This research aims to explain the importance of teacher professionalism in terms of pedagogy owned by an educator. By mastering pedagogical competencies, educators or teachers can achieve learning objectives perfectly. With this challenge, an educator must complete all aspects of learning, methods, strategies, techniques and models into a complete unity. The type of research used in this research with quantitative descriptive approach, data collection that researchers use is observation, interview, questionnaire and documentation. to master pedagogical competencies there are several that we must know including: (1) Able to know the practicality and potential of learners (2) Able to understand the theory and principles of effective learning (3) Able to design and develop curriculum (4) able to carry out educational learning (5) utilizing learning technology (6) Able to communicate effectively to learners (7) able to evaluate the results of teaching and learning. From the pedagogical competencies above, it is expected that teachers can apply all in Arabic language learning, thus the learners will indirectly be motivated to learn Arabic. With the results of research conducted in pondok Tahfidz Hidayatul Qur'an Puding Besar class IX there is a linear relationship between students' perception of teacher professionalism reviewed from the competence of pedagogic teachers to the motivation of learning Arabic by 51.4%.

BACKGROUND: The complexity and dynamism involved in the current business environment requires agile workforce. Workforce agility requires learning agility which is the capability to acquire knowledge willingly, quickly and effectively. Promoting learning agility requires organisations to explore and identify facilitator or barriers for higher performance. In this context, organisational culture and E learning technology may play an important role to promote learning agility for better performance. OBJECTIVE: The study aims to investigate the role of culture and e-learning technology on learning agility. In detail, the research examines the relationship between learning agility and outcome. Further, the research also seeks to examine the mediating relationship of culture and e-learning between learning agility and outcome. METHODS: The survey-based research has been designed following validated survey instruments. Data collected from 776 executives across all levels has been analysed using structural equational modelling using IBM AMOS software. RESULTS: The result proved learning agility significantly related with outcome. Secondly, culture and e learning technology mediate between learning agility and outcome. The result suggests organisations to nurture suitable culture and adopt e-learning technology to facilitate effective learning agility. CONCLUSIONS: Learning agility is critical for making workforce and business agile. The unpredictable and complex business environment can be managed through agile learners. Organisations need to nurture and adopt suitable culture and technology for better performance.

One of the serious problems faced by the Institute of Higher Education, STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang in early 2020 was the replacement of the Corona Virus Covid-19 outbreak which involved all academic activities that were canceled and put into effect online teaching and learning processes or online lectures. Online lectures or online-based lecture systems also called e-learning or Online Courses are lecture processes using information and communication technology in this case the internet. Digital-based learning has been developed from E-Learning to M-Learning to U-Learning and to S-Learning or Smart Learning. The method of learning everywhere without difficulty by space and time has become important and breakthroughs in the field of education are often referred to as Ubiquitous Learning. Learning everywhere or U-Learning is a learning technology that can be carried out anywhere and at any time by integrating mobile technology as a supporting tool. an event, impact or things that cause changes to the process that is happening. The results of this study found out the level of student satisfaction with online lecture services based on ubiquitous learning at STIKOM Uyelindo Kupang

This chapter presents and evaluates a Web 2.0 Learning Design Framework that can be used to develop pre-service teachers’ learning design capabilities. The framework integrates the TPACK model of educational practice, Anderson and Krathwohl’s Taxonomy of learning, teaching and assessing, and different types of constructive and negotiated pedagogies, with a range of contemporary Web 2.0 based learning technologies. Pre-service teachers in a second year learning technology subject felt that the framework helped them to better understand the relationship between technology, pedagogy, and content, as well as create more effective learning designs for their students. Examples of student learning designs are used to illustrate the way that pre-service teachers applied the framework. Students’ reflective responses to the framework are also used to explain how the Web 2.0 Learning Design Framework can be more effectively used to develop pre-service teachers’ Web 2.0 learning design capabilities.

Authentic assessment is an essential component of effective learning that links theory to practice. As information technology has developed, portfolios have been considered authentic environments to enable learning students to reflect their potential through the evidence presented in the e-portfolio. This research's general objective is to produce an e-portfolio based authentic assessment model for the PNFI Learning Media Development course in the Non-formal Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Pattimura. The method used in this research is the development research method. It uses three main stages of the Tjeer Plomp model: 1) preliminary research, 2) prototype design and development and expert validation, and 3) testing and revision. This study involved 71 students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Pattimura, and three experts in assessment, media, and learning technology. The research data were obtained through interviews, questionnaires, and observations. This study found that Mahara is a suitable platform to be used in the learning process and is recommended to be developed as an e-portfolio based authentic learning model in the Non-formal Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Pattimura

continue learning. Technology has become not only an activity but also a fundamental tool. Moreover, technology becomes the core media that allows education to happen. In Iraq Blended Learning used to overcome the pandemic and counting education Therefore, the use of computers and digital applications became part of daily life and for long hours. Therefore, properly designed digital educational activities linked to social media have become a powerful educational tool aimed at finding ways of effective learning. The use of interactive activities contributed to the growth of self-learning motivation and the building of a healthy mind capable of finding a way out for the advancement of educational reality when crises occurred. It has become impossible to do without mobile devices, because of the attractive features they have and the multiple advantages they provide in teaching mathematical, medical, and engineering sciences in universities of our study relied on comparing the most important educational platforms with the best operation for managing virtual classes and the auxiliary tools they contain, including adding materials, assignments, tests, and electronic attendance records with archiving classes and migrating students to the advanced stages, as it relied on the electronic administration mechanism. All of these procedures take place through the availability of the Internet.
