Salon seventyrazor initially used manual recording in serving the queue, Customers who come to register first with the administrative officer. Once recorded in the Microsoft Excel application, will be informed whether there is a queue or directly processed to the Barberman officer. When a customer makes an order through Whatsapp, the process is the same. Estimates for each hair cut are 30 to 45 minutes for each customer. The creation of a Website-Based Salon Service Order Application using Codeigniter on Seventyrazor Salon with the application of gamification as a solution in handling queuing reservations at Barbershop seventyrazors, especially in reducing the number of queues at the location and order cancellations that often occur. In this study the authors used the User-Centered-Design approach with the gamification method as a method of system development and using UML (Unified Modeling Language) as a tool in modeling the system to be built. Based on the research that has been done, it can be concluded that the website-based queue ordering application at Barbershop Seventyrazors can accelerate the recording of transactions that will occur today and tomorrow, and customers do not need to queue long at Barbershop because they already know their queue hours. transaction data processing in making monthly reports faster so that it can accelerate the generation of monthly income reports. The application created is a web-based application using a codeigniter framework.

<p>ABSTRACT<br />This paper discusses the design and development of the coahcing log tenant system of INBIS STIKI Indonesia. Coaching log is an accompaniment record recorded in a hard copy file that contains data on tenants, coaches, mentoring records, assignments from coaches to tenants, and results of previous assignments given by coaches to tenants. This hard copy coaching log file cannot be used effectively especially in seeing the development of tenants from time to time or the progress reports of tenants. To solve this problem in this study a web-based log coaching system has been developed which has tenant data management features, data coaches, making mentoring schedules, providing timetables for mentors, coaching logs by coaches, coaching logs by tenants. The system design model used in this study uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML) model, system development using the laravel framework, and testing using the blackbox testing method. Based on the results of testing all the features that are owned by this log coaching system can function properly. And the system developed can help INBIS STIKI Indonesia in managing the process of assisting tenants.<br />Keywords: Information System, Coaching Log, Business Incubator. Coaching log merupakan catatan pendampingan yang direkam dalam sebuah file hard copy yang berisi tentang data tenan, coach, catatan pendampingan, tugas dari coach kepada tenan, serta hasil tugas sebelumnya yang diberikan oleh coach kepada tenan. File hard copy coaching log ini belum bisa digunakan secara efektif khususnya dalam melihat perkembangan tenan dari waktu ke waktu atau laporan kemajuan tenan. Untuk menyelesaikan masalah tersebut pada penelitian ini telah dikembangan sistem coaching log berbasis web yang memiliki fitur pengelolaan data tenan, data coach, pembuatan jadwal pendampingan, pemberian jadwal pendampingan kepada tenan, coaching log oleh coach, coaching log oleh tenan. Model perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan model Unified Modeling Language (UML), pengembangan sistem menggunakan framework laravel, dan pengujian menggunakan metode blackbox testing. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian semua fitur yang dimiliki oleh sistem coaching log ini secara fungsional bisa berjalan dengan baik. Dan sistem yang dikembangkan bisa membantu INBIS STIKI Indonesia dalam mengelola proses pendampingan tenan.<br />Kata Kunci : Sistem Informasi, Coaching Log, Inkubator Bisnis, Tenan, Pendamping</p>

Semester Learning Plan (RPS) is a learning planning document that guides lecturers and students to carry out lecture activities for one semester to achieve predetermined learning achievements. that the study program has been determined. RPS is needed to meet and adapt to users' needs because the RPS is regularly reviewed and updated if there are changes in teaching materials that are no longer under current conditions. However, what is often a problem is that the RPS input is still using Microsoft Excel, so that it is not well documented, and the RPS made are not following the material given by the lecturer. Because of these problems, in this study, a web-based RPS adjustment information system will be designed and built using the Laravel framework that can assist the study program in documenting the RPS and knowing the suitability of the material provided by the lecturer's predetermined RPS. The system development method used in this study uses the SDLC method, and its design uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). The final result of this research is a web-based RPS compatibility information system using the Laravel framework, which can facilitate the management of RPS and its compatibility with the material provided by the lecturer.

