One of the famous art markets in Gianyar Regency is the Guwang Art Market. Along with the development of globalization and competition in the economy, the economic potential of the Guwang Art Market has gradually experienced sluggishness. The Gianyar Regency Government as the manager of the Guwang Art Market and the Guwang Art Market traders must pay attention to internal and external factors that can increase tourist visits to the Guwang Art Market. This study aims to conduct a more in-depth analysis of internal and external factors that can affect the income of the Guwang Art Market traders.The sample in this study consisted of 84 traders from 540 traders in the Guwang Sukawati Art Market, Gianyar Regency. Secondary data was obtained from the Guwang Art Market Administration Office and the primary data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to the Guwang Art Market traders. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis techniques.

The problem in this study is whether there is an influence of leadership and work discipline on the employees’ performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City. This research includes associative research. The sample in this study were 88 respondents, with propotionate random sampling analysis technique. The data used were primary data and secondary data. Data collection method through questionnare. Analysis techniques using multiple linear regression analysis, F test (Simultaneoys) and t test (partial) and determination coeffiecient. The results show that there is influence of leadership and work discipline on the performance of PT.Sucofindo Palembang City.

This study aims to examine the effect of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation on the performance of financial management employees with motivation as moderating. The population in this study were all financial management employees at Udayana University in 2019. The study sample was determined by the nonprobability sampling method which obtained a total sample of 92 people. This study uses primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in the study was multiple linear regression analysis and moderated regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of self-efficacy, competence, and compensation had a positive effect on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation does not moderate the effect of self-efficacy and competence on the performance of financial management employees. Motivation strengthens the effect of compensation on the performance of financial management employees.

This study aims to determine the effect of compensation, work discipline and organizational commitment on the performance of the lecturer at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. This research was conducted at the Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang. The population in this study were all lecturers at the University of Indonesia Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang. The sample in this study were 50 people with porposional techniques. Types and sources of research data consist of primary data that is data obtained from the opinions of respondents through research questionnaires, and secondary data that is data obtained from the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang Data analysis techniques used in testing the research hypothesis are multiple linear regression analysis using SPSS version 17.0 program. The results found that: 1) compensation had a positive and significant effect on the performance of the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang lecturers; 2) Work discipline has a positive but not significant effect on the performance of the Indonesian Putra University YPTK Padang lecturer; 3) Organizational Commitment has a positive and significant effect on the performance of the University of Putra Indonesia YPTK Padang lecturers; and 4) Compensation, work discipline and organizational commitment together have a significant effect on the performance of the lecturer at Putra Indonesia University YPTK Padang with a contribution of 46% and the remaining 54% is influenced by other factors not included in the scope of this study.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of product, price, location and promotion, both simultaneously and partially whether it has an influence on the decision of consumers to buy a house in Housing Borneo Paradiso Balikpapan. The number of samples in this study were 54 respondents and using census techniques. The data used are primary data and secondary data, methods of data collection using questionnaires and analysis techniques used are Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The results of this study indicate that the hypothesis is simultaneously proven because the four independent variables namely product, price, location and promotion simultaneously have a significant influence on buying decisions and the hypothesis is partially proven that the location variable is the dominant variable in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of awareness of taxpayers, tax knowledge and tax sanctions on UMKM taxpayer compliance registered at Tabanan Primary Tax Office. This research uses primary data and secondary data. Primary data were obtained from responses to a series of statements in the form of questionnaires to UMKM taxpayers registered at the Tabanan Primary Tax Office, while secondary data was in the form of data on the number of UMKM taxpayers registered at the Tabanan Primary Tax Office. The sample in this study was determined using the stratified random sampling method. After fulfilling the classical assumption test, the data are then analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results of this study indicate that taxpayer awareness, tax knowledge, and tax sanctions have a positive and significant effect on tax compliance of UMKM registered at the Tabanan Primary Tax Office. This study aims to determine the effect of Marketing Mix on Decisions on the Use of Transportation Based on Malang City Application. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this study are consumers who use online transportation services in Malang City area. The determination of sample size in this study uses Ferdinand's theory (2015). The sample in this study was 100 respondents. The sampling technique in this study uses the theory of Non Probability Sampling, which is an unknown sampling technique how much is the probability of each element or member of the population to get a chance to become a sample. Based on existing sources there are two kinds of data sources, namely primary data and secondary data. The data analysis technique used in this study is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that partially the promotion, people, process, and physical Evidence variables significantly influence the decision to use online applications. While the variables of production, price, and place do not significantly influence the decision to use online transportation. Simultaneously, together with produc, price, promotion, place, people, process, and physical Evidence have an influence on the decision to use online transportation.

The purpose of this study was to study the level of Islamic financial literacy and public confidence in the interest in saving in Islamic banks. The variables in this study are the level of Islamic financial literacy (X1), public trust (X2), and interest in saving (Y).The method of this study is descriptive quantitative approach. The data source of this study are primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires. Respondents taken are residents in the city of Bandung, with samples domiciled in the city of Bandung and at least 17 years old. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variable level of islamic financial literacy and public trust has positive effect in the interest in saving in Islamic banks. The findings in this study provide a reference to Islamic banks, the level of literacy and public trust regarding interest in saving, therefore Islamic banks must socialize to the public.

<em>Bond ratings are a scale of risk of all bonds traded, which indicates how safe a bond is. The security of a bond is indicated by its ability to pay interest and repay the loan principal. The purpose of this study is to find out empirical evidence that good corporate governance has an effect on bond ratings. This study uses secondary data. The population in this study are non-financial companies listed on the IDX in 2014-2018. The research sample was selected using purposive sampling method. After subtraction with several criteria, as many as 20 companies were set as the sample. The analysis technique in this study uses multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study indicate that institutional ownership and audit committee have a significant effect on bond ratings. Meanwhile, the independent board of commissioners has no significant effect on bond ratings</em>

The purpose of this research was to obtain empirical evidence on the influence of audit experience, knowledge of detecting errors, independence and audit tenure on audit judgment. This research was conducted at Public Accountant Office in Bali area and registered in IAPI year 2017 with primary data collection method that is questioner. The number of samples analyzed by 44 respondents, and using purposive sampling method. The analysis technique used is Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The final result of the research states that the higher the audit experience the more accurate audit judgment. Increasing the knowledge detecting errors an auditer so audit judgment is more accurate. The higher the independence of an auditor the audit judgment is more accurate. The more audit tenure an auditer the audit judgment more accurate.
