Introduction. In the context of socio-economic transformation of particular importance is the study of the problem of labor quality management, the analysis of social factors of its growth, determination of the nature and forms of intellectual capital. At present, the availability of qualified personnel with technical skills is insufficient. The first is the need for em-ployees to have business qualities that are not only related to the technical component but also to the vision of the organiza-tion itself. The purpose of the research is to analyze practical recommendations for improving the enterprise management system and its activities based on KPI as a tool for effective management. Results. The authors argue that the KPI system is necessary for companies to understand how key performance indi-cators are in relation to goals and strategic initiatives in the long term. It is researched that when evaluating the personnel it is important to choose such indicators that can best identify the differences in the level of professional success, as a necessary prerequisite for the professional growth of employees, improving their qualification level, satisfaction, and as a result - a high quality of work is to deepen the content of work. The KPI metrics system promises employees clear goals and transpar-ent bonuses. It has been proven that the event is well-conducted, as a business evaluation of the staff can increase the efficien-cy of agricultural enterprises. Conclusions. It is proved that the system of balanced indices includes the KPIs required for each control object (structural, functional units) and the method of their evaluation. These systems or techniques form the basis for decision-making, are based on evaluating the effectiveness of the company and are aimed at achieving its strategic goals. Keywords: evaluation of enterprise activity, management system, KPI indicators, personnel policy, employee effi-ciency, business processes.

The original version of "the theory of economy management", developed in the 1920s by Russian economists-emigrants who called themselves "Eurasians" (N. Trubetskoy, P. Savitskiy, etc.) is analyzed in the article. They considered this theory to be the basis of the original Russia's way of economic development. The Eurasian theory of economy management focuses on two sides of enterprise activity: managerial as well as social and moral. The Eurasians accepted the Soviet economy with the large share of state regulation as the initial step of development. On the other hand they paid much attention to the private sector activity. Eurasians developed a theoretical model of the mixed economy which can be attributed as the Russian economic school.

How to provide for full employment and equitable distribution of incomes and wealth are the keenest issues of the U.S. society. The Democratic and the Republican Parties have elaborated opposing views on economic policy, though both parties are certain that the problems may be resolved through the reform of the federal tax and budget systems. Globalization demands to increase incentives for labor and enterprise activity and for savings to secure proper investment rate. Tax rates for labor and enterprise incomes are to be low, but tax rates for consumption, real estate and land should be progressive.

The article presents the data obtained as a result of carrying by employees of the Research Institute of sheep and goat breeding, a branch of the FSBSI "North Caucasus FARC", the scientific and economic experience to study the efficiency of a new fodder additive "Organic" on the productive and physiological indices of bull-calves during the completion of growing in the conditions of the farm "Pata" agricultural enterprise in the Karachay-Cherkessia Republic. The statement of the experience and all researches were carried out according to generally accepted methods. In the course of the experiment, the following indices were studied: the chemical compound of forages, the dynamics of a live weight gain in the experimental stock, hematological parameters, control slaughter data, economic indices. Completed researches have shown positive result from the use of the fodder additive "Organic" in bull-calves diets: an increase in the average daily gain of live weight by 25%, a slaughter yield by 1% and a high level of profitability – 27%. Thus, the additional introduction of "Organic" in a diet of young horned cattle in the 2nd experimental group promoted more intensive metabolism, stabilization of a physiological state, increase in productivity and, as a consequence, profitability of beef production. Researches in this direction reveal the latent fodder reserves promoting increase in the productivity of agricultural animals.
