In the development of the world of work, a reward is an important factor to improve the quality of human resources as well as an appreciation for those with enhancement. Therefore, a company should be careful in performing its assessment. Thus, a decision support system application is required to assist a company in performing the assessment process. Accordingly, the decision-making process uses the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. Results of the system functionality can run 100% well and as needed, and the result of the system accuracy test are 100%. Teacher is an important element in the support system, therefore function and position of teachers in improving the quality of learners need to be considered seriously. Basically, teachers are professionals in the field of education that has the task of teaching, educating, and guiding students to become a man is impersonal. Thus, teachers have an important position and responsibilities of a very great deal in the success or failure of educational programs. In order to facilitate the selection process for the teachers, the school can use the Decision Support System Decision Support System that is used as a tool for decision makers to expand the capabilities of the decision makers, but not to replace the judgment of the decision makers. The method used is the Simple Additive weighting, Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) suitable for decision-making process because it can determine the weight values ​​for each attribute, followed by indexing process that will select the best alternative from a number of the best alternative. It can be concluded from this study that the SAW method is very relevant to solve the problem of decision makers.

Information technology as a tool in the quality of manpower one of the world of government in the village, especially in the field of village-owned enterprises which are still doing work with the manual system. In addition, where it really needs a decision support system to help human resources in utilizing technology to run a process quickly and efficiently. The approach to find the value of attribute weights, namely approaching the existence of subjective, objective approaches and approaches of integration between subjective and objective. Decision Support System Implementation with Simple Additive Weighting Method can be used to determine the granting of loans to members of BUMDes Maju Bersama by entering in the form of alternative data and then entering the weight value seen in the existing criteria, so that it can produce the calculation value and the ranking of the prospective loan recipient. This draft will show the final results of each member who will borrow funds, and the highest rating can be said of the members who will receive loan assistance, the lowest rating will be given the opportunity to make decisions later to receive loan assistance.

Decision support system for selecting color guard with VIKOR and Borda methods. It has been made as a tool to select color guard at the Sei Rampah High School. The criteria used in the decision support system for color guard selection are: height, weight, agility, stamina, and body language. Color guard selection activities are a routine activity every year, so GINADA marching band coach Sei Rampah hereby selects to select permanent members in the marching band. Decision Support System in an organization can be seen as important in supporting the smooth running of activities and achieving an organizational goal. SPK can come in various forms, ranging from simple forms of data processing to complex application forms, and can also be used to accelerate and improve the quality of the decision-making process in the organization.

Pujasera Hangout Salihara is a company engaged in the business of serving food and beverages for the public. During the Covid 19 pandemic, there were many impacts, one of which was in the restaurant business sector. With the Fuzzy database method Tahani model and Simple Additive Weighting are used in determining the destination of the favorite food menu at the food court according to customer desires accurately, quickly, and easily understandable, helping the food court owner and tenant of the food court at the salihara hangout food court in providing food menu recommendations, the most popular drink menu and the highest and lowest rating of each food court in a week or a month. The method of Fuzzy database model Tahani and Simple Additive Weighting are applied in making a decision support system with stages determined by the researcher. The result of the Decision Support System is a system that can assist in making decisions that are carried out accurately and according to the desired goals. In applications that have been built, the results are based on the value of the degree of membership and the truth value of the calculation process in the application. To get employees of the highest quality, a process is needed that can automatically provide recommendations in selecting exemplary employees at PT. Sinar Asia Perkasa, namely by establishing a Decision Support System. This Decision Support System is expected to assist in objectively selecting employees. Making this Decision Support System using the Profile Matching method with several criteria, namely aspects of the discipline, aspects of integrity, aspects of cooperation, and aspects of work performance. Then for the final stage of this method is ranking.

In selecting and determining contract employees such as Sales Promotion Girl (SPG) to become permanent employees in a company, it still seems inaccurate, because the assessment and calculation of the results of the test are done manually, so there is a possibility of errors in providing the final results of the selection. Therefore, a Decision Support System was designed that could determine SPG contract employees to become permanent employees who could assist the company in selecting the right employees. Decision Support Systems are part of a computer-based information system that is commonly used to support decision making in an organization or company. This decision support system is designed using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method to calculate the results in determining SPG contract employees to become permanent employees. So, in the process of selecting SPG contract employees to become permanent employees using a decision support system using the SAW method can be done easily and precisely, because it is calculated by a computer system.

