Information systems discipline has developed rapidly over time. Based on 533 information systems study programs in Indonesia, it is possible to have a variety of information systems research topics. However, there is no research on information system topic trends in Indonesia. So, this research aims to determine the trend of research topics in the field of information systems in Indonesia in 2015-2019 based on the publication of the journal SINTA. The method used is qualitative non-interactive. Based on the analysis of documents on the results of data collection on the Google Scholar database using the Publish or Perish tools, the research adopted the recommended PRISMA in improving the quality of systematic reviews and better readers' understanding. The determination of the research topic was based on the abstract content,  keywords and referred to the IS ACM Curricula and previous research. The results of this study can be used as academic references in gaining new insights into the field of information systems. The results of the study based on 1917 raw data obtained from data collection in the journal publication SINTA 2, SINTA 3, and SINTA 4 showed that the topic "Application Development" was a trending topic with the highest percentage, namely 31%, the topic of "Decision Support System" 11% and "System Analysis and Design "10%. The new issues that arose were "Internet of Things", "Machine Learning" and "Artificial Intelligence". Information systems research in Indonesia varies widely, although some studies have a low percentage.

After almost 30 years of being used in the information system (IS) discipline, only a few studies have focused on how IS scholars apply the method's guidelines to design Delphi studies. Thus, this paper focuses on the use of the Delphi method in IS research. To do so, articles published between 2004 and 2017 in the Senior IS Scholars' collection of journals of the Association of Information Systems (AIS), describing Delphi studies, were analised. Based on analysis of sixteen (16) retrieved IS studies, we concluded that IS researchers have applied the method’s most important phases and the procedural recommendations to promote rigor were considered in the majority of the analised studies. Nonetheless, IS researchers still need to include detailed information about (1) the steps taken to ensure the validity of the achieved results, (2) better describe the process of selecting and recruiting the experts, and (3) experiment with innovative techniques to keep participants involved in the Delphi process.

This information system is used as a solution that can help to meet the requirements of the couples. The research methods are data collection, analysis and design. Data collection method implemented by surveys including interviews with 58 clients, 15 vendors, and 12 WO (Wedding Organizer) and by literature study that includes books and journal related. Object oriented is used as the method for system analysis and design. The result is a web based information system that connects vendors and clients in one online place. The web based application can be used to book the reception hall, catering food for guests, entertainments, bridal, car loan, prewed and receptions photos. The benefits of the web based applications are user can costumize or choose the packages, check the price information and get reports related to Wedding Organizer Order Management business process. The results of the qualitative interviews to 58 clients who already used the applications is the client get shorter time compare to clients who manage their own wedding reception.

Information systems research has clearly recognized that knowledge management systems (KMSs) have different characteristics and requirements than those of a classic management information system (MIS). Building an information system is a difficult task, partly due to the problem of ascertaining the requirements of the intended users, but also because of the complexity of the large number of human-machine interactions (Banville, 1991). This complexity is reflected in the difficulty of building these systems to operate free from error and to perform as intended. The dictionary defines innovation as “the alteration of what is established; something newly introduced”. As the introduction or improvement of an information system in an organisation necessarily involves change, information systems research often involves research into technological innovation.

Even though information systems is a maturing research area, information systems case study reports generally lack extensive method descriptions, validity defense, and are rarely conducted within a multicase research project. This reduces the ability to build theory in information systems research using case study reports. In this chapter we offer guidelines, examples, and improvements for multicase studies. If information system researchers stick to these guidelines, case study reports and papers will get published more often, improving the rapidly maturing research area of information systems.

Ontology has attracted considerable attention in information systems analysis and design (ISAD) research. Ontology is philosophy and bears its own substance and history of debates, which quite often have not been accounted for in information systems research. A more comprehensive consideration of well-known philosophical issues of ontology may help to apprehend precisely the transfer of ontological concepts into ISAD, including insights regarding their limitations and to articulate directions towards further research. In particular, this requires expanding of the scope of current debates in information systems towards the socio-philosophical aspects of ontology. Only then, it will be possible to determine whether ontology can direct the project of theoretical foundation for ISAD. An outline of the critique of the prevailing rationalistic methodical understanding of information systems development in contemporary IS literature illustrates how the indiscriminating borrowing of philosophical presuppositions has encumbered current understandings. Critical reflection upon these presuppositions can get over persuasions and bring about theorisation.

Stock Inventory Information System is a system used to enter inventory data for incoming and outgoing goods into the database, controlling inventory, and providing inventory information. So that there will be no errors in data input, data output, and report results based on the desired data. PT Berkatmas Mulia Guna is a company engaged in HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning) contractors. Includes new installation of HVAC machines and systems, maintenance and repair of HVAC systems. PT Berkatmas Mulia Guna also includes manufacturing HVAC machines such as AHU, FCU, Exhaust Fan, Supply Fan and Heating. A lot of data changes and a long process of stock data collection from suppliers and customers in the process of processing inventory data, will result in inaccurate data obtained. In inventory data collection, recording of incoming and outgoing goods still uses a manual process with excel which can result in duplicate data or duplicate data for processing inventory data. Based on this problem, the authors conducted a study entitled "Inventory Information System Stock Goods at PT. Berkatmas Mulia Guna ”which aims to make it easier to handle the stock inventory process, data entry and exit, delivery of goods, so that the inventory process of goods is faster and more precise. This application system development method uses the waterfall method which consists of six stages. The stages are System Analysis and Design, software requirements analysis, system design, coding, system testing and maintenance. In making this application using a desktop-based website programming language for the Windows operating system, and using the MySql database.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the problems that may occur in the cake stores, especially theselling system used in the store, identify information needs and designing suitable sales information systems for the store. The methodology used in this research are analysis and design methods. Analysis methods that used in this research are study literature, observation, survey of the old system, analysis of survey needs, identification of information needs and interview. While the design method that used in this research is Object Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). The results achieved is sales information system for cake store in the form ofapplication design to replace the manual system. Conclusion, a computerized sales information system can improve existing sales procedures and solve the problems that may occur in the old system.
