<p><em>Z-Tech Computers is a company engaged in the sale of computers and accessories. At present the Z-Tech Computer system runs on a buying and selling process carried out conventionally (manually). This condition occurs in the stock control process. The condition that occurs in Z-Tech Computers is information on the placement of goods that are not organized. This information causes problems that arise inaccurately information on stock data and the position of the finished goods attracts losses for the company. For this reason, in this research information modeling is carried out using an integrated modeling language to describe the needs of buying and selling. The results of modeling carried out are implemented in the form of enterprise resource planning (ERP) using the Odoo Application. UML and implementation using Odoo can be run as needed. Because Odoo has a variety of integrated modules, both customer management, accounting, sales, and even purchasing modules</em><em>.</em></p><p><em><strong>Keywords</strong></em><em>: Enterprise Resource Planning, Odoo, Unified Modeling Language</em> </p><p><em>Z-Tech Komputer merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak dalam penjualan komputer dan aksesorisnya. Modeling is one of the techniques used to describe how information systems will be created and produced. Modeling itself can be used as a reference in the process of developing information systems to suit user needs. One modeling technique that is often used is to use a unified modeling language (UML). Modeling techniques with UML are able to describe various features of information systems. for this reason, in this research a model for the PTPN VII enterprise resource planning (ERP) information system is used as an initial step in fulfilling information management needs. the use of modeling itself is an initial implementation of information technology and information systems in a corporate environment, especially PTPN VII. The results of modeling have been done using three types of diagrams in UML as a reference in the development of structure diagrams created using class diagrams, behavior diagrams created using use case diagrams, and interaction diagrams created using activity diagrams. The results of the modeling have also been implemented in the form of a prototype of the information system so as to provide a clear picture for interested parties if the development of enterprise resource planning (ERP) information systems, especially in the PTPN VII environment. The information system prototype can also describe the initial forms for stakeholders if changes are to be made

Database triggers are database procedures that are executed automatically when certain events occur and conditions are met. This paper presents a design methodology that helps users implement business processes using database triggers. The contributions of this paper are as follows. First, the proposed methodology uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). UML is a standard modeling language for the software industry and many commercial CASE (Computer-Aided Software Engineering) tools support UML. Second, many expensive ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software systems are employed to implement business processes. The methodology proposed by this paper produces triggers that can be executed on MySQL, an open-source database system that is free for download. Third, as an example of the usefulness of the proposed methodology, the authors present a case study making use of database triggers in a tax audit process. This process involves many steps that require human intervention, and thus is typical of business processes.

PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is a company engaged in the field of Autoparts Manufacture. Barcode is the identity of an item / product on the package. Barcode technology has been used as the identity of goods in a production. Barcodes are used to facilitate the identification of goods produced. Paste the barcode on the packaging of packaging results at PT. Duta Nichirindo Pratama is done manually, but there are often errors attached to the barcode on a similar packaging. This research will design and create a system based on Visual Basic.Net and Arduino to select barcode attachment errors that have the potential to be sent to consumers. The system is designed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) diagrams, database design and interface menu design. The system created will then be tested to detect the black box test. With a computing-based design system that functions to detect barcodes on the packaging automatically, the problem of sticking barcodes on the packaging can be detected.

To ensure that a software system accurately reflects the business domain that it models, the system needs to enforce the business rules (constraints and derivation rules) that apply to that domain. From a conceptual modeling perspective, many application domains involve constraints over one or more conceptual schema paths that include one or more conceptual joins (where the same conceptual object plays roles in two relationships). Popular information modeling approaches typically provide only weak support for such conceptual join constraints. This chapter contrasts how these join constraints are catered for in object-role modeling (ORM), the Unified Modeling Language (UML), the Object-oriented Systems Model (OSM), and some popular versions of entity-relationship (ER) modeling. Three main problems for rich support for join constraints are identified: disambiguation of schema paths, disambiguation of join types, and mapping of join constraints to implementation code. To address these problems, some notational, metamodel, and mapping extensions are proposed.

The company's information system that currently mainstay is Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP). The different data systems and real data at PT OTKA and Odoo make the company need to evaluate so that the gap does not continue. This study uses Fit/Gap Analysis which is used to compare whether the system is in line with company expectations, and then Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA) to obtain the Risk Priority Number (RPN) level. The evaluation results of a system evaluation described by the Unified Modeling Language and mockup User Interface. The research data uses primary and secondary data. The data validity uses the triangulation method. The results of this study are PT OTKA has not implemented the Odoo maximally because the percentage of Gap is greater than the Fit. After risk analysis, two processes with the highest RPN, each of it is 448, which is updating the inventory of goods in and out automatically. So recommendations for companies are the result of special processes and actors who can monitor each goods transfer.

The purpose of this chapter is to discuss conceptual event modeling within a context of information modeling. Traditionally, information modeling has been concerned with the modeling of a universe of discourse in terms of information structures. However, most interesting universes of discourse are dynamic and we present a modeling approach that can be used to model such dynamics. The Unified Modeling Language (UML) is based on the following notion of an event. “An event is a noteworthy occurrence that has location in time and space. It occurs at a point in time; it does not have duration. Model something as an event if its occurrence has consequences.” (Rumbaugh, Jacobsen et al. 1999). This definition emphasizes that an event occurs at a point in time and that its occurrence has noteworthy consequences. We characterize events as both information objects and change agents (Bækgaard 1997). When viewed as information objects events are phenomena that can be observed and described. For example, borrow events in a library can be characterized by their occurrence times and the participating books and borrowers. When we characterize events as information objects we focus on concepts like information structures. When viewed as change agents events are phenomena that trigger change. For example, when borrow event occurs books are moved temporarily from bookcases to borrowers. When we characterize events as change agents we focus on concepts like transactions, entity processes, and workflow processes.

Companies need an information system that supports and can provide fast and accurate data. This research was conducted as an effort to improve the existing payroll system so that it is more effective and efficient. At this time several companies engaged in the payroll system services are still at their maximum, starting from recording attendance to payroll, making it possible when the process takes place there are errors in payroll, inaccurate reports made and late in searching for the required data. The research information system uses object-oriented Unified Modeling Language (UML) software modeling. Researchers use Unified Modeling Language modeling with the aim that the desired system can be provided properly so that problems in the existing system are resolved. This uml modeling process begins with analyzing the system's needs and implementing it in usecase traffic diagrams by making class diagrams, sequence diagrams, and activity diagrams. UML software modeling also provides benefits in software development and is able to monitor the flow or system flow expected by the company. This research also uses the approach waterfall method, namely analysis, design, code generation program, testing and maintenance in designing. This information system design is the best solution to solve problems that exist in the payroll system. The payroll system that utilizes software to support the process provides a very effective contribution to the company and the development process will still be carried out for existing problems.

In supporting the operation of PT. Pos Indonesia, one of which is offering retirees such as pension savings and pension credit. Credit is the provision of money or bills based on an agreement or loan agreement between a company and another party. In providing pension credit, it must be accurate and accurate for retirees who are entitled or eligible to get a loan. So the author makes an application to determine the feasibility of lending in order to make it easier to determine which retirees are eligible to be given a credit loan. This study uses the Weighted Product (WP) method, which is one method of decision making. By using the Weighted Product method can help in making lending decisions by doing a ranking process that will determine the best alternative from retirees. The author uses five criteria, namely, the amount of salary, loan amount, age, credit period, and what credit. The application of determining the feasibility of lending to pensions is based on a website using the code igniter framework. For designing or modeling this application uses UML (Unified Modeling Language). This research resulted in an application that helped in determining a proper pension to be given a pension loan using Weighted Product.
