This research was conducted at the National Amil Zakat Agency (Baznas), Solok Regency, West Sumatra. The purpose of this study is to assist Baznas officials in selecting and determining someone who is entitled to receive productive business zakat so that the zakat given is right on target. The problem that occurs is the process of selection and determination of someone who is entitled to get productive business zakat not using a computer-based decision support system so that the productive business zakat given is not yet on target. The method used in this study is the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The results of this study are an application that can help Baznas Solok District officials. This application is used to select recipients of productive business zakat and determine productive business zakat recipients based on predetermined criteria so that the recipient is in accordance with the intended target.

Bantuan Pangan Non Tunai (BPNT) is a program organized by the government in overcoming poverty and food needs. The BPNT program aims to reduce the burden of expenditure and provide more balanced nutrition to Beneficiary Families (KPM). However, in the implementation of the BPNT program there were still technical problems, including the determination of potential BPNT recipients who were wrongly targeted. To facilitate Government in determining prospective BPNT recipients, the authors make a decision support system using the Simple Additive Weighting method where this system generates ranking to choose citizens who are entitled to receive BPNT through calculating the criteria of each alternative. It is expected that this application can provide recommendations for prospective BPNT recipients who are more targeted.

Determination of residence in a new area known is influenced by many factors namely location, facilities, contract systems and prices. This journal determines the criteria used in selecting a residence. These criteria were analyzed using simple additive weighting (SAW) method. The results of the analysis obtained in the form of location criteria to determine the most suitable boarding house because the existence of boarding houses in the vicinity of public facilities is highly expected for migrants in a new area. With the advancement of information technology it can answer the need to find a boarding house, and will be very helpful both from the owner and tenant side. And not only that, with this internet technology, prospective tenants can also select a boarding house that suits their wishes. Planning a system that can assist in the determination of temporary housing is needed by tenants in finding housing that fits the desired criteria. With the creation of a DSS (Decision Support System), the selection of boarding houses is expected to help resolve the problem of alternative housing. Therefore a decision support system application program is needed to determine a temporary residence or boarding house. Decision support system is a computer-based system that aims to assist decision making by utilizing data and models to solve unstructured problems.

Abstrack - The application of a Decision Support System (SPK) can help someone make accurate and well-targeted decisions. Many problems can be solved by using SPK, one of which is to analyze the determination of the best theater performances. The method that can be used for this Decision Support System is to use the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. In determining the best theater performances in a performing arts festival, there are a lot of criteria that theater groups must have as a requirement to be the best theater group chosen by the jury. The jury has the criteria to determine who will be chosen to receive the award on the night of the best theater group awarding with the aim of getting quality quality artwork from a training process from the creators of art and the process of artistic creativity from a director. In this study, a case will be raised, namely finding the best alternative based on the criteria determined by the theater performance committee using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method. The research was conducted by looking for the weight values for each attribute, then a ranking process was carried out that would determine the optimal alternative, namely the right theater group to get the best theater award from a theater of theater performances.   Keywords - Simple Additive Weighting, Theater Festival, Decision Support System, Best Theater Show, Ranking.

The rehabilitation program is one of the programs given to people who have homes that are not habitable. They are usually from poor families with low economic income. In this program, the family will receive funds to rehabilitate their home. However, as long as the program is running, various problems have been encountered, including those who received fund sometimes received back the fund for rehabilitation funds. This is of course not in accordance with regulations that only allow applicants to receive the fund once. Based on this problem, a decision support system was made to select potential recipients of rehabilitation funds for uninhabitable house. By using the SAW method which is based on the value of criteria and preference weights, an appropriate assessment and ranking can be obtained after going through the selection process of assessing the weight of each attribute. The support for the selection decision for receiving uninhabitable rehabilitation fund was generated in this study. Decision making to determine beneficiaries was facilitated by the existence of a decision support system that was submitted, so that the fund provided was targeted at those entitled to receive uninhabitable rehabilitation fund.

