With the development of my country's big data, cloud computing and other information technologies, college curriculum ideological and political education is accelerating the innovation and development, and the promotion of the integration and synergy of curriculum ideological and political education and specific disciplines is also the focus of current higher education. Based on the particularity of martial arts courses, martial arts culture plays an important role in guiding and regulating the development of courses. Among college physical education courses, martial arts courses are also the closest ideological and political courses. Based on this, this article uses literature method, interview method and other research methods to explore the new era background, feasibility and path of the integration of ideological and political elements and college martial arts discipline literacy. It is hoped that based on the above analysis, we will build a new era of college martial arts. Disciplinary development, comprehensive implementation of the university’s goal of "Leading Morality and Cultivating People", and providing suggestions and suggestions for collaborative education.

Since the socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered this new era, the “curriculum ideology and politics” concept has become one of the innovative achievements in the reformation of ideological and political education courses in colleges as well as universities. Based on the emphasis of “curriculum ideology and politics” among graduate students and the influence of the “learning to strengthen the country” concept, this article analyzes universities in regard to the curriculum settings, faculties, and their graduate students. It also explores the “curriculum ideology and politics” concept in consideration of the ontology of teaching, school education, social influence, etc., and propose practical and extendable countermeasures.

Under the background of the new era, the responsibility of higher vocational colleges is not only to cultivate talents, but also to foster morality. Curriculum ideological and political education is the innovation and sublimation of contemporary educational curriculum concepts starting from the essential requirements of “education”. Curriculum ideological and political education is not a specific course. It integrates the function of ideological and political education in colleges and universities into all curriculum teaching activities, and realizes the integration of knowledge education and ideological and political education in specialized courses, as well as the education of students’ outlook on life and values in daily teaching. As a new direction of teaching reform in higher education, curriculum ideological and political education is the concentrated embodiment of the educational concept with Chinese characteristics in the new era. After clarifying the connotation of curriculum ideological and political education, this paper discusses the main problems existing in the construction of curriculum ideological and political education in specialized courses of English school and the deep-seated reasons behind the problems, and finally puts forward the realization paths of curriculum ideological and political education for specialized courses from the perspective of optimization theory.
