The Instagram account @fisipunsika is an Instagram account used by the admin (communicator) as a medium of communication in providing information to students. The purpose of this study was to find out how the communication strategy carried out by unsika physicists through Instagram media in providing information to students. The research informants were determined by purposive sampling based on certain criteria, using primary and secondary data sources. This research is descriptive qualitative in nature, while the theory used is Lasswell's theory. The results of this study are (1) the communication strategy carried out by unsika physical communicators through Instagram media in providing information to students, namely the admin trying to learn an easy application for sharing information and the techniques performed by the admin as a communicator are not too complicated, only changing the message in verbal into images using the Canva application, (2) the communication strategy of composing messages carried out by the admin of Instagram Fisip UnSika is considered to be able to provide very effective information to students by determining themes and materials with an orientation in order to be able to provide information to students

This research was conducted to find out the motivation of female tourist to visit Gay club, the perception of the tourist and local community towards the Gay Club. The methods used in this research id descriptive qualitative. The technique of determination of informants used is purposive sampling technique. Data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Primary data in this research is sourced from direct observation to the research location by means of observation and interviews. While secondary data in this research are the data obtained from the documentation or studies library to complement the primary data. The result of the research shows that most tourist say curious to see Gay club as a motivation for a visit; most tourist plead happy after seeing the atrractions there; most neutral against Gay tourist; most local community already know about Gay club; most local community are not disturbed; most local people are not benefitting from the presence of the Gay club. Financing is the most important part of the milestone of an Islamic financial institution, its existence must be able to avoid the problematic financing that can hamper the value of its income. So that the existence of hawalah contract becomes a new solution in minimizing problem financing. So that in this study there are two formulations of the problem namely the practice of hawalah by reviewing the MUI fatwa and the type used by BMT Sidogiri. The research method used is descriptive qualitative in which the researcher descends directly to the study site by conducting interviews and collecting primary and secondary data sources as a complement and then from there an analysis of the data is conductedAs for the results of his research that the pillars and legal requirements of the law in KJKS UGT BMT Sidogiri KCP Omben are in accordance with the pillars and conditions according to Islamic economics and the MUI DSN fatwa regarding hawalah DSN MUI fatwa which has been decided related to hawalah. The implementation of hawalah, which is between muhil and muhal alayh, comes to KJKS UGT BMT Sidogiri KCP Omben to provide information that installments that are borne by the muhil parties will be continued with the financing installments by the muhal alayhi when legally obliged to fulfill the conditions and regulations.

Zakah is one of the pillars of Islam that must be implemented, zakah is generally divided into 2, zakah maal and zakah fitrah. A mosque is a place for Muslims to perform worship both in congregation and individually. In Indonesia the mosque is also a place for collecting and distributing zakat funds. This study aims to identify the effectiveness of zakat distribution through mosques (case study of Darussalam Mosque, Kota Wisata, Cibubur). The research method used is descriptive qualitative research methods with primary and secondary data sources that will be obtained from interviews, viewing reports related to zakat, observations, and documentation to Amil in Masjid Darussalam, Kota Wisata, Cibubur. The results of the study show that all indicators, that is right on target, economic improvement, use of funds. with some notes that need to be considered, namely the ZakatPro program must be carried out carefully monitoring and coaching so that mustahik can be more productive, and provide solutions to each mustahik's business problems

This study is an Analysis of the Cash Management of the Baing Yusuf Great Mosque in Purwakarta Regency (Judging from the Management Aspect and Its Allocation). researchers are interested in conducting this research because there are still many problems in the management of mosque cash funds such as the construction of mosques that have not been completed for years, mosque administrators do not have more money to pay priests, preachers or muezzins, even mosques do not have janitors because of the lack of mosque cash funds. In addition, many mosque facilities are still lacking such as a broken fan, only a few ablutions, no mosque management rooms, and so on. Plus there are still many mosques that lack funds and even deficits. The purpose of this study is to find out about the source of receipt of the Great Mosque Baing Yusuf Purwakarta cash fund, the cash management system of the Great Mosque of Baing Yusuf Purwakarta, and to find out about the cash allocation system in the Great Mosque of Baing Yusuf Purwakarta. The method of collecting data in this study is by interview, observation and documentation. The data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. The data analysis used a Descriptive Qualitative approach by reviewing the cash management system of the Great Mosque of Baing Yusuf Purwakarta. The results of this study can be concluded that the source of cash receipts of the Great Mosque of Baing Yusuf comes from the charity box of the pilgrims. The management of cash funds is already good because the financial circulation is clear and transparent and the allocation of funds is clear to pay the wages of priests, preachers, marbots, muezzins and so forth.

This research is aimed at determining and analyzing the effect of online marketing using Instagram on the trust, effect of online marketing in the Instagram on the online buying interest, the effect of online marketing in Instagram on the online buying interest mediated by trust. This research is associative study using primary and secondary data sources. The data were collected through questionnaires, interview, and documentation. The population of this research are 100 students of Mataram University using Instagram media. The samples ere selected through purposive sampling. The analysis is using PLS.The research showed that online marketing had positive and significant effect on the buying interest, online marketing had positive and significant effect on the trust, trust had positive and significant effect on the buying interest, online marketing had positive and significant effect on the trust through mediation. This research suggested that online selling through  Instagram should  improve the service though online marketing, the seller should describe clearly the profile of online store such the long year of selling, not in private web, and should explain the detail of mechanism of payment to show that the seller is responsible on the online store.Keywords: online marketing, trust, buying interest, Instagram, partial least square

This study aims to examine how much influence between credit risk and liquidity risk on profitability in 3 Government Banks, Understand what are the obstacles experienced in the application of credit risk and liquidity risk to profitability and find out the solution. The data in this study are quantitative data with secondary data sources. The sample technique used in this study was purposive sampling. The results of this study indicate that partially credit risk has a significant effect on profitability, and liquidity risk has no significant effect on profitability. Credit risk and liquidity risk simultaneously have an influence on profitability.

This study aims to find out, describe and analyze the democratic leadership of the Principal in improving achievement at the Palangka Raya Model State Madrasah (MAN). The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The researcher wanted to describe the Principal's democratic leadership in improving achievement at the Palangka Raya Model State Islamic Senior High School (MAN). Primary data sources (person) are the Principal, Teachers (Teachers) and Students of MAN Model Palangka Raya. Whereas secondary data sources are the data in the Palangka Raya Model MAN and supporting literature. The results of the study show that the Principal's leadership in improving achievement in the Palangka Raya Model MAN is very democratic, this condition can be seen from: (1) Principals are happy to receive suggestions, opinions and even criticism from subordinates both delivered by students and teachers through suggestion boxes and in the teacher council meeting, (2) the Principal always strives to prioritize teamwork cooperation in an effort to achieve the goal by appointing the instructor teacher, trainer teacher and mentor teacher and conducting deliberation in planning, implementing and evaluating activities, (3) the Principal always tries to make subordinates more success than him, which is realized by including teachers in seminars, workshops, training and competitions so that they get achievements both locally and nationally, and (4) Principals always try to develop their personal capacity as good leaders in conceptual skills, human skill and technical skill.
