The management system of labor protection (MSLP) is an effective tool, which allows the business entity to provide the proper level of labor protection on the enterprises, that corresponds to the requirements of safe and healthy conditions of work for employees. The approaches of construction and functioning of MSLP are improving based on international experience. In 2018 the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved “The concept of reforming the management system of labor protection in Ukraine”, which basing on a risk-oriented approach determines the principles, directions and tasks of building a system of labor safety and health in Ukraine and aims to create the national system of production risks prevention and to ensure safe and healthy working conditions for employees. This article deals with the use of the method of multicriteria choice of alternatives based on fuzzy advantage ratio in the process of evaluating the effectiveness of the labor protection management system of enterprises, that allows more objectively identify threats to efficiency of MSLP of the specific business entity. There are some examples of usages of this method to solve issues related to ensuring the economic security of economic entities. Based on those scientific works authors tried to evaluate the effectiveness of functioning of MSLP. The solution of this problem was carried out on the example of a specific chemical enterprise. The department of Life Safety of the National Forestry University of Ukraine has carried out significant work to identify threats to efficiency of MSLP, related to the activities of the labor protection service, which in this article are considered as a set of acceptable alternatives and could be the threat for MSLP efficiency. Also, there were identified some criteria for selecting among the identified threats (acceptable alternatives): the threat occurs infrequently and irregularly; the appearance of threats from time to time; threat occurs frequently and regularly (recurrence of the threat) over a period of time. In the course of the work, the most significant threats were found. That is, the problem of rational choice of alternatives from a certain set X was solved, for which some fuzzy advantage ratio is given g1, g2, g3 with the function μgj : X × X → (0, 1). To solve the problem of multicriteria selection described above, was select an effective method of convolution of the vector criterion into a scalar. The results show that the most significant threats to efficiency of MSLP of the enterprise that was analyzed is an excess of the frequency of injuries at the enterprise over the frequency in the industry and a gross violation of occupational safety rules, accidents. The results obtained indicate that an accident has occurred or may occur at the assessed enterprise. The use of the method of multi-criteria selection of alternatives on the basis of a fuzzy ratio of advantages in the process of evaluating the effectiveness of the management system of labor protection of the enterprise allows more objectively identify shortcomings of MSLP, that potentially lead to undesirable consequences and, accordingly, take the necessary measures in time to normalize the situation.

The article is devoted to the analysis of the state of introducing a risk-oriented approach in the field of labor protection at the legislative level in Ukraine. It has been found that the main reason for the high level of production injuries and occupational diseases is bases the existing normative acts on labor protection on the «jet principle». The importance of introducing a risk-oriented approach to the organization of labor protection in Ukraine is emphasized as an objective need to withstand labor protection in our country for a qualitatively new level, and the need to comply with international standards in the field of security and health of employees. As a result of the analysis of prospective legislation on occupational safety, in particular the draft Law of Ukraine «On Safety and Health of Workers at Work», concludes on the election of the correct vector of renewal of labor protection legislation in terms of introducing a risk-oriented approach in the field of occupational safety. The draft Law of Ukraine «On Security and Health of Workers at Work» in general meets international standards in the field of occupational safety and allows to solve the main problems in terms of motivation of employers and employees to comply with the legislation on labor protection. This may contribute to the draft laws: about improvement of the settlement of employers' responsibility for violating the requirements of labor protection legislation; About the size and ways of forming the amount of financing of labor protection due to a preliminary assessment and analysis of industrial risks. An analyzed draft law in case of its adoption can reduce bureaucratic pressure on employers and give it a larger freedom to organize the protection of labor at the level of an entity, promptly responding to changes in production processes and economic conditions. Health management systems played a crucial role in hazard reduction and prevention as well as in improving employee performance. The importance of a hospital health and safety management system and there has been no study in Indonesia with the same objective based on the OSHA indicator. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the performance indicators of Hospital Safety and health management systems in hospitals in the Gombong region, Indonesia, in terms of a nurse perspective. The research method used was descriptive-analytic. The sample size consisted of 450 nurses. The questionnaire used a standard questionnaire from hospital safety and health management systems which consisted of 53 questions including 6 domains; Leadership management, Hazard identification, employee participation, Hazard prevention, evaluation and improvement program, and Education and training. Using the 1-4 Likert scale of strongly disagree, disagree, agree, and strongly agree. The highest score was 4 and the lowest score is 1. Data analysis used SPPS, t-test, and analysis of variance (ANOVA) with a significant value 0.05. Based on the research results, poor conditions occurred in several domains except in the domain of employee participation. There were significant variables between hazard identification and gender, hazard prevention and improvement program and evaluation also. Conclusion of this study, hospital administrations need to be improved and pay more attention to occupational safety and health in the workplace. To get rid of weaknesses and a mistake, we need to continuous improvement and effective evaluation of staff in training programs.

Occupational safety and health (OSH) issues have become a major concern to many corporations in Malaysia since the enactment of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994. While safety management system has been researched, only limited literatures have given attention to warehousing. The development of effective partnerships between customers and vendors to identify opportunities for enhancing safety management system. Employee safety behaviour in the workplace is crucial in approaching towards safety compliance and safety performance indicators. The main objective was to test the safety behaviour of the workers. Data were collected throughout the warehousing processes of a multinational electronics manufacturer in Malaysia. A questionnaire has been filled-up by the warehousing employees. This study proposes the theory of planned behaviour were to explain the linkage between customer - vendor partnership and safety behaviour. Respondents were questioned partnership with its customers to systematically improve safety behaviour. Usually most of the occupational accident or disease took place in the material handling operations and activities with cargo interface. The findings of this study show that customer-vendor partnership has a significant and positive relationship on safety behaviour. This approach to be examined for improved safety ownership and the possibility that enhancements would become an essential part of the vendor's processes, systems, and culture. This customer-vendor partnership approach will develop safety improvements for next heights of success. SPSS was applied for processing the data. It was found that information dissemination and collaboration with the client are important. Employees should participate in the safety program as required by the clients so as to obtain the merits of high performance workforce.
