This research aims to know and analyze the impact of profitability, capital structure, company size and good corporate governance on firm value. The dependent variable in this research is firm value. While the independent variables used in this research are profitability, capital structure, company size, board of commissioners and audit committee. The population of this research is the entire consumer goods industry sector company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange period in 2015-2019. The sample selection in this research using purposive sampling method with certain criteria thus obtained a sample of 20 consumer goods industry companies listed on the IDX period in 2015-2019. The data used is secondary data sourced from annual report. The data analysis technique used double linear regression analysis. The results showed that profitability and company size affect the value of the company. Meanwhile, capital structure, board of commissioners and audit committee do not affect the company’s value in consumer goods industry company period from 2015-2019.

<pre>The objective of this study is empirically identify the impacts of Good Corporate Governance and capital structure on firm value with financial performance as intervening variable. We operate quantitative approach within the scope of manufacturing company of metal, chemical, and plastic packaging sector which listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2017-2018 periods as the population. Samples are chosen by purposive sampling method inwhich the company must report the financial statement in a row, obtained 79 observations. The data analysis technique used is financial ratio analysis to determine the condition of the business financial ratios of the variables studied. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The result shows that corporate governance and capital structure influence the firm value, moreover the use of institutional ownership ratio and capital structure will increase the value of the firm. The result also shows that the impact of Corporate governance and capital structure on the company value are mediated by financial performance. It means that the value of the firm can increase if the company able became an effective monitoring tool.</pre>

ABSTRACTThis study aimed to test the "Influence of profitability, good corporate governance and company size on the value of the company". Objects used in this study is the food and baverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) in the period 2013 to 2015. The population used in this study is seluh Food and Beverage companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange as many as 14 companies. The sampling technique is done is purposive sampling method with the following criteria: (1) Food and Beverage Companies that go public or be listed in the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period from 2013 to 2015, (2) Food and Beverage Company that publishes reports annual (annual Report) during the period from 2013 to 2015, (3) There is a report on the managerial ownership, institutional ownership, the number of board members komimsaris, the number of independent board members, the number of board members, and the number of audit committee members. The number of samples that meet the criteria as much as 5 companies with a span of 3 years of research. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The data is first performed classic assumption test before hypothesis test. Testing the hypothesis in this study using a test using the coefficient of determination, test pasrial / t test and simultaneous / f test. The results showed that the coefficient of determination obtained adjust the value of R Square of 37.9%. Partial assay results indicate the variable (1) Profitability no significant effect on the value of the company (2) Good corporate governance significant effect on the value of the company. (3) The size of the company a significant effect on the value of the company. (4) Profitability, good corporate governance and firm size simultaneously significant effect on firm value The conclusion in this study good corporate governance and company size is a variable that affects the value of the company. Good governance and the size of the company's high will bring a positive signal to investors that the company's value will increase. Keywords: Profitability, Good Corporate Governance, Company Size, and    Company Value.

Study was conducted in the consumer goods industry sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2015-2018. The aim is to determine the effect of financial performance, dividend policy, and age of the company on the value of the company which is moderated by the size of the company. The sample of 37 companies. The variables used are liquidity, capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, the age of the company to the value of the company with the size of the company as moderation. Results showed that there were influences on financial performance, dividend policy, company age, company size on firm value and company size able to moderate the influence of capital structure, profitability, dividend policy, company age on company value and company size unable to moderate the effect of liquidity on firm value.

This study aimed to analyze the effect of profitability, leverage, liquidity, company size and dividend policy on firm value in the Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed on the Stock Exchange in 2015-2018. In this study the Company Values measured using the Price to Book Value (PBV). This research method using descriptive analysis. The technique used is purposive sampling technique, so found 14 Consumer Goods Industry Sector Companies listed on the Stock Exchange from 2015 to 2018 period. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study showed that the variables of profitability, liquidity, and dividend policy affects the value of the company, while the company size and leverage variables do not affect the value of the company.

This study aims to examine the effect of corporate social responsibility disclosure and good corporate governance mechanisms on firm value. Elements of the good corporate governance mechanism are proxied into audit committees, independent commissioners, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership. The tests were carried out on mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2016-2019. The sample was selected using purposive sampling technique. Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results show that the more companies increase the disclosure of corporate social responsibility, the impact on increasing the value of the company. Maximizing the function of the audit committee, institutional ownership, and managerial ownership can increase firm value. However, maximizing the function of independent commissioners has no effect on increasing firm value. Keywords : Corporate social responsibility; Good corporate governance; Firm Value.

