Employees are one important factor of a company. That's because many employees play a role in every activity of a company. Therefore, companies must carry out employee evaluation processes to be able to maintain and mature employee performance. In general, the employee assessment process requires a long time and the results obtained are not necessarily accurate. That is because there are many elements that must be assessed and also the calculation process is still done manually. These elements include work performance, honesty, cooperation, obedience, and loyalty. Based on the problem, a decision support system was created that could simplify and speed up the employee evaluation process. The method used is SAW and TOPSIS which can help to provide accurate results because both methods are suitable for processing data with many criteria or elements. To test the system that has been made, the authors conducted the activity of giving a questionnaire conducted or filled out by 15 users. Based on the results of testing and questionnaires that have been distributed and filled out by users, it was found that around 92% of respondents stated that they were very satisfied with the system as a whole. Then based on the data, this decision support system functions well and is beneficial for users because it helps and facilitates the company in the employee appraisal process and also helps employees know their potential.

Sinar Asia Perkasa is a manufacturing company, where this company is always required to innovate and improve the quality and quality of its products. Because of this, the company PT. Sinar Asia Perkasa must improve itself to get employees who have high quality and work productivity. Employees are one of the most important parts of a company that must be managed properly. To get employees of the highest quality, a process is needed that can automatically provide recommendations in selecting exemplary employees at PT. Sinar Asia Perkasa, namely by establishing a Decision Support System. This Decision Support System is expected to assist in objectively selecting employees. Making this Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method with several criteria, namely aspects of the discipline, aspects of integrity, aspects of cooperation, and aspects of work performance. Then for the final stage of this method is ranking.

In the development of the world of work, a reward is an important factor to improve the quality of human resources as well as an appreciation for those with enhancement. Therefore, a company should be careful in performing its assessment. Thus, a decision support system application is required to assist a company in performing the assessment process. Accordingly, the decision-making process uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Results of the system functionality can run 100% well and as needed, and the result of the system accuracy test are 100%.   PT AAA is a company engaged in the process of instrumentation and electrical design, procurement and construction of instruments. In an effort to improve employee performance PT AAA provide salary increase to employees who have good performance. In employee salary increases are sometimes not in accordance with the results of its performance. Employee salary increases are often hammered flat, or sometimes pay raise only by ingesting it, without the application of strong calculations. That is why there is an application of decision support system employee performance appraisal for a raise. One of the methods used is using Analitycal Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. This method is chosen because it is able to complete the assessment of employee performance based on predetermined criteria, which will be used as a reference in the raise of the salary itself. The results of the application of decision support system employee performance appraisal for salary increase not only determine who the employees are eligible to get a raise but also determine how much percentage of salary increase each employee.

Smk Cibening is one of the schools in Cibingbin village, Cibingbin District, Kuningan Regency. The process of this course is intended so that the students can complete the school according to their abilities before continuing to a higher level, namely college. The current process of majors has disadvantages including the unavailability of special application to support courtesy, in helping counseling teachers to determine the right direction, so that the process takes a long time and also can occur a lot of consideration. to help the teachers in determining the majors of students at SMK Cibening. This study uses the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method. The criterias used are report cards, national examination results (SKHUN) and majors. The final results of this study found that the decision support system with the Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) method is able to overcome the problems in the process of determining the majors at SMK Cibening.Keywords: decision support system, WATERFALLl, with Multifactor Evaluation Process (MFEP) Method

The decision support system of employee performance index appraisal is a decision support system that can assist decision makers for employee performance appraisal at the Pringsewu district revenue department. As for the purpose of this DSS namely 1. To make decisions in the field of human resources to come, 2. To evaluate the performance of each employee in achieving the target work that has been determined , 3. For improve employee performance in the future. The problems to be solved are: 1. How to change the assessment process that used to still use manual way by computerization. 2. How to apply the progress of change in today's sophisticated technology. In this decision system using Weighted Product (WP) weighting method of WP method is the choice of method on decision support system of employee performance appraisal index at revenue department of Pringsewu district. Weighted product method is a method of completion by using multiplication to attribute attribute rating in which rating must be prefixed with bob ot attribute in question. This decision support system can perform the process of calculating employee performance appraisal so that it can realize a fair assessment based on existing criteria calculations on this system using weighted product weighting (WP) that can produce the best employee performance appraisal system calculation from the highest value of 0.250 to the lowest value of 0.133 . The highest score is the best employee while the lowest score is the worst employee performance. This system can present employee performance appraisal reports quickly and clearly so that more effective and efficient.

