The purpose of this study is to analyze the urgency of the Regency / City Government in Indonesia to establish a Sharia Rural Bank in the era of regional autonomy in order to improve the standard of living of the people and increase the receipt of Regional Original Revenues (PAD). Before the birth of Sharia Rural Banks in Indonesia, the public was first familiar with the People's Credit Bank (BPR). According to Law No. 21 of 2008 stated that BPR is a conventional bank that in its activities does not provide services in payment traffic. Where conventional BPRs still apply interest systems in their operations.Sharia Rural Bank (BPRS) is a bank that conducts business activities based on Sharia principles in which its activities do not provide services in payment traffic. Law (UU) No. 21/2008 concerning Sharia Banks has specifically regulated the existence of Sharia Banks in Indonesia. The law complements and perfects Law No. 7 of 1992 concerning Banking as amended by Law No. 10 of 1998 which has not been specific so it needs to be specifically regulated in a separate Act. According to Article 18 of Law No. 21 of 2008, Sharia Banks consist of Sharia Commercial Banks and Sharia People Financing Banks.There are several objectives expected from the establishment of Sharia Rural Banks in the economy, especially in the regions (Regency / City), which are as follows:1. Improving the economic prosperity of Muslims, especially those in economically weak groups who are generally located in rural areas.2. Increase employment, especially at the sub-district level so as to reduce the flow of urbanization.3. Fostering the spirit of ukhuwah Islamiyah through economic activities in order to increase income per capita towards an adequate quality of life.4. To accelerate the rotation of economic activity, especially the real sector in the regions

Financing is the most important part of the milestone of an Islamic financial institution, its existence must be able to avoid the problematic financing that can hamper the value of its income. So that the existence of hawalah contract becomes a new solution in minimizing problem financing. So that in this study there are two formulations of the problem namely the practice of hawalah by reviewing the MUI fatwa and the type used by BMT Sidogiri. The research method used is descriptive qualitative in which the researcher descends directly to the study site by conducting interviews and collecting primary and secondary data sources as a complement and then from there an analysis of the data is conductedAs for the results of his research that the pillars and legal requirements of the law in KJKS UGT BMT Sidogiri KCP Omben are in accordance with the pillars and conditions according to Islamic economics and the MUI DSN fatwa regarding hawalah DSN MUI fatwa which has been decided related to hawalah. The implementation of hawalah, which is between muhil and muhal alayh, comes to KJKS UGT BMT Sidogiri KCP Omben to provide information that installments that are borne by the muhil parties will be continued with the financing installments by the muhal alayhi when legally obliged to fulfill the conditions and regulations.

The purpose of this study is to explain how the application of Islamic business ethics, specifically the principle of al-ihsan in a company's business activities based on a field study at X Travel Indonesia. This study uses a mixed method approach, which is a merger of qualitative and quantitative approaches taken from the company's internal and external perspectives. To find out the application of the principle of al-ihsan in the internal scope of the company, data collection techniques used depht interviews to five informants and direct observation. Meanwhile, to find out the application of the principle of al-ihsan in the external scope of the company, a survey was conducted to 86 partners and customers of X Travel Indonesia. Based on the results of the assessment of its customers, it was found that X Travel Indonesia has applied the principle of al-ihsan to its business activities with a score of 82.79%. Forms of the application of the principle of al-ihsan in X Travel Indonesia in the field of Production include: The existence of a refund mechanism; Finance: Carrying out social services and charity every month of Ramadan, Settling debts by deliberation and family relations; Marketing: Delivering to customers if there are deficiencies in each service, Do not bring down other competitors and even support each other; Human Resources: Be friendly and establish a family feel, Forgive staff if there is a mistake by continuing to act decisively if necessary

Kebab Turki Baba Rafi franchise is one of the pioneers of kebab food in Indonesia, one of the worldwide local franchisees, and a work motivation that aspires to be the largest franchise in the world. Kebab Turki Baba Rafi has made a major contribution to the economy in Indonesia, by implementing a precise development strategy. Work motivation plays an important role in developing business in Kebab Turki Baba Rafi. This motivation is what makes the success of Kebab Turki Baba Rafi to successfully penetrate the international market. This study aims to reveal and analyze: (1) what work motivation is applied in Kebab Turki Baba Rafi (2) contributions made, and (3) its development strategy, the approach used in this research is descriptive qualitative research with survey research methods . Data collection is done by interview, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques using the theory of Miles and Huberman which is done in three steps, namely: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusions. The checking of the validity of the data is done by: (1) checking the methodology used, (2) correcting the results of the research report, (3) triangulating sources and methods. The results of the study found several factors of work motivation that were applied including: (1) achievement, namely giving a bonus if it exceeded the sales target, (2) responsibility, namely decisive in enforcing regulations and punishing those who made mistakes, (3) development, namely providing guidance in every religion once a month. (4) administrative policy, namely providing direction using good and polite speech, (5) interpersonal relationships that are mutually supportive, (6) working conditions namely providing comfort and complete work facilities. His contribution provides extensive employment, creating professional expertise. Whereas in its development strategy applying the Prophet's business style which includes Shiddiq, Amanah, Tabligh, and Fatanah