<p><em>The issue of this research is the importance of good corporate governance as a tool to determine the quality of company performance. </em></p><p><em>The long-term goal to be achieved is to analyze how the Structure of Good Corporate Governance which is proxied by the Board of Commissioners, Independent Commissioners, Institutional Ownership, Managerial Ownership and Audit Committees affect Company Performance. Furthermore, testing is done to make a prediction model of Good Corporate Governance that affects company performance with Profit Management as mediation / intervening.</em></p><p><em>Path analysis with 2S OLS, sampling using a purposive sampling method, is the method used to analyze the data used is a with criteria for companies manufacturing consumer goods industry sectors listed on the Stock Exchange in 2010-2015. The type of data is secondary data sourced from annual financial statements.</em></p><p><em>The results showed that the first model of institutional ownership and audit committee affected the company's performance, the second model of the board of commissioners, independent commissioners, institutional ownership and audit committee affected earnings management and the third model of earnings management did not affect the company's performance. Earnings management is not able to mediate the effect of the structure of Good Corporate Governance on company performance.</em></p><em>The findings of this study indicate that more than 92% of manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector in 2010-2015, did earnings management by way of income smoothing.</em><em><br /> </em>

The aim of this study is to acquire empirical proof on the impact of firm size, leverage, profitability, and dividend policy on the firm value of the consumer goods industry in the food & beverage sub-sector listed on IDX in 2016-2019. Firm size is calculated by Ln of total sales, leverage is calculated by the Debt to Assets Ratio (DAR), profitability is calculated by Return On Equity (ROE), dividend policy is calculated by Dividend Payout Ratio (DPR), and firm value is calculated by Price to Book Value (PBV). The methodology used purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this research were 10 consumer goods industry companies in the food and beverage sub-sector listed on the IDX during 2016-2019. The data source of this research comes from the company’s yearly financial reports. This research uses a quantitative oncoming with multiple linear regression analysis methods. The resumes of this research found that firm size, leverage, profitability, and dividend policy simultaneously influence firm value; firm size has no impact on company value; leverage has a positive impact on company value; profitability has a positive impact on company value; and dividend policy has a positive impact on company value.

This study aims to prove the impact of Good Corporate Governance on Firm Value in Badan Usaha Milik Negara that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange. This study used 4 varibles that represented Good Corporate Governance which is Managerial Ownership, Institusional Ownership, Board of Independent Commissioner, and Audit Committee. Meanwhile Tobin’s Q ratio used to counted Firm Value. Population of this research are all Badan Usaha Milik Negara that listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange on 2013 until 2017. There are 20 firm are listed. The total samples are 16 firms selected by using purposive sampling method. Data anlysis and hypothesis testing using multiple regression. From 4 variable that used in this research only 2 that had an effect on firm value. There were Institusional Ownership and Audit Committee. This research prove that Institusional Ownership has a positive and significant effect on firm value. Audit Committee had a negative and insignificant effect on firm value. Other 2 variable like Managerial Ownership, Board of Independent Commissioner  has not effect on firm value, while Audit Committee has negative effect on firm value.

This research aims to know and analyze the impact of profitability, leverage, company size and Good Corporate Governance of Firm Value in the manufacturing company of Sub-sector Property and Real Estate listed on the stock Exchange Indonesia period in 2016-2018.  The population of this weaver is the entire Property and Real Estate Sub-sector company listed on the IDX. The use of samples in research using Purposive Sampling with certain criteria thus obtained 70 samples of data to be researched. The data used is secondary data sourced from financial statements. This study used the test method of double Linear regression analysis. From the test, it can be exceeded that profitability and the Commonwealth Council affect the value of the company. Meanwhile, Leverage, company size, and Audit Committee do not affect the company's value in manufacturing company Sub-sector Property and Real Estate period from 2016-2018.

This study aims to examine and provide empirical evidence of the impact of good corporate governance and sustainability report disclosure on firm value with earning management as an intervening variable. The firm value measured by price to book value, good corporate governance measured by meeting frequency of audit committee and percentage of the independent commissioner on board, sustainability report disclosure measured by the number of items disclosed divided by the items regulated in the GRI, earning management measured by discretionary accruals. The sampling technique is purposive sampling. The number of samples used in this study is 42 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2018-2019. The data are analyzed using path analysis. The results showed that the audit committee has a significant influence on earning management. Sustainability report disclosure and the independent commissioner have no significance to the earning management. Sustainability report disclosure and the independent commissioner have a significant influence on firm value. Audit committee and earning management have no significant influence on firm value. Earnings management does not mediate the relationship between audit committee, independent commissioners, and sustainability report disclosure on firm value.DOI: https://doi.org/10.26905/afr.v3i2.5195
