PT. The rate of gift Jaya is a company engaged in construction services and highway construction installation, As a service company certainly requires working in accordance with the operational procedures for settling an employment project. Part procurement very important role in supporting the implementation of the project work, are the shortcomings and constraints on systems running that application is still using semi computerized and manual where the goods into warehouse inputted from purchase orders into Microsoft Excel and the items will be out of the barn still applying registration manual with scrap paper, this led to weak control of the stocks held in warehouse which affect the shortages of goods and excess inventory, and often there is a discrepancy reporting items, Where complicate the process of procuring goods back to the warehouse. From the analysis that goes researchers used data collection methods and depiction poured using the Unified Modeling Language(UML). The results of this analysis are intended to develop a procurement system inventory based websites, which use as a data control goods in and goods out in the warehouse.

PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is a company engaged in the field of Autoparts Manufacture. Barcode is the identity of an item / product on the package. Barcode technology has been used as the identity of goods in a production. Barcodes are used to facilitate the identification of goods produced. Paste the barcode on the packaging of packaging results at PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is done manually, but there are often errors attached to the barcode on a similar packaging. This research will design and create a system based on Visual Basic.Net and Arduino to select barcode attachment errors that have the potential to be sent to consumers. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, database design and interface menu design. The system created will then be tested to detect the black box test. With a computing-based design system that functions to detect barcodes on the packaging automatically, the problem of sticking barcodes on the packaging can be detected.

The 4.0 revolution that is taking place also moves, not only about the Revolution in the industrial field but also in the information field. Decision making to regulate the Office Stationery system. Especially the office stationery inventory system plays an important role in the process of procuring office stationery in the RSUP. Dr.Salala in the field of inventory, provides information about inventory reports that are still manual for requests for office stationery. The purpose of this study is to design a system that can provide updated information and make it easier for users to submit requests for goods. In this study, the authors used the PIECES analysis method, the analysis method for the Unified Modeling Language (UML) program, designed using the PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) programming language, and with the MySql database. This is the rationale for how the authors analyze the procurement system in RSUP. Dr. Salala can facilitate the inventory of goods requested for effective and efficient reporting.

The purpose of this research is to build a database of research and community service. PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Muara Karang adalah salah satu perusahaan BUMN (badan usaha milik negara) yang menaungi pelayanan dari kebutuhan listrik masyarakat pulau Jawa sampai dengan Bali. Dalam penelitian ini peniliti menemukan masalah pada sistem berjalan terutama pada proses inputan sampai dengan pembuatan laporan ATK (alat tulis kantor) karena dalam sistem yang berjalan belum terkomputerisasi dengan baik dikarenakan masih mengandalkan Microsoft Excel sehingga banyak terjadi kendala. Maka dari latar belakang masalah diatas, diharapkan terdapat solusi dengan adanya perkembangan teknologi yang seharusnya membuat manusia berfikir untuk bekerja lebih efisien dan efektif, oleh karenanya peneliti menyimpulkan dari masalah yang dihadapi PT Pembangkitan Jawa Bali Unit Pembangkita Muara Karang membutuhkan aplikasi yang dapat memproses data inputan ATK masuk dan keluar sampai dengan pembuatan laporan ATK masuk dan keluar. Untuk itu peneliti akan merancang aplikasi berbasiskan WEB yang dapat dijadikan solusi dari masalah yang ada. Dalam penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan metode analisa SWOT, menggunakan UML (Unified Modeling Language) sebagai pemodelan sistem yang digunakan untuk menggambarkan sistem secara visualisasi, memakai bahasa pemrograman PHP, Mysql untuk pembuatan database, Sublime Text 3 untuk membuat desain atau tampilan, serta Xampp sebagai server penghubung bahasa pemrograman. yang dihasilkan dari dibuatnya sistem informasi inventory alat tulis kantor ini memberi kemudahan pada bagian terkait dalam proses pengolahan data inventory alat tulis kantor sampai dengan pembuatan laporan barang masuk dan keluar muka yang akurat, sehingga menciptakan kinerja yang efektif dan efisien, serta dapat menunjang evaluasi maupun pengendalian internal bagi pimpinan terhadap laporan yang ada, dan diharpakan pula tujuan dari penlitian ini tercapai sebagai mana tujuannya.

Kantor Kelurahan Kutabumi yaitu Kantor yang melakukan beberapa kegiatan untuk menyelenggarakan urusan kegiatan pemerintahan, seperti pemberdayaan dan pelayanan terhadap masyarakat. Pada Kantor Kelurahan Kutabumi, pelayanan administrasi kependudukan adalah hal yang penting dalam sebuah instansi pemerintahan kelurahan. Permasalahan yang terjadi salah satunya adalah pembuatan surat permohonan persyaratan administrasi kependudukan yang dalam pengerjaannya masih menggunakan alat bantu Microsoft Excel sehingga berdampak pada pelayanan yang kurang maksimal terhadap pelayanan penduduknya. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan mutu yang ada pada Kantor Kelurahan Kutabumi dibutuhkan sebuah sistem pelayanan agar pelayanan administrasi kependudukan lebih mudah dan cepat. Peneliti memakai metode analisa PIECES yaitu metode analisa yang menganalisa Performance, Informance, Economy, Control, Efficiency dan Service dan menggunakan metode analisa sistem Unified Modeling Language (UML) untuk menjelaskan dan menggambarkan alur dari sebuah sistem secara visualisasi. Sistem ini di rancang dengan tujuan agar dapat memudahkan proses permohonan persyaratan mengenai administrasi kependudukan dan mempermudah staff pelayanan dalam proses kegiatan laporan administrasi kependudukan. Salon seventyrazor initially used manual recording in serving the queue, Customers who come to register first with the administrative officer. Once recorded in the Microsoft Excel application, will be informed whether there is a queue or directly processed to the Barberman officer. When a customer makes an order through Whatsapp, the process is the same. Estimates for each hair cut are 30 to 45 minutes for each customer. The creation of a Website-Based Salon Service Order Application using Codeigniter on Seventyrazor Salon with the application of gamification as a solution in handling queuing reservations at Barbershop seventyrazors, especially in reducing the number of queues at the location and order cancellations that often occur. In this study the authors used the User-Centered-Design approach with the gamification method as a method of system development and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a tool in modeling the system to be built. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the website-based queue ordering application at Barbershop Seventyrazors can accelerate the recording of transactions that will occur today and tomorrow, and customers do not need to queue long at Barbershop because they already know their queue hours. transaction data processing in making monthly reports faster so that it can accelerate the generation of monthly income reports. The application created is a web-based application using a codeigniter framework.