This research was motivated by the problem of lack of knowledge and awareness of the nutritional needs of pregnant women during pregnancy at Bungus Teluk Kabung Padang Health Center. Pregnant women rarely do nutritional counseling to nutritionists about the diet and type of food that must be consumed during pregnancy because of limited time for consultation at Bungus Bay Kabung Health Center. Therefore nutritionists try to make the application of nutritional needs of pregnant women web-based with Cooper's method with the aim of making it easier for pregnant women to find information about nutritional intake through food menu selection. The Cooper method is a way of calculating the number of calories needed by a pregnant woman. The method used for system development is the system development life cycle method (SDLC), while the tools for modeling use UML (Unified Modeling Language). The programming language used for making this application is PHP and MySQL for the database. Based on this study, pregnant women can conduct online consultations as a means of providing solutions to find out the fulfillment of the nutritional needs of pregnant women and fetuses.

Design of payroll information systems and requests for funds to the company PT. Boetomix Nusantara Lestari WEB-based still uses Microsoft Excel. By using MS Excel, errors that occur in inputting data and requesting payroll data have many errors. The process of sending goods data still uses whatsapp, because whatsapp used by the salary recapitulation officer has difficulty at the end of every month. This application designed has the aim of providing convenience for users so that the recitation process at PT. Boetomix Nusanara Lestari can run quickly and has a high level of accuracy. Interviews, observations and document analysis are methods used in the data collection process. Unified Modeling Language (UML) is used to describe running business processes and the relationship between users and the system. The employee payroll information system has been tested and the results are in accordance with the needs of PT. Boetomix Nusanara Lestari.

PT Himalaya Everest Jaya, a company engaged in importers, exporters of electricity and mechanics. In its daily life, PT Himalaya Everest Jaya has used information technology in its operational activities. But problems are often found in supporting operational activities in the field. Where this can hamper the work of every employee who uses it. The problems that often occur include hardware, software, and network connections. Current problem submission is still not effective because employees who have problems must contact the IT directly or by using the telephone. Likewise with recording problems, because the EDP / IT still records every problem using a paper that can be lost or damaged at any time. Therefore, an integrated Helpdesk application is needed and can be accessed quickly by employees and the EDP / IT division. The method used in designing this application is based on the Web, to find out which system is running, the author uses several tools such as Flowmap and UML (Unified Modeling Language), while the system development method uses the Waterfall method. The supporting software used is Xampp, and MySQL as the builder and program documentation. With the existence of a web-based system that has been connected to this database, the process of delivering and handling complaints is expected to be resolved properly and quickly in its handling.

Perkembangan Teknologi saat ini berpengaruh pada penggunaan perangkat lunak yang selalu berkembang pesat. Saat ini perusahaan, instansi dan lainnya dituntut untuk bekerja lebih cepat, tepat dan akurat serta berkualitas baik dalam proses pengelolaan data dan penyajian informasi. Universitas Raharja merupakan salah satu Perguruan Tinggi yang selalu meningkatkan kualitasnya khususnya dalam bidang akademik guna mencetak mahasiswa yang unggul. Dalam melaksanakan penginputan judul KKP, TA/Skripsi masih menggunakan aplikasi berbasis office yakni menggunakan Microsoft excel sehingga menyebabkan hasil kinerja yang tidak optimal dikarenakan lamanya waktu yang dibutuhkan dalam menginput serta adanya kesalahan-kesalahan dalam menginput data. Maka dibangunlah sebuah sistem aplikasi penginputan judul online berbasis laravel. Dalam perancangan penelitian dibutuhkan sebuah metode agar dapat melihat perkembangan dari perancangan tersebut, meode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini merupakan metode SDLC (System Development Life Cycle) model waterfall yang diharapkan agar dapat dengan mudah menentukan pencapaian suatu sistem, dimana sebuah sistem penginputan judul yang telah didesain menggunakan PHP (Hypertext Preprocessor) sebagai bahasa pemrogramnnya. Dalam merancang sistem menggunakan Unified Modeling Language (UML) sebagai alat modelling terdiri atas  Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, dan Sequence Diagram. Hasil dari sistem penginputan judul KKP, TA/Skripsi berbasis laravel diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi terhadap masalah yang dihadapi.   Kata kunci : waterfall, laravel, sistem, penginputan judul

