This study aimed to measure the validity and reliability of the questionnaire in the context of scientific research on the cooperation of vocational high schools and industry for example in the field of Hotel management. Participants (n=20) were teachers of Vocational High Schools and Trainers of Hotels. This is a quantitative study. The validity test was conducted through items content validity using Pearson Correlation Product Moment. The Cronbach Alpha value was applied to determine the reliability of the questionnaire. The result showed that questionnaire is valid with 35 questions and the values of Cronbach Alpha are Variable 1= 0,94 (perfect), Variable 2=0,84 (high), Variable 3= 0,53 (average), Variable 4=0,92 (perfect). Based on the results, it can be stated that the questionnaire is valid and reliable. Therefore, it can be used as an instrument for a study

Creative thinking develops from students' potential; however, the level of ability to think creatively is different for every human being. Many scientists argue that the higher person's education level will be followed by the ability to think creatively. This statement's emergence stems from the idea that the higher a person's education is because the person receives more education and learning in quantity. From a different perspective, educators worry that the more knowledge a person gets from education and learning is mostly forgotten. It can be believed that not all learning can be understood by students. The conceptual approach applied in learning can help students understand various concepts. The quality of one's understanding can contribute to the ability to think creatively. The purpose of this study was to describe the causal relationship between conceptual understanding and creative thinking skills. The research data were obtained from 38 students through the pre-test and post-test of learning social change. The research data were analyzed using linear regression analysis. The results showed that the contribution of conceptual understanding to thinking creatively was 87%, and other factors influenced the rest. This study concluded that their causal relationship is significant between conceptual understanding and creative thinking skills.

This study aims to analyze the ability of math teachers in learning plan, implementation of learning, and assessment of the learning process in the implementation of the 2013 curriculum. The research was conducted at SMA Negeri 2 Masohi, involving 5 math teachers, namely the first teacher (G1), the second teacher (G2), the third teacher (G3), the fourth teacher (G4), and the fifth teacher (G5). The data was collected by using an assessment of (1) the lesson implementation plan was prepared by each teacher, (2) the learning process was carried out by the five mathematics teachers, and (3) teachers in the assessment process and the learning outcomes of the students. The instruments consist of 3 (three) assessment formats, namely: (1) RPP assessment format, (2) learning assessment format, and (3) learning result assessment format of learners using assessment scale 0 - 4. The results of the study are as follows: (1) The average RPP assessment of the five teachers is 74.40 and fall into the good category (B), (2) The average learning ability score of the five teachers is 80.00 in the good category (B), and (3) The average ability score of the five teachers in carrying out the assessment of the learners' learning outcomes is 80.71 and fall into the good category (B).

Digital comics are media that support the learning process in the 4.0 era. Digital comics contain the concept of bacteria that is easy for students to understand. The purpose of this study was to analyze the increase in problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and student motivation in learning the concept of bacteria using digital comics. The subjects in this study were 26 third semesters’ students of the biology education program. The comics that are used are digital comics created by researchers using the comic life application. The instruments used were critical thinking test questions and problem-solving and motivation questionnaires. Data analyses were done by using descriptive analysis techniques. The results of the t-test analysis showed that there were differences in students' problem solving and critical thinking abilities before and after learning using digital comics "Bacterial Characteristics" (p <0.05). Meanwhile, student motivation also has differences between the first meeting and the second meeting during learning using digital comics (p <0.05). The use of digital comics can empower students' problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and motivation in learning the concept of bacterial characteristics

The use of local bean as an alternative food to meet the community's nutritional needs has been widely practised by society. One of the popular local beans in Kisar Island, Southwestern Maluku community, is gude bean. The people of Kisar Island have used gude beans and sweet potatoes to make traditional food, namely kolak (sweet compote), while the young pods are used as fresh vegetables. Gude bean can be used as a functional food such as gude essence, sweetened condensed milk, and soy sauce. The research objective was to determine the organoleptic assessment of food products from gude beans. Three sterile food products using gude beans were made in this research. The organoleptic tests were conducted on the Kisar community. Organoleptic panellists were fifteen (15) people originally from Kisar Island who live in Ambon city. Panellists were selected using a purposive sampling technique because they originally from Kisar Island know the nature of gude beans, like gude beans, have consumed gude beans. Descriptive analysis techniques were used as data analysis. The results showed that gude essence, milk, and soy sauce products had good taste, colour, texture, and aroma and were acceptable for consumption. This organoleptic test showed that the Kisar community could accept the gude bean food products.

This study aimed to examine the effect of acrostic techniques on increasing student mastery of Präpositionen, which was conducted from September to November 2020. This research was an experimental study with research subjects being college students of the German language study program in the third semester of the academic year 2020/2021. The instruments used in data collection in this study were Pre-test, and Post-test questions before and after the acrostatic technique were applied in the learning process with German prepositions. The results showed that the acrostic technique significantly affected the increasing mastery of Präpositionen college students (thit= 7.67>ttab=1.77. Therefore, Acrostic techniques are recommended for use in präpositionen learning

Authentic assessment is an essential component of effective learning that links theory to practice. As information technology has developed, portfolios have been considered authentic environments to enable learning students to reflect their potential through the evidence presented in the e-portfolio. This research's general objective is to produce an e-portfolio based authentic assessment model for the PNFI Learning Media Development course in the Non-formal Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Pattimura. The method used in this research is the development research method. It uses three main stages of the Tjeer Plomp model: 1) preliminary research, 2) prototype design and development and expert validation, and 3) testing and revision. This study involved 71 students of the Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Pattimura, and three experts in assessment, media, and learning technology. The research data were obtained through interviews, questionnaires, and observations. This study found that Mahara is a suitable platform to be used in the learning process and is recommended to be developed as an e-portfolio based authentic learning model in the Non-formal Education Study Program, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Universitas Pattimura

The purpose of this study was to identify and obtain information on the constraints of the online teaching and learning process at home as a result of the Covid-19 pandemic. The research use the exploratory case study method and the research approach utilised the qualitative case study method which was applied to obtain information on the constraints and consequences of the Covid-19 pandemic on teaching and learning activities in junior high school. In this study, respondents were 3 teachers and 3 parents at the Kusu-kusu Sereh Christian Middle School in Ambon. Semi-structured interviews were conducted and a list of questions compiled for interviews was developed based on related literature. The results of this study are that there are several obstacles experienced by students, teachers and parents in teaching and learning activities both online and offline. Obstacles in the online learning process are mainly the lacking technology mastery, the additional cost of internet quota, and lastly the reduced communication and socialization between students, teachers and parents. Obstacles in offline learning are the distance the teacher travels to when visiting the student's residence which is quite far away and the additional work for the teacher in arranging the schedule for student home visits. The same constraints faced in online and offline learning are the existence of additional work for parents in accompanying children to study, and unlimited working hours for teachers because they have to communicate and coordinate with parents, other teachers, and school principals
