This research aims to examine and analyze the effectiveness of creative traders in the field by the police unit of Pamong Praja at Jalan Jawa City Palangka Raya. This research uses qualitative research methods. The source of the data is derived from the Police unit organization of the city Palangka Raya, PKL, the community in the large market of the street Java City Palangka Raya Raya, as well as documents that support this research. Data collection techniques by observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data display and conclusion drawing Verification. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the use of Creative Trader Field (PKL) is done because of the number of creative traders who have been made use of public places in the trading activities so that the implementation by Satpol PP. As well as the effectiveness of regulating and supporting factors and the implementation of creative traders field by Satpol PP on Jalan Java City Palangka Raya is insufficient infrastructure to perform regulation such as transportation tools that is too old to carry out patrol activities and the lack of budget earned funds.

This research was aimed to find out the central character’s ego-state in the novel “The Pilgrimage”. It focused on analyzing the central character’s ego-state in the novel “The Pilgrimage”. The method of this research was descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques that used are documentation, reading, re-read identification, note taking and classification. Data analysis techniques was used three step namely data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing or verification. This research was analyzed by using psychology approaches of Eric Berne Transactional Analysis, especially concerning in Parent, Adult and Child system. The total of parent ego state found six, total of Adult ego state found nine, and total of child ego state found five.

The research objective was to describe the success of Mr. Yukari's palm oil trading business in Tanjung Tebat Village, Bunga Mas District, South Bengkulu Regency. There were three participants. This research is a qualitative research. Data collection techniques using interview techniques, observation and documentation. Data analysis techniques include data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. Checking the validity of the data used the triangulation technique. The results showed that the establishment of Mr. Yukari's business in 2014 with a capital of Rp. 150,000,000. The number of purchases of palm oil is currently 30 tonnes per day. Mr. Yukari's turnover is currently Rp. 6,000,000 per day. Mr. Yukari's current business profit is IDR 75,000,000 per month. Mr Yukari's assets are currently four transport cars, five trucks, and 13 hectares of oil palm land. The current number of employees is eleven employees. The external problem in Mr. Yukari's business is purchasing price competition. Mr. Yukari's solution is by considering price competition as a common thing and Mr. Yukari remains in his stance.

The research objective was to study the implementation of the Wafa method in Al-quran learning at the TKIT Ar-Royyan School of Nature. The Wafa method is an Al-quran learning method by maximizing the functions of the right brain without overriding the left brain which is combined in an interesting and fun way. The characteristic of Wafa's method is to read Al-quran with the strains of the hijaz and learning programs using movements that are in accordance with the verse translation. TKIT Ar-Royyan Nature School is a school that uses the Wafa method. The Wafa method is applied within a 5-year transfer period, previously using the Iqra 'method. The type of research used is descriptive qualitative research. Data collection techniques consist of observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis techniques used since formulating data, explaining problems before going to the field and continuing to finish the research results. The technique of validating data uses triangulation techniques. The results of the study found that the implementation of the Wafa method used 5P, namely opening, meeting, meeting, meeting. The steps for implementing the Wafa method learning can be applied face to face for ± 60 minutes according to the mastery of the teacher.

This study aims to explain and describe the language errors of semantic level in students’ scientific work from various Indonesian islands in the city of Madiun. The study was conducted at two major universities in Madiun City. The type of research used in this research is a descriptive qualitative research through observation and field note techniques as data collection techniques. The result of the data is students’ assignment papers. Data analysis techniques used in this study issharing methods or distribution methods with advanced techniques in the form of expansion (expansion) techniques and changing forms. The conclusions of this study are: (1) Usage error of similar words, consisting of (a) 88 errors of cognate pairing, (b) 79 errors of ambiguous pairing and (c) 65 errors of contended pairing. (2) Word choice (diction) errors, which consist of (a) 87 errors because do not meet the truth requirements, (b) 89 errors because do not meet the accuracy requirements, and (c) 90 errors because do not meet the standard requirements.In addition, errors in the word choices or diction occur due to factors influenced by the language that was mastered first.

This study aims to explore and describe ethnomathematics in the concepts of geometry and measurement in traditional games of West Sumbawa namely Barapan Kebo and Sampo Ayam. This research is exploratory research with a qualitative research approach. This research was conducted in 2020 in West Sumbawa District. The data collection techniques were interviews, observation, and literature study. The data analysis techniques used are data collection, data reduction, data display, and data verification. The results showed that there are concepts of geometry and measurement in the traditional games, Barapan Kebo and Sampo Ayam. The ethnomathematics in Barapan Kebo and Sampo Ayam are speed, time, distance, angles, lines, length units, triangular flat shapes, and rectangular flat shapes

Education is important for humans, including people with autism. However, there are still many autistic people who have difficulty learning. One of the difficulties experienced is learning about Islam. The purpose of this study: 1). The Importance of Islamic Education for People with Autism in Palangkaraya City, 2). Islamic Education Model for the Autism in the City of Palangkaraya. the type of research used is qualitative research using narrative strategy. The Data collection is done by interview and documentation. Subjects in the study, are 1). Teacher, 2). Parents, 3). The religious figure, 4). Ministry of Religious Affairs of Palangka Raya City. The data analysis techniques used was descriptive analytics. The results obtained in this study emphasize that autistic people are still obliged to study religion, especially Islam. This is evident from the participation of people with autism in Islamic studies in schools. While at home, parents still teach their children about religion. The learning of Islam given is very varied through the process of guidance, equalization of treatment with peers, imitation of peer behavior, and murotal therapy of the Qur'an.

Implementation of managerial supervision is the activities carried profesioal superintendent of schools in order to assist the principal in order to improve the quality and effectiveness of the education and learning. This study aimed to describe the managerial supervision planning, implementation of managerial supervision, and feedback managerial supervision supervisor in Dabin 7 UPTD District of Purwodadi. Qualitative research and ethnography with research subjects school supervisors and principals. Data collection techniques with interviews, observation, and documentation. Data analysis techniques to the analysis of the flow of the process of collecting data through data reduction, data display and verification. The validity of the data using triangulation and source. The results of the study, 1) Planning managerial supervision include, a. Preparation of supervision schedule manajejerial, b. Preparation of Instrument managerial supervision, c. Compile a list of schools to be supervised. 2) Implementation of supervision manajerial.Ada three stages in the implementation of managerial supervision, namely, initial activity, performance or core activities and the closing 3) The function of feedback is to improve the managerial supervision findings of non-compliance or overcome the problems identified, so as to improve the quality and effectiveness of education.

AbstractThe aims of this reserch is to find out the spiritualism of Moslem who belief Kejawen’s faith. The subject of this research only one person that is a man 52 years old. He works as a spiritualism teacher, his religion is moslem and he believe kejawen faith.This research used qualitative research. The data collection technique of this reserarch are interview and observation. The data analysis techniques consist of three steeps namely,  data reduction, data display, and drawing conclusion.In this research the reseracher found that the subject that moslem religion and adherent of kejawen has high spirituality. It can be seen from his daily activities. He felt happy if he got fairness from God in his life, especially in his prayer. He recognized his identity and his meaning of life. He can recieve all of problems in his life and took the value from the problems. It can be done by combining between Moslem’s pray with Kejawen’s ritual which can create equalization of his life. Key words: spiritualism, Moslem, adherent of Kejawen’s faith