Abstract – Currently, the procedure for admitting new students at SMK Al-Halim Garut is considered less effective and efficient. Since the acceptance of new students is by means of prospective students who must fill out a form using the google forms provided by the school. This makes it difficult to share information with outsiders. After that, prospective students or parents must come to school to just see announcements or information and even submit documents related to the implementation of new student admissions. Therefore, it is necessary to develop a new web-based student information system at SMK Al-Halim Garut which can solve the problems so far. This development stage used the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method with the waterfall model and the need for a Unified Modeling Language (UML) which functions to make it easier to describe the system already made. The results showed that the Web-based Information System for New Student Admissions with PHP and SQL was able to manage the implementation of the New Student Admissions, such as registration, selection, announcement, and re-registration. In the feasibility test using a black box, it showed that this software was very feasible in terms of functionality.Keywords : information system, acceptance of new students, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Unified Modeling Language (UML).Abstrak - Saat ini prosedur penerimaan peserta didik baru di SMK Al-Halim Garut dinilai kurang efektif dan efisian. Karena penerimaan peserta didik baru dengan cara calon siswa harus mengisi lembaran formulir menggunakan google form yang sudah disediakan oleh pihak sekolah. Hal ini mengakibatkan sulitnya berbagi informasi dengan pihak luar. Setelah itu calon siswa ataupun orang tua siswa harus bersusah payah mendatangi sekolah untuk sekedar melihat pengumuman atau informasi dan bahkan mnyerahkan dokumen persyaratan yang berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan penerimaan peserta didik baru. Oleh sebab itu perlu adanya suatu pengembangan sistem informasi peserta didik baru berbasis web di SMK Al-Halim Garut yang bisa menyelasaikan permasalahan selama ini. Tahap pengembangan ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dengan model waterfall dan perlu adanya Unified Modeling Language (UML) yang berfungsi untuk mempermudah menggambarkan sistem yang akan dibuat. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Sistem Informasi Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru Berbasis Web dengan PHP dan SQL ini mampu mengelola pelaksanaan Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru yaitu pendaftaran, seleksi, pengumuman, dan pendaftaran ulang. Pada uji kelayakan yang mengggunakan black box menunjukkan bahwa perangkat lunak ini sangat layak dari aspek fungsional.Kata Kunci : sistem infromasi, penerimaan peserta didik baru, System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Unified Modeling Language (UML).

The purpose of this research is to know the geographic information system of tourism that is in Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency and develop it Research methods used by doing observationin Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency, then proceed with the system development method. the research method used is by the method of SDLC (System Development Life Cycle). By using the Software Notepad ++ to build tourism Geographical Information System web-based. PHP as a programming language, MySQL as the database server and the design of the map using the Google Maps API. The object-oriented approach that is used UML (Unified Modeling Language) can explain the flow of the existing system. Dinas Kepemudaan dan Olahraga dan Pariwisata Kebumen Regency has been doing promotion through mass media such as newspapers and brochures in the delivery of information. But the way is not enough to inform tourism and places of attractions. It is therefore through the design of Geographical information system of tourism was able to resolve the issue. After the results of the study of geographic information systems is expected delivery of tourism information becomes more widespread, and the tourists could be quick and precise in finding information a tourist want to visit.

CV Ribka Furniture merupakan salah satu perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang perdagangan dan pembuatan furniture. Dalam kegiatan operasional gudang merupakan bagian yang penting. Namun proses data transaksi masih dilakukan secara manual. Sehingga beberapa kendala masih dialami, seperti kesalahan penginputan saat transaksi pada alat / bahan, yang mengakibatkan perbedaan dalam penginputan data. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk membuat sistem informasi persediaan yaitu pengumpulan data alat dan transaksi material yang akan keluar masuk. Sistem informasi ini dibuat dengan menggunakan diagram UML (Unified Modeling Language) yaitu: use case diagram dan class diagram. Kemudian membuat desain antarmuka untuk proses implementasi dan pengujian sistem. Dengan pembuatan sistem informasi inventaris,