In payroll data processing, AMIK Al Ma'soem still use semi computerization that is using Microsoft Excel application. Based on the observation of the author there are several weaknesses of the system used so far, namely: not integrated data, risk of duplication, edited and deleted data, reporting takes a long time and no lecturer paycheck.In the design of this system using a descriptive method approach in collecting data information needed to create a picture of the situation, incident, or the trend that is developing. While for system design isUML (unified Modeling Language). This system is implemented by using PHP web programming language (Hypertext Preprocessor) and MySQL database.The design of this system is expected to facilitate the users in printing pay slips, printing payroll reports, making assignments, printing report assignments, making absences and lecturers can find information on salary and assignment easily.

UPTD PPSDMK merupakan instansi yang berada dibawah naungan Dinas Kesehatan Kota Pagar Alam dan baru dibuka  pada tahun 2016  oleh Dinas Kesehatan dan dipimpin oleh Kepala UPTD dan Kassubag TU dalam kepengurusannya. Saat ini UPTD PPSDMK mengolah data barang masih menggunakan aplikasi microsoft excel, sehingga pencarian data barang maupun pengelompokkan barang dan penyampaian laporan ke bagian aset barang di Dinas Kesehatan membutuhkan waktu, sedangkan informasi barang dan keberadaan barang yang sudah didstribusikan ke Unit-unit Kesehatan terkadang mengalami kesulitan dalam merekap data barang yang kondisinya baik dan rusak Dari permasalahan ini, saya tertarik menemukan solusi yang tepat pada penelitian ini adalah membuat  pengelolaan data barang berbasis web yang dapat membantu proses pengelolaan data barang, sebagai sarana dokumentasi inventaris dan pelaporan data barang di Dinas Kesehatan dengan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman menggunakan PHP, dan database MYSQL yang dirancang dengan metode UML (Unified Modeling Language).

<p><em>Z-Tech Computers is a company engaged in the sale of computers and accessories. At present the Z-Tech Computer system runs on a buying and selling process carried out conventionally (manually). This condition occurs in the stock control process. The condition that occurs in Z-Tech Computers is information on the placement of goods that are not organized. This information causes problems that arise inaccurately information on stock data and the position of the finished goods attracts losses for the company. For this reason, in this research information modeling is carried out using an integrated modeling language to describe the needs of buying and selling. The results of modeling carried out are implemented in the form of enterprise resource planning (ERP) using the Odoo Application. UML and implementation using Odoo can be run as needed. Because Odoo has a variety of integrated modules, both customer management, accounting, sales, and even purchasing modules</em><em>.</em></p><p><em><strong>Keywords</strong></em><em>: Enterprise Resource Planning, Odoo, Unified Modeling Language</em> </p><p><em>Z-Tech Komputer merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penjualan komputer dan aksesorisnya. Saat ini pada Z-Tech Komputer sistem berjalan pada proses pembelian </em><em>dan penjualan </em><em>dilakukan secara konvensional (manual). </em><em>Kondisi tersebut terjadi terutama pada proses pengekan stok. Kondisi lain yang terjadi yaitu pada </em><em>Z-Tech Komputer yaitu informasi penempatan barang yang ada tidak teroganisir</em><em>. Kondisi tersebut menimbulkan permasalahan</em><em> </em><em>berupa tidak akuratnya informasi data stok dan posisi barang sehingga</em><em> menimbulkan kerugian bagi perusahaan</em><em>. Untuk itu dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pemodelan informasi menggunakan unified modeling language unutk menjabarkan kebutuhan pada pembelian dan penjualan</em><em>. </em><em>Hasil pemodelan yang dilakukan diimplementasikan dalam bentuk enterprise resource planning (ERP) menggunakan Aplikasi Odoo. Dari hasil implementasi menunjukkan bawah pemodelan UML dan implementasi menggunakan Odoo dapat berjalan sesuai kebutuhan. Karena Odoo memiliki beragam modul yang saling terintegrasi, baik modul manajemen pelanggan, akuntansi, penjualan, dan bahkan pembelian.</em></p><p><em><strong>Kata kunci</strong></em><em>: Enterprise Resource Planning, Odoo, Unified Modeling Language</em></p>

In terms of data processing information, in NIASA CV there is no permanent systemyet, did not use any application like Microsoft Excel and others. For the size of a company, according to the author's observations there are many weaknesses, and the system used so far is only the result of the calculation of the purchase of raw materials and the sale of finished goods. The report also took a long time to record it because there is no bookkeeping.In this design system using the method of survey in the collection and processing of data information to contain a picture of the situation in place of research object.  As for system design, the author uses Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML it self are one of many tools under Object Oriented Programming, so safe to assume that Star UML will be the right tool for analyze. The design is now expected to facilitate users in reporting and the owners of  Niasa CV can view or collect reports easily, quickly, and probably help the CV to have a permanent system.