Activities in the selection of candidates for PASKIBRAKA every year aim to find the best sons and daughters who will be assigned as heirloom flag raisers. Selection of candidates for PASKIBRAKA members is done manually, to determine the final score of each participant. The selection committee still uses paper and is separate from the assessment to one criterion with the other criteria. In the assessment process with a large number of participants it will take a long time. To simplify the assessment process, a decision support system is needed for the selection of PASKIBRAKA candidates, using the TOPSIS Method (Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution). TOPSIS is one method that is easy to use to solve multi-criteria problems by taking into account the values ​​of existing criteria. Based on the results of the case example, the candidate PASKIBRAKA selection shows that the results of the experiment use the same system as the manual calculation. And the calculation of the TOPSIS Method will produce output in the form of ranking from PAKIBRAKA candidates

Abstract Teacher performance evaluation of SMK Negeri 1 Beringin Deli Serdang Regency was conducted on 3 teachers as samples of teacher performance appraisal data as material for consideration of the continued relationship of cooperation for the future budget. Components of performance appraisal of teacher performance at VOCATIONAL SCHOOL 1 Beringin Deli Serdang Regency are work performance, performance quantity, performance discipline, cooperation, and loyalty. Problems with the teacher performance appraisal process that occur due to unclear criteria and assessment weights. A method in a decision support system can help the optimal decision making process, the AHP method in determining the performance evaluation of honorary employees. There are three employee performance weights, which are very good, good, sufficient and good enough, from 3 employees who are categorized by performance appraisal, after applying the AHP method, it is obtained Irmala, S.Kom value = 1.139 Iswadi, S.Kom value = 0.739 and Hadi Suprayetno, ST value = 0.79, the three teachers were categorized with very good performance assessments.

Abstract                                                                                                       Selection of the best performance education staff employees in tertiary institutions whose results are beneficial for advancing academic and institutional quality improvement. The selection of employees performing the best performance at Mercu Buana University is conducted every academic year. In the assessment process still uses the Excel application so it is less effective and accurate. Based on this in this study built a decision support system that is used for the selection process for selecting the best employee performance. Processing these values requires a Decission Support System (DSS) application to help process these values and make ranking and weighting so that leaders are faster and easier in making the best employee performance selection decisions. Decision support system that is used by the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and Kano method. absolute optimal requirements for orientation of the process of developing academic and institutional quality activities. Pengolahan nilai-nilai tersebut diperlukan sebuah aplikasi Decission Support System (DSS)  untuk membantu mengolah nilai tersebut dan melakukan perankingan dan bobot sehingga pimpinan lebih cepat dan mudah dalam pengambilan keputusan seleksi kinerja karyawan tenaga kependidikan terbaik. Sistem pendukung keputusan yang digunakan dengan  metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) dan Kano., Metode SAW ini digunakan untuk menentukan nilai kriteria, yang kemudian dilakukan proses bobot dan perangkingan untuk menentukan alternatif terbaik dan metode Kano untuk menentukan nilai secara individu untuk kepuasan karyawan dan menciptakan syarat mutlak yang optimal untuk orientasi proses  aktivitas pengembangan kualitas akademik dan kelembagaan. Abstract Determination of the best employees in a company aims to improve competitiveness and give awards to employees who have high dedication to the company. Difficulties in evaluating employees are the many assessment factors and characteristics of the appraisal and who will provide the appraisal, so that the appraisal is appropriate and transparent. Employee performance appraisal is carried out by 2 assessors namely the company manager and the head of the human resource management department (HRD) and consists of a number of criteria. The assessment will be difficult if done manually considering that each assessor has their own preferences in conducting the assessment. To overcome this we need a computer system that helps decision making, namely a group decision support system (GDSS) determining the best employees in a company The group decision support system developed in this study uses the AHP and BORDA methods to assist group decision making. AHP method is used for decision making in each appraiser, while the Borda method is used to combine the decision results of each appraiser so that the final result is the best employee in the company. Based on the final results of the best employee determination system in the form of ranking the final value of each employee. The highest value is used as a recommendation as the best employee.

One form of appreciation that a company gives to employees is the selection of one or several employees to be the best employees, usually companies implement this program for the benefit of their respective companies. This program is also carried out by PT. Gotrans Logistics International Semarang branch to motivate the development of the quality of human resources to compete in a healthy manner which indirectly also has a good impact on the company. This best employee selection program will take a long time and the results are inaccurate if not assisted by a decision support system, therefore a decision support system is needed to get the expected results. Selection will be carried out by determining the weight of the desired criteria and then ranking the employees. With the creation of a decision support system using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method, it can provide a solution in performing calculations and minimizing the time used in the selection.
