerized. The writing uses data collection methods in the form of interviews with the admin of the foundation to find out the problems. Then do a literature study by reading the appropriate previous research. Then analyze the main problems that exist to determine the boundaries of the problem. The conclusion of this study aims to research the manufacture of "WEB- based information system for acceptance of mustahiq candidates (Yayasan socio- religious cup Yadufa) is to create and provide an information system that can be used to store data accurately, record recipients of mustahiq participants quickly and accurately.

Abstract—The student unit activity is an institution to achieve goals by holding events within the institution. FOSTI is one of the student activity units on the campus of the Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta that uses a web-based information system, of course in this application to make it easier to collect data or register for events being held. The purpose of this final semester assignment is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze the existing system and evaluate the deficiencies in the system to the user. The registration process for event participants is done manually, often incorrectly in recording or data collection of event participants and creating piles of data in the form of papers, allowing data to be inserted due to negligence on the part of the committee. To solve this problem, it is necessary to have a registration application system. Making this system using the framework system Laravel Based Framework. Used to find easy alternatives. The method in this management information system uses Laravel Based. Making a system in a program with the PHP programming language, the process of registering events held by the laravel based method can facilitate the registration and data collection process, which previously used the manual method which took quite a long time. The method in this research uses the method of observation, interviews, and literature study. for designing the system using Contex Diagram, HIPO, and DAD. The purpose of this study is to find out how to make or design an application system and train to analyze existing systems and evaluate the deficiencies of the system to the user. The final result in the registration process and event data collection is in the form of types of events in the FOSTI organization, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta and participant data reports.

Abstract   Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System at GOR Villa Mas Indah, North Bekasi. Badminton GOR Villa Mas Indah is a business brand engaged in sports. However, the information system implemented in the company still tends to have many shortcomings and weaknesses by using a ledger, therefore the company needs a Web-Based Badminton Court Rental Information System Design at GOR Villa Mas Indah Bekasi Utara with the aim of helping in improving the business brand marketing strategy. and maximizing service with the aim of facilitating performance in data processing, changing data, viewing field schedule information, and data stored automatically and safely. The system development method uses Waterfall. Data collection methods are interviews, observation, literature study and questionnaires. The system design uses UML, the system is built using the PHP programming language, with MySQL database and application display using CSS Bootstrap. Metode pengembangan sistem menggunakan Waterfall. Metode pengumpulan data yaitu Wawancara, Observasi, Studi Pustaka dan Kuesioner. Desain sistem menggunakan UML, sistem di bangun menggunakan bahasa pemograman PHP, dengan basis data MySQL dan tampilan aplikasi menggunkan CSS Bootstrap. Online media is a liaison, intermediary, and target as well as a communication tool channel to convey messages to the general public with planning and systematic and hopes to get a response from the recipient of the message, and of course, it requires a good response or response from the target audience. Therefore, it is necessary to design a media outreach that makes it easy for the public to get it or media that are easily accessible to the community, the form of an information media must be effective, easy to reach and in accordance with the habits and activities of the target audience, then the schedule for the distribution of the campaign media must be on time in accordance with needs. The purpose of this study was to design a Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Center (BSUIA) based on PHP and MySQL. The method used in the Government Policy Data Collection Information System at the Ureung Inong Aceh Shura Hall (BSUIA) is to use the waterfall method or called the waterfall method. Data collection techniques using research methods by observation, interview, and literature study. The tools used are Adobe Dreamweaver and use web-based programming languages such as; PHP, MySQL, JavaScript JavaScript, JSON, JQuery as applications in interface design, and MySQL as DBMS. This paper is aimed at designing a dynamic web – based Contract Bidding Information System that will be used to register details online to enable bidding for advertised contracts. It was motivated by the growing recognition of the need to modify bidding operation previously done manually. The Structured System Analysis and Design Methodology (SSADM) was used to develop a contract bidding system. A web – based application will be developed to enable bidders register and submit their biddings online.