  The budget deficit financing instruments and government projects through sukuk have the potential to increase fiscal sustainability in the long run. Series Retail Government Sukuk which are state securities based on sharia principles issued by the Government as proof of the participation in Islamic Securities Assets, which are sold to individuals (ritail) or Indonesian citizens through a Selling Agent, with a minimum nominal amount determined also has increased nominal issuance since it was first published in 2009. The purpose of this study is to find out the factors that influence the demand for Retail Sukuk SR 05. The variables studied in this study are limited to the price of retail state sukuk, bank deposit interest rates, profit sharing ratio for bank deposits sharia, other bond prices and inflation rates. The form of this research is quantitative descriptive. The data used in this study are secondary data The analytical method used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the factor that influenced the demand for SR 05 series sukuk was the price of the sukuk itself.

For the institution to run well, free of fraud and citting, it is necessary to do check or audit. Audit to be conducted is an internal audit and sharia audit. The position of the audit activities relates to the compliance test or the adherence to the Sharia accounting principles and in accordance with the AAOFI’s standar. The aims of the audit is to realize the good corporate governance more better.

Kedua doing business not only like a business yaitu berbisnis bukan hanya untuk motif bisnis dengan mengedepankan nilai-nilai yang etis untuk mendapatkan benefit ekonomi. Cara pandang ini melahirkan perilaku yang bersentuhan dengan prinsip keadilan dan nilai kemanusiaan. Antara perilaku bisnis yang bermoral dan a moral.Konsep etika antara pandangan pemikir Barat dan pemikir Islam berjalan beriringan dengan nilai-nilai etisnya. Etika memiliki peranan penting dalam menjaga keseimbangan bisnis, terlepas apakah etika umum atau etika Islam. Menurut Al-Mathuridi (w.333/944) dan Dun Scotus (w.1308) tentang moralitas, bahwa manusia memiliki dua kecenderungan yang berlawanan yaitu kasih sayang untuk keadilan (affection for justice) dan kasih sayang untuk mendapatkan keuntungan (affection for advantages).Etika Islam merupakan filsafat moral dan ajaran yang syarat dengan nilai-nilai yang sejalan dengan prinsip keadilan dan kemanusiaan. Yang bersumber dari al-Quran, al-Sunnah, Ijtihad. Etika Islam hadir dalam lingkungan bisnis memberikan guidence dan menawarkan pendekatan-pendekatan bagaimana menjalankan bisnis yang mendukung tercapainya motif ekonomi para pelaku bisnis tanpa harus mengesampingkan nilai-nilai etik yang dipegang masyarakat

Pondok Pesantren memiliki kewajiban meningkatkan kualitas layanan pendidikan bagi para penggunanya. Hal itu dapat dilakukan dengan adanya dukungan kemandirian pada sektor perekonomian yang kontributif. Layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas membutuhkan dana yang cukup. Fenomena tersebut dapat kita rasakan sampai detik ini. Kenapa demikian?, karena kemandirian ekonomi yang baik pada suatu lembaga pendidikan dapat memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap terwujudnya kelengkapan fasilitas-fasilitas pendidikan yang bahkan tidak dapat diadakan dengan hanya mengandalkan keterbatasan sumbangan pendidikan dari para peserta didik. Dan kelengkapan fasilitas tersebut realitanya dapat meningkatkan layanan dan menjadikan peserta didik berkualitas. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan-pendekatan campuran untuk mendapatkan data yang diperlukan sehingga ditemukan hasil penelitian yang autentik. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan bahwa kualitas layanan pendidikan dapat diwujudkan dengan strategi memandirikan perekonomian yang ada dengan melibatkan berbagai aspek sumber daya yang ada sehingga dapat memberikan kontribusi besar terhadap kebutuhan layanan pendidikan yang berkualitas

The purpose of this study was to determine the complecateness of the product, product quality, and product image effect partially or simultaneously on consumer loyality to the market Basmallah Karanggeneng Lamongan, as well as to determine the complecateness of the product, product quality, and product image, which is more dominant effect on consumer loyality partners market Basmallah Karanggeneng Lamongan. From the results obtained t test the completeness of the product (3.244), product quality (6.615),and the image of the product (11.217). The independent variable range of product, product quality and product image has t hitung> t table (1.984) then H0 rejected and Ha is received so at it can be interpreted that the independent variable range of products, product quality and product image partially has a significant effect on the dependent variable customer loyality. And the rest results obtained F hitung (94.545), while F table (2,70) for F count> F table then H0 rejected and Ha is received so that it can be interpreted that the independent variable range of products, product quality and product image simultaneously have a significant effect on the dependent variable consumer loyality.