INTISARIKompetisi siswa berprestasi merupakan ajang setiap tahun untuk para siswa menengah kejuruan dalam unjuk kemampuan mereka dalam bidangnya. Banyaknya siswa dari berbagai jurusan yang mengikuti seleksi lomba kompetensi, sehingga dalam proses seleksi pelaksanaan menjadi kurang optimal dalam segi proses penilaian dan penentuan keputusan akhir. Sehingga diputuskan untuk menggunakan sistem pendukung keputusan pemilihan calon peserta lomba siswa berprestasi yang dapat digunakan untuk membantu sekolah dalam menentukan siswa mana yang layak untuk mengikuti kompetisi tersebut. Metode yang digunakan yaitu Simple Additive Weighting. Metode ini merupakan metode penjumlahan berbobot. Metode ini membutuhkan proses normalisasi matriks keputusan (x) ke suatu skala yang dapat dibandingkan dengan semua rating alternatif yang ada. Hasil penelitian yaitu berupa perangkingan siswa mana yang cocok sebagai calon peserta lomba. Dalam penelitian ini, siswa yang terpilih yaitu Siswa ketiga dengan nilai akhir perhitungan yaitu 13,5. Sistem yang dibangun pada penelitian ni telah sesuai dengan perhitungan manual sehingga sistem ini dikatakan telah berhasil diterapkan.Kata kunci— kompetisi siswa, Simple Additive Weighting, Sistem Pendukung Keputusan. ABSTRACTOutstanding student competition is an event every year for middle students in demonstrating their abilities in their fields. The number of students from various departments participated in the competency selection process, so that in the implementation selection process it was less than optimal in terms of the assessment process and final decision making. So it was decided to use a decision support system for the selection of outstanding student candidates who could be used to assist schools in determining which students were eligible for the competition. The method used is Simple Additive Weighting. This method is a weighted addition method. This method requires the process of normalizing the decision matrix (x) to a scale that can be compared with all available alternative ratings. The results of the study are in the form of ranking which students are suitable as potential participants. In this study, the selected students were the third student with the final value of the calculation, 13.5. The system built on this research is in accordance with manual calculations so that the system is said to have been successfully implemented.Keywords— student contestants, Simple Additive Weighting, Decision Support System.

Abstract: In the decision making process of the feasibility of corn raw materials so far only see the physical raw materials tend to be subjective so that in the decision making process of the feasibilityof corn raw materials must take a long time , sometimes the decision taken is not appropriate so that this needs to be addressed again for the feasibility of corn raw materials. From the description above need to be made an auxiliary program for decision support system by using fuzzy SAW ( Simple Additive Weighting ) method in determining corn raw material that is acceptable to PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia. Program which will be made more to assist manager or staff in taking decision and not replace it. The results of this study are expected to assist managers or staff in making decisions for the process of assessing the feasibility of corn raw materials in PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia so as to improve the quality of human resources. Dari uraian diatas perlu dibuat suatu program bantu untuk sistem pendukung keputusan dengan menggunakan metode fuzzy SAW (Simple Additeve Weighting) dalam menentukan bahan baku jagung yang layak diterima pada PT. Charoen Phokpand Indonesia. Program yang akan dibuat lebih bersifat untuk membantu manager atau staff dalam pengambilan keputusan dan bukan menggantikannya. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat membantu manager atau staff dalam mengambil keputusan untuk proses penilaian kelayakan bahan baku jagung pada PT. <p><em>Labuhan Batu District Police Station is a Resort Police office whose job is to serve the community. One of the services is the making of a driver's license. The process of making a driver's license is still done manually, such as filling out the application form and assessing the value of the driving license. The system used in the operational activities of making driving licenses is not optimal, because it is still done manually, therefore a decision support system is needed in determining the passing of the driving license exam so that the assessment process will be more objective and efficient. In that system the applicant must register first, then the applicant can take a theory and practice exam. And testers will judge based on existing criteria. The results of the assessment will be obtained by the applicant as evidence of the results of the exam. Employees are one important factor of a company. That's because many employees play a role in every activity of a company. Therefore, companies must carry out employee evaluation processes to be able to maintain and mature employee performance. In general, the employee assessment process requires a long time and the results obtained are not necessarily accurate. That is because there are many elements that must be assessed and also the calculation process is still done manually. These elements include work performance, honesty, cooperation, obedience, and loyalty. Based on the problem, a decision support system was created that could simplify and speed up the employee evaluation process. The method used is SAW and TOPSIS which can help to provide accurate results because both methods are suitable for processing data with many criteria or elements. To test the system that has been made, the authors conducted the activity of giving a questionnaire conducted or filled out by 15 users. Based on the results of testing and questionnaires that have been distributed and filled out by users, it was found that around 92% of respondents stated that they were very satisfied with the system as a whole. Then based on the data, this decision support system functions well and is beneficial for users because it helps and facilitates the company in the employee appraisal process and also helps employees know their potential.