The scholarship selection process of Politeknik Negeri Samarinda are constraints on the decision-making process. This is because there is no objective method to determine quickly and precisely. To assist in the determination of the set someone worthy scholarship in this study will be design DSS (Decision Support System) with model of Multi-Criteria Decision Making. The method used is the method Profile Matching. Profile Matching methods have been able to select the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case meant that alternatives are eligible to receive scholarships based on the criteria specified. Research carried out by finding the weights for each sub-aspect, then carried ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, the best students will be considered by decisionmakersto get a scholarship. Proses seleksi beasiswa di Politeknik Negeri Samarinda banyak terdapat kendala pada proses pengambilan keputusan. Hal ini dikarenakan belum ada metode objektif yang dapat memutuskan dengan cepat dan tepat. Untuk membantu penentuan dalam menetapkan seseorang yang layak menerima beasiswa maka dalam penelitian ini akan didesainkan DSS (Decision Support System) dengan model Multi Criteria Decision Making. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode Profile Matching. Metode Profile Matching dipilih karena mampu menyeleksi alternatif terbaik dari sejumlah alternatif, dalam hal ini alternatif yang dimaksudkan yaitu yang berhak menerima beasiswa berdasarkan kriteria-kriteria yang ditentukan. Penelitian dilakukan dengan mencari nilai bobot untuk setiap sub aspek, kemudian dilakukan proses perankingan yang akan menentukan alternatif yang optimal, yaitu mahasiswa terbaik yang akan dipertimbangkan oleh pengambil keputusan untuk mendapatkan beasiswa.

This study examines how to design an application for the Deli Serdang Civil Service Police Unit in order to Facilitate the Process of Determining Salaries employee. With this application, it is hoped that it will make it Easier for the Office to Determine the determination of employee Salaries so that it is faster and more accurate. With the existence of accurate the data will be Able to minimize the time wasted and Be Able to use the system that is being designed. Reward is a form of appreciation given by the company to its employees for the achievements given in a certain period, this gift is a form of motivation to all employees to show their performance at the company. The problem is that there is no system for conducting an assessment because it is still manual, a decision support system is needed to determine employee performance appraisals based on criteria set by the company. Simple additive weighting is the best method to perform weighted summation of the performance rating of each alternative on the attribute. The purpose of this study was to determine the assessment of the criteria for the best employees to receive rewards using simple additive weighting. In the discussion, it is explained that the criteria for evaluating employee performance consist of competence, responsibility, behavior, cooperation and discipline. The conclusion is that the best employees are Brother Fredy's after adding the preference values of each leader, namely 1.46, 1.53 and 1.58 with a total value of 4.57, this assessment follows the criteria set by the company for all its employees.

AbstrakPenelitian ini menekankan pada penerapan Metode Fuzzy Sugeno dalam Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil pada tempat studi kasus Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Sriwijaya. Penerapan metode fuzzy sugeno dilakukan dengan tahap pendefinisian input dan output, pembentukan himpunan fuzzy dan penyelesaian dengan metode fuzzy sugeno. Hasilnya adalah metode fuzzy sugeno dapat membantu mengatasi masalah Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil di tempat studi kasus. Selain itu Sistem Pendukung Keputusan Berbasis Komputer untuk Penentuan Konsentrasi Mahasiswa Jurusan Teknik Sipil menggunakan Fuzzy Sugeno menghasilkan persentase kelayakan masing-masing konsentrasi jurusan teknik sipil dan memberikan rekomendasi konsentrasi yang paling layak bagi mahasiswa.Kata kunci: Sistem Pendukung Keputusan, Fuzzy SugenoAbstractThis research emphasizes on the application of Fuzzy Sugeno method in Decision Support System for Determining Concentration of Students Civil Engineering at Case Study of Civil Engineering Department of State Polytechnic of Sriwijaya. The fuzzy sugeno method is done by defining input and output stages, fuzzy set formation and completion using fuzzy sugeno method. The result is fuzzy sugeno method can solve problem in Determining Concentration of Students Civil Engineering at Case Study. In addition, Computer Based Decision Support System for Determination of Civil Engineering Student Concentration using Fuzzy Sugeno resulted in the percentage of eligibility of each concentration of civil engineering department and give the most appropriate concentration recommendation for the students.Keywords: Decision Support System, Fuzzy Sugeno
