Marriage and the family are important institutions of human society. As we know, they include different private institutions: the institute of kinship, the institute of motherhood and fatherhood, the institute of property, the institute of social protection of childhood and guardianship, and others. The process of family formation is the process of assimilation of social norms, roles and standards that regulate courtship, the choice of a marriage partner, family stabilization, sexual behavior, relations with the parents of spouses. The sociology of the family in a narrow sense, as part of general sociology, as a theory of the “middle level”; considers a special sphere of life and culture of families. The sociology of the family deals with a group, and not with an individual subject of life activity. A group of people connected by family and kinship relations forms that part of the social reality that is studied by the sociology of the family, where the family lifestyle is at the forefront. The sociology of the family considers the individual as a member of the family, integral part of the society. The sociology of the family correlates with the sociology of the individual; it studies personality, first of all, through the prism of socio-cultural intra-family ties, family identity of the individual. In any societythe family has a dual character. On the one hand, it is a social institution, on the other-a small group that has its own laws of functioning and development.

The article is devoted to the traditionalism as a phenomenon and its role in politics. The essence of the processes of conservation and transformation of political traditionalism in modern society is revealed. It is shown that the emphasis on the archaization of the spiritual and value elementstestifies to the “conservation of traditionalism”. Traditionalism can be primitive, everyday, political and ideological. “Integral traditionalism” is distinguished by a special interpretation of tradition and an understanding of the crisis of modern civilization. Traditionalism is associated with conservatism as a political ideology. As a philosophical and religious doctrine, in contrast to conservatism as an ideology, traditionalism is dogmatic, providing a transcendental justification for power. Traditionalism in politics, approaching conservatism as a political ideology, is used to protect against threats of destruction of the established socio-cultural model, which is idealized by references to the past. The semantic core of the understanding of management based on the traditional approach is the idea of the ability of a state to achieve self-determination and independent development. Comparison of traditionalism and modernism / reformism as types of mentality is made. The advantages and disadvantages of traditionalism, its role in the interpretation and practice of public administration are shown. The article reveals the characteristics of neo-traditionalism as a transformed form of adherence to a protective approach to the development of society: politicization of traditionalism; adaptation of traditions to modern conditions and the incorporation of innovations during their reproduction; the subordination of the value-irrational meaning of traditions to the constructed technologies of referring to the past; construction of new traditions; maintaining subject and paternalistic elements in moral and political culture.

The synthesizing nature of the sociocultural analysis of the information society shows the direction of predicting its subsequent advance, the search for new normative concepts that suggest the possibility of localizing this process in a socially desirable channel, while ignoring both excessive optimism and extreme pessimism.

We believe that the source of the song "Alpamys batyr" may be "Alyp Bamsy". They say that from the very beginning of our country's history as a nation, we have withstood many tests. It seems that the historical continuity of the past and the present begins here. The ancient customs and traditions of our ancient people are reflected in the ancient epic. The analysis of the realities of life in this epic suggests that a great moment will come when our endangered or lost native culture will be reunited. The author of the article, as a Türkologist, was able to give an excellent assessment of the current issue.
